Great Experience w Ricardo F. ! I came to this dealership with the possibility of getting a newer one. Ricardo was patient, made us feel comfortable, and was relatable the entire time. My fiancé and I kept going back and forth on what vehicle to purchase and if we should go through with it based on the payments. Ricardo showed us the pricing for both financing and leasing for the Platinum and SL. He worked with his Sales Manager, Jonathan G. to get us the best deal possible. They were all patient and professional. Even Ed Trott, the finance advisor was super friendly. We came with a 2016 Nissan Rogue SL AWD and left with a brand-new 2023 Nissan Rogue! Def recommend this location!

Would like to say thank you to William Blitz he is an excellent salesman good at what he does and a very polite gentleman if you're going to buy a car from Sutherland Nissan I would suggest asking for William Blitz the particular day that we were there he was training a young salesman and I give him a lot of credit for the time that he took with us explaining the sale and also showing us all the features on the Rogue this is our second purchase of a rogue from Sutherland Nissan my wife and I are extremely happy with our purchase I cannot stand up about this dealership in particular they are outstanding here in Fort Myers Florida I would also like to say thank you to Jonathan Garcia he sold us our first row about 3 years ago we enjoyed the first one and we upgraded a bit on our second one and we are most pleased with the purchase again thank you William Blitz you've done an excellent job keep up the great work and I hope you sell a lot more cars thank you David Hunt and Christina hunt

The employee Christian Marimon went above and beyond the service day when I explained him thar I?ve having some health problems and I he provides me the most fast and the best service. He?s outstanding customer service skills must to be recognized.

I just want to thank all of the service team of Nissan for being so kind and supportive to me today. Today was my husband's birthday but he has just recently passed away Jonathan Garcia was so kind to call me and check up on me to see how I was doing and making sure I was okay and to see if there was anything that he could do for me. Miss Linda in service was fantastic. She was very professional and helped me through the process of getting my vehicle repaired. On the other hand, the technicians never topped off my fluids afterwards and I made a long trip from Florida to Alabama. I didn?t have any windshield washer fluid and so I?m not sure they even checked my brake fluid or oil just letting you know who really does their job and I appreciate Miss Linda and her attitude. She was great.

All repair issues were explained and all repairs completed to my satisfaction. Rep was knowledgeable and friendly. The waiting area was comfortable. The major repairs were covered by warranty.
