We did not felt pressured by the salesperson or by anyone when we visited the dealer. At the dealer we were introduced to the General Manager as well as others, the buying process was smooth everything was explained.

My son was looking for a car we have traveled to look at three different cars at different dealers all were very disappointing. I spotted this car on the internet called about it was told it could be put on hold . I was told the car was in very good shape .The car meet all of our expectations when we got there . There was no hard pressure sales . They got us in and out in a very timely fashion. One of the best car buying experiences I have had. Stephen and Rob were great Consultants not car salesman. The price of the car we bought was not a steal .But at a fair price for a car that should be able to be driven for many years without worry . Thank you to the staff at Ft. I bought my Pathfinder Nov. 2019, I've had no problem with the way the truck runs, smooth ride, the only problem I've is my backup camera doesn't always work, it's just a black screen, so I just judge my back my the sensor beeps. That's my only problem so it get a thumbs up from me.

I love driving my new Pathfinder. It drives well and I feel safe in it. The seats are very comfortable. I love the all black on the exterior. This is my first Nissan and I would recommend this vehicle to others.

I went to Hgreg Nissan about two hours earlier than my scheduled appointment and everyone was very welcoming. The receptionist and the general manager was at the front desk,a sales manager assigned sales person Cesar to me. Cesar was at no time pushed any extras and made the car buying process easy and stress free. It was a five star experience from start to end. It helps a lot to do your research beforehand.

The CVT is something to get used to for sure, but I live in a low density almost rural suburban county. If I had to drive this in city stop and go traffic, I'd probably not recommend it. For areas where you can start and go it's very enjoyable to drive. Comfortable, powerful, good visibility. I average about 23 unless I'm on actual highways and then it's usually around 27 mpg which is great for a V-6 with this power. The groan from the drivetrain is due to the lower RPM at low speeds. I bought mine with 113k miles and have had no real issues yet. The vehicle had a transmission fluid change at 100k, and had regular oil changes every 5 to 6k miles during its life. I can't really complain, it was such a good deal (used).

We traveled up from Fort Myers with two appointments to look at a used car for my daughter. The first appointment with another dealer was an absolute joke, but then we traveled an hour to Kendall — and what a difference! First impression: the atmosphere was bright, clean, and welcoming. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I was blessed to have the best associate, Yosniel Cruz, greet us. He immediately looked up the car we came to see and even showed us a few others slightly below and above our range, which I really appreciated for comparison. The test drive went great, and the rest of the process was effortless. There was absolutely no pressure, and we were able to get the number we wanted. In finance, Frank was professional, friendly, and efficient. I cannot speak highly enough of Yosniel Cruz. He even followed up afterward to make sure we got home safely and that everything was good. I’ll definitely be referring friends and family — it cwas absolutely worth the drive!

Bought new in CT to retire to FL, seats 7, towing pkg, 4 wd. Hit byone car from side, rear ended by another and hit road debris at 70 mph. All repairs done by Nissan and still like new. Poor mpg around town but decent on cruise control. We keep our cars well past 100k (250k on WRX), so we will likely keep it for many years.

I just purchased a new Audi Q7 from Audi Miami South. Ariel our sales consultant and the General Manager Florin Nista made the entire process simple and enjoyable. I've had experiences at other dealerships where the consultant was pushy, not here. Ariel and Florin Nista the General Manager was knowledgable and so pleasant to work with. They took the time to explain to me the options between leasing and purchasing, which made my decision so much easier. It is always nice when the sales person and General Manager is excited for you too! After being a Mercedes owner for 18 years, this is by far the best experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. The only suggestion I have is that it does not give a quiet ride. I cannot drive and listen to the radio. I can't hear anything on the radio. so I turn it off. This is the fourth Nissan that I have owned, and the fact that Nissan's vehicles do not give a quiet ride is applicable to the other ones I have owned. I did not know the difference until I rode in my cousin's Cadillac Escalade

Everything was great. The only thing that I would kind of complain about it took over six hours to do it so thank you very much. I really appreciate everything you did for us.

We upgraded our 2015 Quest to a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. We absolutely love it! The car has a great ride, great features, and does great on gas considering it being a big SUV. We have had the pathfinder for almost a year now and we have never had a single mechanical issue with the car except maintenance. If you want a car that lasts forever I recommend buying one!

I got a great deal on a used 2022 SL in green. Selling price just under 25k because it was a rental turn in at just about 50k miles. Certified and with special warranty, I have another 4 years and 50k miles of full bumper to bumper. I wasn't concerned about the mileage as I work at home so mainly wanted a comfortable SUV to run around town and take on road trips. Everything works for me on this as I am not too savvy with the newer cars with all the touch screens and menus as they seem to fail. The 3.6 L engine has plenty get up and go and gas mileage is fantastic. Can't understand all the negatives on here. Maybe being closer to 55 and liking buttons over touch screens is the key.
