My second Murano and still having an excellent owner experience. Easy and comfortable to drive with a suspension that is both comfortable and well handling with the 20 inch tires. The electronic safety equipment works very well and now I wouldn’t want to be without it. Overall a wonderful and utilitarian vehicle that’s well built and comfortable.

Chad and Sheri were great! Firestone in Newport, KY are dishonest. It was suggested that I go to Performance Honda by my close friend. Performance Honda fixed what Firestone tried to mess up. I will NEVER go back to Firestone in Newport, Kentucky.P H will be my go to from now on. Word of mouth, they are worth the drive. Performance Honda in Fairfield, Ohio. I have an issue with paint peeling on my 2017 Murano, pearl white. Nissin won't help me out with this issue, not happy after learning there were similar problems with other models. This car has less than 40,000 miles on it. Anyone else having this problem?

this may be a bit lengthy, but i think it’s important to give all of my opinion. i was looking for a 2015 or newer 1/2-ton full size pickup. they had several on their lot. i ended up with a 2019 ram 1500 classic big horn. i went here because they had a large variety of vehicles but specifically because they had the truck i wanted at the price i was looking to pay. i initially made contact with jesus, but finished with myron. they were both friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. a++ to both them and all of the staff i had contact with. i waited a couple weeks to write this review because i wanted time to see if any previously unidentified issues popped up with the vehicle and i can confidently say that it has run very well & i have had NO PROBLEMS with it. the pros: large selection of quality cars very easy to work with accommodating to my needs/requests above & beyond with cooperation and negotiation. no high pressure sales or multitudes of “add-ons” carfax included, plus they had a long history of maintenance records on the vehicle that they attached (prior to signing) the cons: beware of the “55 point inspection”. my mechanic found a few things that should have been caught during the inspection. so either they missed them or they didn’t consider them immediate enough to fix. (totally fair, i have no problem with that.). there was one not-quite-major-but-significant issue identified but we worked that out to my 100% satisfaction. (make sure you get an independent opinion on ANY used car you are looking to buy no matter where you get it. it’s a good practice.) the bottom line, aka tl;dr so would i buy another car from them in the future. yes, i absolutely would buy from them again. if you are looking for a good quality vehicle at a fair price, i recommend you at least go see what they have to offer.

The only thing that is a little uncomfortable for the right leg against the lower dash board area, but it's not a big problem I am satisfied with the performance and gas mileage.

If you haven’t heard of this place you are missing out. I had the best experience with Alec here. He doesn't talk to you like a car salesman, he talks to you like a caring human being. He spent all the time I needed walking though the inventory, and having a number of test drives! I got a new car today and they approved me at the very best rate too! I recently bought a 2020 AWD SL Murano and am very impressed with the interior space, seat comfort and list of standard features of this car. I was considering MB GLE and Lexus GX350 as well and think I clearly got a great value with the Murano. I also think the maintenance and repair costs will be less than a German alternative.

I had to take a car back due to unforeseen circumstances on my side and it was easy as they helped me to find something more affordable and reliable in my price range. I took the current vehicle to my mechanic and not a issue at all. I have been working with Daniel Ross for months to find something and he is amazing and treats folks as he would wish to be treated. So far we like our Nissan Murano. It's a quality, low mileage car. It has enough room for comfort on local or long trips. We like the bells and whistles and enjoy driving it.

This is probably one of the best vehicles that I ever owned taking it to North Carolina twice from Long Island New York and it was an amazing trip great gas mileage for an SUV quiet comfortable my only complaint is that you can't change the stereo head unit other than that this is a perfect vehicle

I absolutely LOVE this car. the ride is smooth, comfortable seats and has great pick up with speed. I feel like I'm sitting in luxury. gas mileage is quite decent. I've owned it for 5 years now and intend to keep as long as possible. the only downfall is the towing capacity is 1500 lbs

I went in for a maintenance appointment and from the second I pulled up I was greeted by friendly staff. I had recently purchased my car and the gentlemen that was taking care of me pulled up all the history and could tell I was interested so he showed me all that had been done and helped me understand things I didn’t know about. He was so friendly and helpful. Their waiting room is set up very nicely and fully stocked with delicious free drinks like Lattes and Cappuccinos. I was even offered to take one of their cars if I didn’t have time to wait. I opted to wait and was shown all the amenities, I was even able to work from my laptop in their waiting room (free WiFi!) while they serviced my car, which didn’t take long at all. When they were done they carefully went over everything with me very thoughtfully and honestly. Which was nice because other places I’ve gone to would just name a list of unnecessary things they would make me feel bad about if I didn’t do them right away, but it’s not like that at all here. Bought a 2023 SL in Nov. 2024 with 14K miles. Still driving the 2007 SL that has 140K. We love the '23. It's very comfortable, good looking and fun to drive. When it was time to buy I didn't want anything but another Murano.

My sales lady was the best. She went over and beyond. Her sales manager was great also. I have bought 4 car from McCluskey. The finance team was great in working with me.

Had a 2012 SL that i used for my daily job as a round the city sales job, had to give it to my daughter with 93000 miles and bought a 2023 SL. I love my Murano and wouldn’t change for a different car. The value,comfort,performance and styling is the best.I still see my old Murano when my daughter visit and she loves it. I actually love it better because it was more truck like.

Have a 2010 AWD Ti has done 340k not missed a beat until recently had fuel injector fail and wear and tear starting to show but still very responsive. Engine inside also seems to have more build up than what i would've expected having had regular servicing. dont know if thats common , just an observation. I love the Bose system , has a sub in tire well and pumps loud. Leather seats very comfortable . Electric tailgate and sunroofs pretty cool. Is a pleasure to drive with good visability

I bought my 2011 murano in 2023. It has 134,000 miles on her. I replaced a/c compressor and alternator. About 800 dollars in total. Normal for a car that's older. But other than that smooth ride inside is comfy. Lots of extras. Paint is a,little sensitive. But very reliable.

Only Issue I have it’s friction between leathers seats and middle console. Avoid leather seats, Dealers can’t do much with this issue to be fixed. Other on that it’s a great vehicle.

I've driven Nissan for several years already. This 2021 Murano has the beautiful look to it. The only issue was a strut on both sides that went out, but the warranty covered it all. Total reliable vehicle for the fam!

I’ve had a Platinum for 6 years and no issue whatsoever. Very comfortable on long drives and options galore. I’m at 130k mile and still doing great.

I absolutely love this car, especially all the safety equipment. My only complaint is you can't see out of the rear window very well. But all the newer cars have this same problem.
