I have an issue with paint peeling on my 2017 Murano, pearl white. Nissin won't help me out with this issue, not happy after learning there were similar problems with other models. This car has less than 40,000 miles on it. Anyone else having this problem?

Love everything about my 2019 Platinum except the way the engine makes a bog-down rumbling noise when the tachometer hovers at the 1K mark. My 2012 Maxima CVT did not do this. It's quite noticeable anytime I have to slow down or just do around town driving and the tach hits 1K. Horrible experience that many others discuss online in the owners' forums. Otherwise, I love the cargo room, the Bose stereo, the padded seats and the convenience and safety features.

From the time we walked in the door to when we left we had nothing but a great experience. I think the thing I liked the most was we weren't overwhelmed with salesman pressure. Our Salesman Shawn couldn't have done a better job. We went in to buy a Titian for me, then changed to a Frontier. My mind was set, then Ed Welsh, Sales Manager, mentioned the Rogue. Nah, not interested. He mentioned a few things about it and said just sit in it. WOW!!! This is definitely the one for me!!! I have never been excited about a car, even my Jaguar. But this one, I fell in love with. There was never any pressure to buy. Shawn and Ed answered all our questions. The other thing I liked was there was really no dickering on my trade in, the Jag. I love my Nissan Murano 2017 SV bought it brand new! Only problem had this year was having to change the cam shafters. My car is black so you see all scratches. The paint job could be better quality.

I absolutely LOVE this car. the ride is smooth, comfortable seats and has great pick up with speed. I feel like I'm sitting in luxury. gas mileage is quite decent. I've owned it for 5 years now and intend to keep as long as possible. the only downfall is the towing capacity is 1500 lbs

Bought a 2023 SL in Nov. 2024 with 14K miles. Still driving the 2007 SL that has 140K. We love the '23. It's very comfortable, good looking and fun to drive. When it was time to buy I didn't want anything but another Murano.

Only 16000 miles on it. Had trouble with radio, software fix, hath back seat d trouble with seat going down when pull releas latch at 2000 miles, had to have broken plastic piece replaced. 1 engine mount had collapsed, when took in for radio repair. Had to have that replaced. All was under warranty.

Good gas mileage, nice to drive, comfortable, a lot of options with Premimun package enjoy. Issue with CVS transmission if doesn't change after 75000 miles. Remember with all CVS, especially in the Nissan vehicle.

don’t pass on this dealership because they’re small, they are absolutely the definition of uncomplicated, straight forward auto sales. We bought a Jeep Patriot, we drove an hour and a half to get there because they had what we wanted and the owner Eric made us a deal we couldn’t refuse, the price was right and the service was delightful, when we were signing the paperwork he walked us through every step which put us at east since this was our first time purchasing a car together. I recently bought a 2020 AWD SL Murano and am very impressed with the interior space, seat comfort and list of standard features of this car. I was considering MB GLE and Lexus GX350 as well and think I clearly got a great value with the Murano. I also think the maintenance and repair costs will be less than a German alternative.

Do yourself the favor and go first to Fitz before any other dealership. Jim Gass and Sean the finance manager were by far the best individuals I have ever worked with in regards to a new vehicle purchase. Drove this car for about 7,000 miles before getting t-boned. The car that hit my Murano, hit right on my driver door at around 40-50 mph I got out of the car with a scratch and a bruise. All in all this car offers amazing ride comfort, a good driving experience, and impeccable safety. I plan on buying another one.

I contacted J-Linn through their website (J-LinnMotors.net) and filled out their Secure Loan Application. They had around four cars that met my criteria, being low miles and mechanically sound. Their salesperson Fred contacted me the next day was quite friendly. He said they had cars in my price range. I went to buy a car on Friday, May 29, 2020. The first question I asked was "Are you going to be able to finance me?" due to my credit score being very low. I had spent almost two weeks hearing every dealership/auto sales business say no. He responded by saying "Let's run your numbers and see?" He forwarded my information to their finance companies and found one that would do financing. He then told me he had a car that he thought was perfect for me and would meet the finance companies qualifications. He drove a beautiful deep blue 2010 Chevrolet HHR up to the front and I looked it over. It's 10 years old and looked and ran like new. We then did all the paperwork and I drove that car away the same day! I can't say enough about this company. They've been in business for 20 years so I trusted them. The customer service women were wonderful and also quite friendly. Even their other salesman was kind and funny. I've now had the car for a week and a half and have driven it quite a bit. So far, so great! I'm not used to the more modern power assist capabilities but am learning as I go. Again, So Happy!

Great vehicle! Very reliable! Sporty! Gorgeous interior and killer Bose sound system. No problems till the car hit around 120k then I started to have problems but at that mileage problems are expected. Right sub frame needed replaced at $2500, replaced suspension $1500, replaced radiator $600. Not great on gas. I got about 17 around town and 25 on the highway but that’s pretty much what all the mid size SUV’s get.

I purchased my 2018 Murano brand new. It is still the wonderful machine it was upon purchase. Very little maintenance required outside of the standard. I love everything about it. Visibility can be tricky with the interior design on the driver's side when rounding a corner, it is hard to see what might be coming your way. Otherwise, my Murano (this is my second one) is a reliable gem to own. I LOVE NISSAN CARS!

Had a 2012 SL that i used for my daily job as a round the city sales job, had to give it to my daughter with 93000 miles and bought a 2023 SL. I love my Murano and wouldn’t change for a different car. The value,comfort,performance and styling is the best.I still see my old Murano when my daughter visit and she loves it. I actually love it better because it was more truck like.

Purchased 2012 Acadia entire experience was fantastic. All the guys were super nice, our salesman, paul was on task and professional. The vehicle is in excellent condition.

Only Issue I have it’s friction between leathers seats and middle console. Avoid leather seats, Dealers can’t do much with this issue to be fixed. Other on that it’s a great vehicle.
