My experience with JEEP New Port Richey was excellent throughout. Highly professional, very good communication very personable staff. The only difficulty with the experience was the delayed manufacturing and delivery time of the vehicle. This took about six months. The dealership was helpful and communicative throughout this delay and I am very appreciative of their service. Other than that, everything was great.

kicks looks stylish. interior is comfy and roomy. not a fan of the digital speedometer. handles well but not much power. that said I am pleased overall.

A lot of pros to this vehicle. The only thing I wished Nissan would make better is, the pickup when ya hit the gas pedal. It is sluggish for a split second, and boggs down some... however, it runs great and after the sluggishness, it goes. Great passing gear and so easy to drive. All the bells & whistles on it alert you of every and anything you can think of. I appreciate those features. Comfort is top tier for me, the seats hug you and easy to adjust. The sound system, Bose, is amazing. Just too many features to speak about. Does great in gas in the city, haven't had it on any road trips yet. The kicks rides well also. Plenty of room and can haul a lot of things in it, as the back seats fold down. Only thing I can say negative about the vehicle is how it's sluggish/boggs down some for a minute when ya press gas to go. Hopefully Nissan fixes that in their new models here in out.

First & foremost I did NOT purchase a vehicle from them but that was because I got a better deal with a closer dealership. HOWEVER, GEOFF (pronounced Joff) was THE BEST salesman I ever dealt with. He was very kind and extremely helpful when I was looking at their Chevy SS sedan. He made sure all my questions were answered and thoroughly explained everything to this first time buyer. I NEVER spoke with him before this encounter and just read a google review on the business & someone mentioned his name because he helped so I asked for him. When I am in the market for a Tahoe I will DEFINITELY return to him. He even made sure to follow up with me after my purchase at the other dealership to make sure everything went smoothly & that I understood everything. GREAT JOB GEOFF!

Good quality car. After so many long trips I enjoyed any time with my family, ex. Medellín to Guajira more or less 1000 KMS ~ 600 miles. It is an Mt Advance version and does not have as many technical assistants. But it is a city car, don't expect too much. it doesn't have much strength

It's a great car, except for the fact it sometimes does NOT have enough power. whenever I accelerate from 0, it may take up to a second or two to actually accelerate. in roads going upwards, not even full throttle will make it accelerate enough.

My 2023 Nissan Kicks has everything I was looking for in a new vehicle and then some. It has all of the comforts, technology and safety features that anybody could ask for. Plus the ride is really smooth, and you can turn on a dime.

I would recommend Jim West for anyone that's looking to purchase a car. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and didn't apply pressure to make a sale. He was truly genuine and I thank him for that.

This is my first brand NEW car, and I absolutely love it. I does great on gas and it's very comfortable to drive. If you have long legs or larger in size the back seat would not be good for you. We have only had one problem with the usb port for the CarPlay keeps cutting out but the dealership is working on fixing the issue, not sure if it's the fuse or the box yet. But I would buy this car again

The only problem with any of the kicks is they are very small inside Great if you are a small short person, 40 mpg will make you OVERLOOK THAT😂

Purchased 2012 Acadia entire experience was fantastic. All the guys were super nice, our salesman, paul was on task and professional. The vehicle is in excellent condition.

I have the SR model which is nice and sporty looking but as I knew before purchasing it is under powered. I am disappointed in the 12 gallon fuel tank. Even though it does get around 30 miles per gallon in the city I still feel like I'm spending way too much time at gas stations. The pump cuts off at 10 gallons and I have to SLOWLY pack the other 2 gallons in. No power seats and on power rear hatch. Just the right size for grandparents. A lot of nice options and I love the adaptive cruse control. No heat or AC vents in the back seat, could be a problem if carrying passengers. Seat material seems to be hard to clean and attracts lint. The auto headlight dimmer works good and is very handy.

William "Bobby" Hamilton was great. There was no pressure or rushing to make a decision and was patient and helpful to answer any questions that we had.

Looks great packed with features some being more advanced than models ahead of its class. The SR premium makes you feel like you got something special, auto dim mirror , heated seats, ambient lighting, leather with sporty orange stitching , able to use features with mynissan app... the cvt is definitely not my favorite style transmission, its different than the 5spds im use to. Drives smooth fantastic fuel economy and all for a price i can live with !!

2024 Nissan Kicks is not going to win any races. It is very sluggish at times. Rear seat space is less than desirable. But it is very enjoyable to drive. I normally get 40 MPG on the interstate driving to Charleston, SC, from Asheville, NC. It handles well, compact and very sharp looking car. Great price point for the features. Comes with an unlimited milage powertrain warranty. 3-year 45K miles bumper to bumper and free maintenance for the first 3 years.

From the time we walked in the door to when we left we had nothing but a great experience. I think the thing I liked the most was we weren't overwhelmed with salesman pressure. Our Salesman Shawn couldn't have done a better job. We went in to buy a Titian for me, then changed to a Frontier. My mind was set, then Ed Welsh, Sales Manager, mentioned the Rogue. Nah, not interested. He mentioned a few things about it and said just sit in it. WOW!!! This is definitely the one for me!!! I have never been excited about a car, even my Jaguar. But this one, I fell in love with. There was never any pressure to buy. Shawn and Ed answered all our questions. The other thing I liked was there was really no dickering on my trade in, the Jag. I bought my Kicks brand new off the dealership floor in September, 2021. I have driven over 30K miles since my purchase. I am very pleased with my purchase. The car is the perfect size for me. The gas mileage is wonderful. It is very comfortable. My family has taken several vacations in the car and it has always performed wonderfully. I have always owned Honda Accords and Toyota Camry's until I purchase my Kicks. I wanted a CUV, but not a large one. I am very pleased with my purchase. The only negative is the CVT. It is slow to "down shift" when needed and is sometimes very hesitant off the line. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and plan on keeping my Kicks for many years.

The Hertz website gives you the full price of the car (fees and taxes included) which helped me compare the cost of cars at other dealerships. Jim at Hertz car sales was straightforward, honest, and fun to talk to. I never felt like I was being pressured to buy. A check engine light appeared on my car a day after purchasing it and their mechanic worked diligently to fix it. Overall, I highly recommend buying from them. Their listed prices may seem more expensive but their full prices are competitive as they charge lower fees than other dealerships.

One of the best buying experiences that i have ever had. No surprises, no hidden fees and no hassle. I would highly recommend Bobby if you are buying a vehicle from this dealership. I like this car in terms of design, how it drives, interior, exterior, all functions are available, also heated steering wheel, very interesting car, but one thing I don't like is the fuel consumption, my dealer deceived me by saying that the car consumes 8 liters in the city and 6 outside the city, don't believe me, the average figure is 15.5 liters, I don't know where such consumption comes from.

My boyfriend bought his car from Carmax and it was a great experience. So when I needed a new car I looked at Carmax as well. They had everything I wanted but I thought I would get a better deal at a dealership... Boy was I wrong. Went to three different dealerships almost went through with a deal but they couldn't get me a good interest rate. It was so painful and awful I had decided to give up and just sink money into my current car and try again next year. I had an appointment at carmax the following Sunday and Dwyane called me to verify the time. I told him what happened the previous day and said I would be keeping my car because I needed a good rate and didn't want to be making crazy payments. He said, I hear you and totally understand, I'm happy to help you whenever you're ready. Just so you know when you are ready I have a good rate for you so I know we can find you something to make you happy. I was surprised because the other dealership said we couldn't get close to what I needed. Well folks, I'm in a new car, my payments aren't crazy and I have peace of mind. My overall review of Nissan Kicks car is it is a very good car in terms of appearance, efficiency, interior space and design, compactness, etc. I highly recommend this car to users as it is a comfortable car.

We worked with a salesman Mark who was thorough and very knowledgeable. He showed us a used truck, although we did not make a deal, he was a pleasure to work with.He showed us a Nissan Rogue before we left and my husband and I were impressed. Mark will most likely see us again.

Only 300 miles. Car has a weird hum. Maybe just a bad tire or problem with the passenger side front wheel, possible bad hub bearing.

I purchased a Kicks the first year they came out (in 2018) and loved it then. But I moved to a small town that is mostly rural was was afraid to keep it since the winters here can be pretty bad with snow. I (unfortunately) traded my Kicks for a Nissan Rogue Sport AWD. There was nothing really wrong with the Sport, but after going through a couple of bad winters, I found that it wasn't as awful as I feared so this year I decided to go back to what I really loved. I traded the Sport for a new Kicks SR. I am so glad I did! It's even better than I remembered. Nimble, responsive, stylish - just plain AWESOME! Nissan has done an incredible job. Totally in love with my Kicks!
