We upgraded our 2015 Quest to a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. We absolutely love it! The car has a great ride, great features, and does great on gas considering it being a big SUV. We have had the pathfinder for almost a year now and we have never had a single mechanical issue with the car except maintenance. If you want a car that lasts forever I recommend buying one!

The communication he provides is outstanding, and he always makes sure our needs are taken care of. I?ll gladly drive the extra miles to this location just to work with Adam rather than go to the one closer to my home. He?s a winner in my book! When my daughter?s car was having issues, Adam kept it until he figured out the problem. We ended up needing a new engine. He told me on a Tuesday, had a quote ready that same afternoon, got the engine on Wednesday, and by Friday the car was done! That?s top-notch service and efficiency. I also want to give a shout-out to the awesome tech, Niem, who worked on the car. He was just as amazing. I bought a 2023 Rock Creek Pathfinder and absolutely love it. It is a comfortable highway cruiser and I routinely get 24-26 mpg even combined. I am the most impressed with its off road capability-yes I wish it had skid plates rather than “underbody cladding” and more ground clearance but the 4x4i is very capable and the camera system is great. I have climbed up some very rough trails in Conrad Weiser State Forest (PA) with no issue-the brake based torque vectoring is extremely effective and combined with the tires this vehicles will go places most crossovers won’t. The roof rack is also great and to the contrary of some other reviews I have seen, I have had zero issue with finding racks that fit (Thule Canyon fits great, as do Kuat Kayak Racks). I also enjoy the towing capacity of 6k lbs. My only complaints are the steering assist is a little intrusive and the base stereo is adequate at best; it could also use a heated steering wheel. Minors complaints and overall this is a fantastic SUV for those of us who haul the family around but legitimately like to drive some light trails and get to the fishing hole or trailhead. It looks great too. Bravo Nissan!

Nicolas, our service advisor, kept us up to date during the entire repair process and even sent us a video when the car was being inspected. He was great! We had to have new valve lifters and a new motor mount so the work on our car was pretty extensive. The work seems to have been done well, time will tell. Overall, we?re very happy with the Jim Ellis service department.

I got a great deal on a used 2022 SL in green. Selling price just under 25k because it was a rental turn in at just about 50k miles. Certified and with special warranty, I have another 4 years and 50k miles of full bumper to bumper. I wasn't concerned about the mileage as I work at home so mainly wanted a comfortable SUV to run around town and take on road trips. Everything works for me on this as I am not too savvy with the newer cars with all the touch screens and menus as they seem to fail. The 3.6 L engine has plenty get up and go and gas mileage is fantastic. Can't understand all the negatives on here. Maybe being closer to 55 and liking buttons over touch screens is the key.

Everything was fine except, of course the long wait time. However, this time when I got my truck back it had an unpleasant odor in it. I drove home with the windows down and then washed the floor mat and it's much better.

Had mine (Platinum trim) for about 6 months now. It’s great around town and on road trips. A lot bigger than my old Murano but mileage is much better, I average about 23.5 all around and 25.2 on road trips. No complaints there. I’ve had no problems or anything go wrong at all. The materials inside feel very nice and there’s room for everyone. Heads up display and cooled seats really are nice to have. Overall I can’t think of anything else they could do to make it a better vehicle. It is large so it takes a bit to get used to.

The customer service was great. I have tow complaints: 1. A 3% surcharge when using a credit card which everyone pays with. 2. The waiting room was freezing. I know it?s extremely hot outside but it was very uncomfortable in the waiting area.

I went from a Corvette to a 2023 Pathfinder Platinum, so I can't rate it highly on performance - I know what scary good performance feels like. That being said, I love this SUV. It's the nicest vehicle I have ever owned, and it is so quiet and comfortable, which is why I'm still giving it 5 stars instead of 4. I was in need of 4WD because of a family member's health problems, so I need to get places in snowy weather quickly. I was able to afford the platinum because the 2024s had just arrived and the 2023s were marked way down. If you're looking for an SUV, I highly recommend the Pathfinder, especially if you can afford the platinum addition (the Vette was old and used, which is how I could afford it). I love all the tech and it feels like I'm driving a super comfy armchair. It's a beautiful, capable SUV, and I have zero buyer's remorse.

I was in the marked for a used vehicle. We saw one that was available at EchoPark and it was marked as a good deal. The experience was straight-forward. The pricing expectations were clear at EchoPark, the sale associate explained everything. Pretty the same you would expect at a dealer, but I think a bit more simplified. If I hadn't had an issue with my credit check (not EchoPark's fault), I would have been our sooner, but generally the whole process from coming in, test drive, negotiation, to driving off should take about 2 to 3 hours.

Overpaid on purchase, now I can't sell to get out of high debt. The engine also has a tendency to shutoff when stopped at a red light, but starts back up. I was told this is normal.

This car is huge! When I say huge I mean huge! Three rows! Ac/heat for all three rows! All of our kids sit comfortably with plenty of space! The second and third row can be put down and it have a decent amount of trunk space with a nice size compartment that you can store other things as well! It has a CD player and Bluetooth! Amongst a bunch of other features! I won’t lie it’s a gas guzzler buuuuttttt I dnt mind that part at all because my entire family fits comfortably and the car itself is really nice! One more thing the car looks way smaller than it actually is!

Bought new in CT to retire to FL, seats 7, towing pkg, 4 wd. Hit byone car from side, rear ended by another and hit road debris at 70 mph. All repairs done by Nissan and still like new. Poor mpg around town but decent on cruise control. We keep our cars well past 100k (250k on WRX), so we will likely keep it for many years.

I bought my Pathfinder Nov. 2019, I've had no problem with the way the truck runs, smooth ride, the only problem I've is my backup camera doesn't always work, it's just a black screen, so I just judge my back my the sensor beeps. That's my only problem so it get a thumbs up from me.
