Autumn helped me do my application on line and Robert was able to get me approved for a car loan in 3hrs. and they sent a driver the next day to pick me up since i didn't have transportation to get to the dealership. This is the 3rd Kicks I've had. Each model I've owned has been better than the last. The upgrades by Nissan to this new generation of Kicks is awesome. The addition of the Moon/Sunroof is a definite improvement, along with the upgraded interior detail and the larger Infotainment center. The AWD height takes a bit of getting used to, but I've grown to appreciate it. Plus, the feel of the road when driving is nothing less than amazing. This car rides just as good, if not better than larger vehicles. It's stability in the turns is incredible and I definitely LOVE the exterior color and trim.

I was having trouble syncing my iPhone to the Apple car play on my Titan. Went to Nissan service there and Matt and Scott were absolutely outstanding. Although not being too familiar with that system, Matt patiently worked and worked the problem and found the solution. Matt and Scott know how to treat a customer right! They were always patient and respectful. Keep these guys!

This was a great dealership purchase experience start to finish. But what stood out most of all was the sincere and responsive approach of our sales consultant, Autumn Woodward. We were served so professionally and efficiently which is obviously so important with a major purchase, but my spouse and I also genuinely enjoyed the interaction along the way.
