Mae is the best. When my lease was up in April purchasing the vehicle was the best way to go and she made the process so easy and always goes the extra mile. I brought the car for maintenance to the prior dealership where she worked for maintenance because it was closer to home but they wanted to include air filters. I texted Mae and she looked my maintenance record and said it was done in April and not necessary. Bottom line, she saved me $150 and I will go to Riverside Nissan for future maintenance

I came in thinking it was going to be a typical dealership where they try to hassle over everything but Jeremiah was the sweetest salesman I've ever sat with. I walked in to the dealership expecting the worse since I had bad experiences at other dealerships. Met with Sergio who made me feel welcome, practically held my hand and guided me through the entire process. Very patient. The staff is amazing. Although there were no facilities at the pre-own location which I did not stay long the new car showroom where all the paper work was done was fully equipped. I walked out with a 2016 Honda Civic and love my car. Great experience I will definitely recommend everyone I know to this place. From the receptionist to the managers all made me feel welcome. Went to peek at 2018 Rogue and Tuscon..they got the cars out and even when I made a mistake on stock number it was no problem. Dan was dressed for success and kept making it happen whatever we needed. Bob was thorough and made us feel like we were old friends.
