When I initially inquired about the vehicle the representative was very helpful in offering to have 2020 Audi Q5 transferred from Warwick Mitsubishi store to Stateline for me to conveniently test drive. Mike kept me updated on the status of the car's arrival & answered all of my many questions during the sale transaction. Marvin & Decio were both courteous, professional & welcoming. my experience here was great. my sales person Matt Waters could not have been better. He made the entire experience efficient. The finance team was ok even though I had to go back in to sign the paperwork but it was still a great experience overall. I love my MDX.

As usual, a good experience. Setting appointment on-line is fast, and they look up your car to advise service based on mileage. On appointment day, I could drop off car early. They asked me if I wanted ride home (I was all set). They did the work, called me a couple hours later, made payment, with no glitches.

I recently decided to look for a new car and embarked on the dreaded dealership tours. Before I did so, I researched a number of makes/models and dealerships on line, checked Consumer Reports for the most reliable Compact SUVs and got a written CarMax price on my trade-in. I visited Coastal Nissan and other dealers on the South Shore and Auto-Mile. I test drove four vehicles from three dealerships including a Subaru and Honda, and ended up with a Nissan Rogue which I think was the best deal for me, with the particular bells and whistles I wanted, a fair price for my trade-in, a reasonable sales price and great financing. Of the three dealerships I visited, Coastal was by far the most professional, and the sales staff (Harry Webster and manager Steve Delany) and Finance guy Sean were competent and experienced, and at no time did I feel any pressure Unlike a lot of other dealerships I have dealt with over the years, I have no problem highly recommending Coastal Nissan.

Just purchased my sixth car from Ed McCarthy. The process took less than 2 hours, start to finish, including paperwork. Ed is very knowledgeable and super helpful. He listened to what I was looking for, and provided me several options that met those needs so I still had several vehicles to choose from. I never felt any pressure to “make a deal,” and they worked with me to get to a payment that made sense for me financially. Mark was also extremely helpful as well. I highly recommend!!

FIFI- here at Rt. 9 Nissan was the greatest. When I mentioned any concerns, she was quick to address them with no hesitation. Very straightforward and didn’t try to hide anything about vehicles, unlike most dealerships. She answered my calls even after hours on her personal time. Definitely coming back here again. I wasn’t expecting to buy a new Pathfinder as I was basically killing time waiting for an order to be completed at a near by business. As I was walking through the lot a salesman, Dan Holloran, approached me and asked me if I had any questions. Dan was not overbearing like other car salesmen I have dealt with in the past. To make my review more concise I had a pleasant, no pleasure buying experience in a short amount of time. I will pick up the vehicle after an additional piece of equipment is added to it at my request. If the rest of my experience with Kelly Nissan in Woburn is as positive when I pick up the Pathfinder I would add an additional star to my rating. I may also return to buy another truck in the near future.
