Excellent upgrades. I've driven a Murano for 10 years and this redesign blew me away. Absolutely beautiful inside and out, all the technology and safety features that you could possibly want.

Isaiah was very friendly and showed me a similar car, as well, to the one that brought me into the dealership. He was very patient, and answered all of my questions. I would HIGHLY recommend finding Isaiah when you arrive at the dealership. Mark walked me through the financing, and gave me the options for a warranty on the vehicle. He was very helpful. Overall, it was a great experience.

Everything was good except I felt there was a lack of communication and updates on the vehicle and lack of a accurate time frame of when it would be done

It is always daunting shopping for cars. Domenic who has over a decade of sales experience did not seem like a shady salesman. He really put us at ease and gave us space to look at cars. He didn’t take advantage of our openness with our budget and he along with Danny really worked hard so that my daughter could walk out with the car she wanted, a Certified Pre-Owned Nissan Sentra at her budgeted price. They didn’t get upset when they found out we didn’t need financing but really worked to meet our budget. You could see that they cared for us as a Customer and were very friendly and not overpowering. I highly recommend this dealership and plan to recommend it to anyone looking for a vehicle. The cs rep was amazing. Very professional, quick and nice. The car was done on time. The last I got an oil change there, the car wasn’t washed and it supposed to have been. Glad to see it was washed today.

I am in search of a used vehicle. I saw this vehicle online, inquired of information and someone responded right away. I like this kind of service when browsing on the internet, as I don't like going to dealerships just to be told the car I inquired about online is no longer available.

From the time I made the first call about my Nissan Murano Danny was very helpful and luckily had Andrew Chinchar take care of me. Although the car is over 3 years old, it only has 20000 miles, Tom in the service department was kind enough to replace the defective shocks at no charge. He was very kind & understanding. This was a great experience!
