On March 1 2025. I called Nissan 112 to have my car inspected and oil change. It was early afternoon I was sure if I was able to get an appointment. Kristen answered the phone and was so nice and pleasant and was able to schedule me in. I was so relieved that my car would be serviced and couldn't thank her enough. Her postive,upbeat attitude and genuine concern was so impressive. Kristen is very respectful and I am very greatful to know that she very professional and cares.

I walked in to the dealership expecting the worse since I had bad experiences at other dealerships. Met with Sergio who made me feel welcome, practically held my hand and guided me through the entire process. Very patient. The staff is amazing. Although there were no facilities at the pre-own location which I did not stay long the new car showroom where all the paper work was done was fully equipped. I had my Rogue serviced and the employees were very professional and pleasant. Frank was very helpful and took the time to explain all the details to me. He also called me to keep me updated on the progress of my vehicle. All in all it was a very good experience. I would recommend using their service department and ask for Frank.

Went to this dealership back in January of this year thinking it's just going to be another dealership that cant help me get a car. I was introduced to Paula, she was so nice and helpful on trying to find me a car for me and my wife (which was pregnant at the time and was due in a week). Paula understood the importance of getting me a car for my new family. After a few days of hoping, I get a call from her telling me they have a car for me. I haven't rushed down to a dealership that quick before. Once I got there, financing was quick and easy. She was so helpful the entire time, even though it felt like I was bothering her with a lot of questions. Would definitely come back to get another car in the future with her!

Very accommodating facility; rapid appointment setting, prompt, effective service. Unlike other service/ repair centers, here you feel confidence in the services to be performed. Friendly intake; good communication/ updates. The service center manager, Frank, went out of his way to make sure everything concerning my vehicle was completed to my satisfaction. Going forward, Legend Nissan service center will remain my place for auto repair/service.
