He explained everything about the vehicle that I didn’t see at other Mercedes dealers that I had test driven at. Not pushy, or aggressive selling but confident and gave us our space and let us make the decisions under no pressure. They gave us the time to decide and encouraged us to explore and research. I didn’t get this experience anywhere else. The buying experience was smooth and very nice and the sales person's Ray & Joe got us a good deal. This is a great place to buy a Mercedes. No high strung, bottom line aware aggressive pushers sales and service guys here. Just normal, knowledgeable, and regular people who know a lot about Mercedes. I bought 2017 Maxima in 2024...it is an awesome car looks sporty and is fast..great low and high end torque....I do use premium fuel as it recommends, note:I did purchase a warranty because I knew of some of the cars having cvt issues..so I took to Nissan they saw code recommended replacement of transmission with warranyi paid 200 dollars replaced...life is good so far 🙏🏾👍🏿

I had a very pleasant experience at McGrath Toyota because of my Service Rep Evan. Not only was he personable and friendly, Evan also had infinite kindness, patience and understanding. I will definitely be back, because even though Dealerships are usually more expensive, the stellar customer service that Evan displayed is absolutely priceless and makes it all worth it. All Dealerships and mechanics offer the same things-- part and repairs-- the one and only difference being customer service, the way a person is treated, and Evan of McGrath Toyota just won his team the first place trophy.

I think nissan should recall the paint a 2017 shouldn't be pealing the clear coat or paint. I have seen many with the same issues.

Came in to service my Acura TLX, had a great experience with Carlos and they also showed me a Type S they had in stock. Was a little out of budget for now, but very reasonable price for new brakes and rotors and a decent bit cheaper than Acura themselves.

I just got a 2021 Toyota Sienna from driven auto even though I live in Minnesota. Comparing the price it’s about 4-5k less from where I live which was concern me about the quality of the car. I fell in love with the new bodystyle Maxima when it came out in 2016. I have it now for 7 years now with 99,212 miles and it is still drives smoothly. It's my baby. I am planning to put another 100,000 miles. I have no single problem at all but of course I am faithfully get it serviced. Sad that this will be the last year that they are making the Maxima. By the way, I named her Maxie.

We have nothing but good things to say about our new Maxima. It seems to be a well built car, not to mention the unbelievable throttle response. Ours is the Platinum edition, but the way it goes through the curves it's easy to forget we're in a 4 dr sedan! Pleasure to drive!

I OWN A 2016 MAXIMA SR AND I DRIVE THE HECK OUT OF IT, ONE OF THE BEST CARS I HAVE EVER DRIVEN. IT MAY NOT HAVE THE HORSE POWER, I BELIEVE IT SHOULD HAVE, BUT IT WILL GIVE ANY CAR IN IT`S CLASS A RUN FOR IT`S MONEY. ROAD AND TRACK OR MOTOR TREND SAID IT WAS HARDLEY A 4 DOOR SPORTS CAR, MAYBE NOT BUT IT`S CLOSE. FROM 2016 TO 2023 IN MY OPINION, NISSAN HELD BACK ON THE NISSAN MAXIMA. HORSE POWER SHOULD HAVE BEEN AT LEAST 350 HORES POWER

Bought this car new, have owned several maximas over years. Never had a problem with them. Fortunately didn't have far to drive to work. Retired in 2019, only have around 82,000 miles on this 2011. Took it twice from Pennsylvania to Colorado, very comfortable to travel in. I recommend this vehicle.

I had a '22 Maxima SV as a rental in South Florida and I feel qualified to write a review as I put 1500 miles on it in the course of 4 days (due to my flight being cancelled I had to drive it back to ATL). As an avid car enthusiast, I was thoroughly impressed with the Maxima. It was reasonably comfortable while still retaining an ounce of athleticism, the 3.5 V6 was super smooth and even made a nice growl upon heavy acceleration, and the CVT isn't actually that bad (works great in stop and go traffic). The SV trim has everything you would want feature wise and the Apple Car Play worked fantastic. I will say the fit and finish is great for a normal car brand, however not the best stacked up to brands such as Lexus, BMW, etc. The adaptive cruise worked pretty decent however after daily driving a Model 3, it would have been nice to have some sort of lane centering feature. I also averaged 28 MPG and I wasn't taking it easy (80 MPH+) which was very impressive. The Maxima is a super solid premium sedan contender, still looks very stylish, has plenty of space, performs well in the city and on the highway, and overall is a super honest car.

Bought a car on Wednesday night noticed the brake light was out. Told me to bring it back on Monday and they would take care of it. Did the oh I am in a cabin filter and even filled it up. Will shop again.

Doing fine at 175k miles this car is a dream. I've been approached for offers to buy it. This car saved our lives in a near head on crash. As a sports car sedan it has lived up to its name. A few fixes, nothing major thus far. I'll be riding in this reliable gem hopefully for years to come.

I had a 2002 Maxima. It made it through me, my daughter then son. I then decided to purchase the 2014 before the new 2016 model came out. What a smart move. I think this is the best model made. CVT is smooth. Its glides at 90 plus miles an hour. It jumps from 75 to 100 when you punch it on the expressway. I sold it to my son.....he is talking about selling it. I am going to buy it back if he does.

I was given plenty of time to find without any hassle or hard selling. It made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable rather than rushed. Any questions I did have were answered clearly and honestly, and I never felt like I was being pushed toward something that wasn’t right for me. Arranging the test drive was quick and simple, and the test drive itself was smooth. Everything was explained clearly, and I was given the time I needed to properly get a feel for the car.

I've owned one of these for just over a year and put about 10,000km on it (225,000 to 235,000). The good: -Performance is amazing and the car has plenty of pep. -Handling is phenomenal and it feels lighter than it is. You can really toss this thing around without issue. -Interior looks sharp, although mine is beginning to wear a little; still, good condition for the year. -Very minimal rust especially given the age and mileage. -Interesting and unique exterior design (it doesn't really look like anything else on the road). -Amazing visibility thanks to large windows, minimal tint, and a low "belt line." -Good steering feel; I always felt like I knew what was going on. The bad: -The 6-speed manual has slightly jerky shifts and is geared very low. Nissan recommends shifting into 6th gear at only 80km/h so highway driving it done at a high RPM. -The clutch has a long, stiff travel and an abrupt bite-point right in the middle. You have to move your left foot up two inches, carefully ease the next inch, and then up the rest of the way. I got used to it, but it's a challenging manual compared to most. -Side mirrors are weirdly small; I had to rely on the windshield-mounted mirror a lot more than on other cars (thankfully rear-visibility is exceptional). Summary: An excellent drivers car. I found it very engaging and driving it was always a blast. Sad to have to let it go, but mine was not well taken car of by previous owners and has too many small (often cosmetic) issues to be worth completely repairing.

Karl was very helpful. I know we paid a little more for the CRV but it had very low miles and the CARFAX showed a well maintained vehicle from the previous owner.

I’ve had my 2016 Maxima for 7 years now. Sharp looking car. Roomy interior. Mpg not bad. It has been good to me. Definitely recommend it.

Brought home our 2016 Nissan Maxima yesterday. The car is beautiful, inside and out. When you get into it, the quality is clear. Feels luxurious, well made, solid and comfortable. It's fun to drive. This car has all the bells and whistles. The V6 is powerful and sounds great. Great responsive steering and control. Navigation took a little getting used to but works very well. Bose sound system is fantastic. Premium leather stitched seats add a lot of style. Only issue is no Android auto, might modify later. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Sebastian was amazing and so friendly to talk to, we visited a few other dealerships and came across this one , we met a few nice people while there but me and my husband wanted to see the whole lot ourselves , I guess you can say old fashion since we can look online to look into the vehicle instead. While looking at the pre-owned vehicle we came across Sebastian, he was so nice and welcoming and it being it 1st time buying a vehicle we looked into what we were looking for and he gave us some advice into what to look out for as well as what vehicles are long lasting and showed us our options. My husband was very happy with his honestly as well as his tending to us especially with my daughter with his help we were able to find a great family car that meet all go our needs with more additional features and our price range. I am not a "car" person but am enjoying this vehicle. The keyless entry, sun roof, heated seats, etc.....the style of the body is very nice as well. Roomy enough for 5 people. I had looked at a variety of cars but for the value this was the cars for me.
