We had 2 recalls from Nissan. I called to set up an appointment and John scheduled one the next day. The service department was on time and John estimated it would be finished in about an hour and 55 minutes later he came to the waiting area and handed me the keys. The car was washed, runs great and I stayed on my busy schedule. I was impressed.

But Anna did not pressure us to get the more expensive vehicle. So, I asked why, and Anna stated that she wanted us to be happy with our car-buying experience at Beck Nissan, and if we were pleased, we would come back and do business with her in the future. I love Beck Nissan. I called Trevor in the service department and made my appointment for a oil and filter change and tire rotation. I love the fact that as an older single woman, I can take my car in to be serviced, they do what I ask and there is no oh but you need this done and there is another problem. I went in for oil change and tire rotation. Other services were due but I was able to work with serviceman to take care of the more pressing matters on this visit.
