I purchased my 2018 Murano brand new. It is still the wonderful machine it was upon purchase. Very little maintenance required outside of the standard. I love everything about it. Visibility can be tricky with the interior design on the driver's side when rounding a corner, it is hard to see what might be coming your way. Otherwise, my Murano (this is my second one) is a reliable gem to own. I LOVE NISSAN CARS!

I recently bought a 2020 AWD SL Murano and am very impressed with the interior space, seat comfort and list of standard features of this car. I was considering MB GLE and Lexus GX350 as well and think I clearly got a great value with the Murano. I also think the maintenance and repair costs will be less than a German alternative.

The only thing that is a little uncomfortable for the right leg against the lower dash board area, but it's not a big problem I am satisfied with the performance and gas mileage.

Bought a used from Carvana for my college age son. The radiator needed full replacement pretty quickly after purchase. Medric the repair rep handled the repair and Carvana warranty process seamlessly. I?ve purchased vehicles and had repairs done here over the years without issue. My second Murano and still having an excellent owner experience. Easy and comfortable to drive with a suspension that is both comfortable and well handling with the 20 inch tires. The electronic safety equipment works very well and now I wouldn’t want to be without it. Overall a wonderful and utilitarian vehicle that’s well built and comfortable.

We just traded our 2020 for a 2024 Murano. We particularly like the exterior looks, design and chrome. Interior is stylish, comfortable and functional. Our 2020 did not require anything other than oil changes and tire rotation. Murano is the only model we have bought twice. Crown Nissan is a fantastic dealership. I am buying a used car after 8 years, and this was great experience. No haggle is what I care. I was not forced to buy GAP insurance or anything else. The only complaint is, the lady taking down payment at the cashier was hesitant to tell me the details of the transactions before making a payment and showing attitude, but everyone else was great. I highly recommend this carmax.

I have an issue with paint peeling on my 2017 Murano, pearl white. Nissin won't help me out with this issue, not happy after learning there were similar problems with other models. This car has less than 40,000 miles on it. Anyone else having this problem?

I love this SUV! The ride is smooth and amazing. The mileage and gas is great for a 6 cylinder! What a great vehicle. I bought the 2020 SV after researching. I am very happy with it. Only thing i wish the passenger seat had a lumbar seat! Other then that this car is a winner!

Had a 2012 SL that i used for my daily job as a round the city sales job, had to give it to my daughter with 93000 miles and bought a 2023 SL. I love my Murano and wouldn’t change for a different car. The value,comfort,performance and styling is the best.I still see my old Murano when my daughter visit and she loves it. I actually love it better because it was more truck like.

Extremely professional service and top concern for resolving the problems. My service adviser, Crystal Vanderpuije, understood the issue with the car and made sure it was completely taken care of. She is very hands on when it comes to making sure the customer's issues are resolved. The technician that worked on the car took the initiative to order a part for an issue he discovered that I had not initially addressed, and resolved that problem without my prompting. That's the kind of service that you always hope for but rarely find.

We compared the Murano to other luxury mid-sized SUV crossovers and felt like the Murano was a better value. The powerful V6 engine, comfortable zero gravity seats and quiet ride were better than higher-priced competitors. I like the sporty styling, and it also fits nicely in our garage. I had a 2012 Murano that I gave to my daughter after 183,000 miles. She is still driving it today with only minor repairs and expense after 11 years of big-city driving. The Murano is a great car at a great price.

I absolutely LOVE this car. the ride is smooth, comfortable seats and has great pick up with speed. I feel like I'm sitting in luxury. gas mileage is quite decent. I've owned it for 5 years now and intend to keep as long as possible. the only downfall is the towing capacity is 1500 lbs

Love everything about my 2019 Platinum except the way the engine makes a bog-down rumbling noise when the tachometer hovers at the 1K mark. My 2012 Maxima CVT did not do this. It's quite noticeable anytime I have to slow down or just do around town driving and the tach hits 1K. Horrible experience that many others discuss online in the owners' forums. Otherwise, I love the cargo room, the Bose stereo, the padded seats and the convenience and safety features.

My wife and I bought the 2023 Murano Platinum as a replacement for our 2015 Murano Platinum. The purchase was an easy decision since we truly loved the 2015, but what we got was a vehicle that far exceeded our expectations. The 2023 has so much more In technology, safety, and upgrades over our 2015, but the ride is noticeably superior over the 2015. My wife and I are now retired, and looking forward to many traveling Highway miles to visit family, friends, and new adventures together in our new Murano.
