I was treated so well at Toyota of Cedar Park. My sales person was Damian Denova , he was so knowledgeable , honest and helpful. I bought a Rav 4 and absolutely love it. I have had some questions since I brought it home and I text Damian and he gets right back to me and helps me with any technical issues I have with the car and Apple Car play. I was also helped one day by Jessie who was friendly and very knowledgeable. The manager Michael really made me feel like a valued customer. Huge thank you to Mr Johnny. He was so kind and so compassionate. I had a flat and took my vehicle to Discount Tire first. I felt uneasy, far from seen and heard. The guy in service proceeded to tell me I needed to replace ALL 4 tires due to the treads, scoring them between 2-3. When I said no, he persisted on pushing me for a yes. I left in tears as I was already frustrated. I stopped by Nissan at Cedar Park, met Mr Johnny. Not only did I get excellent care, but I also got an HONEST report on all remaining tires, with the score of 6! This blew my mind. It?s an overall peaceful environment. The guys are awesome there. The coffee machine is fancy too lol.

We bought a 2025 Rav4 for my wife, a car she had saved up for over a number of years. It is our cross country vehicle for our retirement road trips. Everyone was helpful, with a special shout out to Damian Denova. While the dealership did everything right, Damian is the reason we purchased what we did, where we did. This process took about a year, we considered several makes and models from several dealerships, and ONLY Damian and Cedar Park Toyota stayed in touch over that timeframe. Being a retired salesman, I was very impressed with the job Damian did. He was a true professional in every aspect. He stayed in touch, let me know when a car came in he thought would interest us, without a hint of pushiness.
