We just traded our 2020 for a 2024 Murano. We particularly like the exterior looks, design and chrome. Interior is stylish, comfortable and functional. Our 2020 did not require anything other than oil changes and tire rotation. Murano is the only model we have bought twice. Crown Nissan is a fantastic dealership. I was searching for a very specific vehicle, one which came to the lot of Hertz Car Sales in Warminster, PA. My online inquiry was very quickly answered by Mike Moore, one of the sales staff. Bought a 2023 SL in Nov. 2024 with 14K miles. Still driving the 2007 SL that has 140K. We love the '23. It's very comfortable, good looking and fun to drive. When it was time to buy I didn't want anything but another Murano.

Rob, our salesman, was very helpful through the purchase of an ID Buzz in the midst of the absurd recall/stop sale for the too wide 3 rd row seat. He answered every question and welcomed family to the showroom for the 6 week delay. Jim, the supervisor/finance guy was also helpful in finding the best rate. I have an issue with paint peeling on my 2017 Murano, pearl white. Nissin won't help me out with this issue, not happy after learning there were similar problems with other models. This car has less than 40,000 miles on it. Anyone else having this problem?

Love everything about my 2019 Platinum except the way the engine makes a bog-down rumbling noise when the tachometer hovers at the 1K mark. My 2012 Maxima CVT did not do this. It's quite noticeable anytime I have to slow down or just do around town driving and the tach hits 1K. Horrible experience that many others discuss online in the owners' forums. Otherwise, I love the cargo room, the Bose stereo, the padded seats and the convenience and safety features.

The only thing that is a little uncomfortable for the right leg against the lower dash board area, but it's not a big problem I am satisfied with the performance and gas mileage.

Only 16000 miles on it. Had trouble with radio, software fix, hath back seat d trouble with seat going down when pull releas latch at 2000 miles, had to have broken plastic piece replaced. 1 engine mount had collapsed, when took in for radio repair. Had to have that replaced. All was under warranty.

I love my Nissan Murano 2017 SV bought it brand new! Only problem had this year was having to change the cam shafters. My car is black so you see all scratches. The paint job could be better quality.

I recently bought a 2020 AWD SL Murano and am very impressed with the interior space, seat comfort and list of standard features of this car. I was considering MB GLE and Lexus GX350 as well and think I clearly got a great value with the Murano. I also think the maintenance and repair costs will be less than a German alternative.

I've never had an issue with my 2014 Murano SV except for the battery cables that come loose at the most unreliable times. Otherwise, I love the features, but I hate the front wheel drive. It's not reliable in wet or icy weather.

Love my Murano. The only con is the mpg but in overall is magnificent. Comfort, stlylish, reliable and quite ride. Always wanted to own one and now I do is out of my bucket list. Completely satisfied.

I love this SUV! The ride is smooth and amazing. The mileage and gas is great for a 6 cylinder! What a great vehicle. I bought the 2020 SV after researching. I am very happy with it. Only thing i wish the passenger seat had a lumbar seat! Other then that this car is a winner!

So far we like our Nissan Murano. It's a quality, low mileage car. It has enough room for comfort on local or long trips. We like the bells and whistles and enjoy driving it.

Only thing is sorry paint job on the 2017 Murano I have . Went to car wash you use the sprayers. Well my paint on top close to sunroof has come off. And loos like crap. Any recalls on paint?

Had a 2012 SL that i used for my daily job as a round the city sales job, had to give it to my daughter with 93000 miles and bought a 2023 SL. I love my Murano and wouldn’t change for a different car. The value,comfort,performance and styling is the best.I still see my old Murano when my daughter visit and she loves it. I actually love it better because it was more truck like.

The staff was very knowledgeable, and courteous. It did not take long for the staff to start the work on my car. I was pleased how clean the inside of my car was when it was returned to me after the service.

We compared the Murano to other luxury mid-sized SUV crossovers and felt like the Murano was a better value. The powerful V6 engine, comfortable zero gravity seats and quiet ride were better than higher-priced competitors. I like the sporty styling, and it also fits nicely in our garage. I had a 2012 Murano that I gave to my daughter after 183,000 miles. She is still driving it today with only minor repairs and expense after 11 years of big-city driving. The Murano is a great car at a great price.

I hit a large pothole and wanted to get the car checked. Service writer Bryan got me in on short notice and also noticed that the car was due for a free oil change and tire rotation, which was also done, in addition to finding no damage from the pothole. It was a nice bonus for me, since I do not live near the dealership, but happened to be in the area.

I purchased my 2018 Murano brand new. It is still the wonderful machine it was upon purchase. Very little maintenance required outside of the standard. I love everything about it. Visibility can be tricky with the interior design on the driver's side when rounding a corner, it is hard to see what might be coming your way. Otherwise, my Murano (this is my second one) is a reliable gem to own. I LOVE NISSAN CARS!
