Lou was my salesperson and he was super communicative, explaining and re-explaining when he seemed to feel it was needed. No surprises along the way, I was able to test drive the van as much or as long as I wanted, have a mechanic come by to inspect it and they washed it and added a full tank of gas on pickup day. They had done some quality servicing to the vehicle as well before pickup day. Lou mentioned early on that he wasn't paid on a commission basis, which was a good detail for me to know. In the end, all the numbers were the same from the beginning to end, no "uh oh" moments and it was a super fast experience on pickup day - probably the fastest ever for me to get the keys and drive a new (to me) vehicle home. I will look to use them again if possible in the next year or so. Highly recommend.

I bought my Pathfinder Nov. 2019, I've had no problem with the way the truck runs, smooth ride, the only problem I've is my backup camera doesn't always work, it's just a black screen, so I just judge my back my the sensor beeps. That's my only problem so it get a thumbs up from me.

Wow! Friendly salesperson, fast and helpful responses, patient with our long-distance purchase and paperwork, sent lots of detailed pictures of the car. It’s scary to buy a car from halfway across the country but we felt comfortable and confident the entire way thanks to the people at Bruce Bennett Nissan! After driving nothing but Toyotas for the past 30 years, I decided to try a new make / model for my next car. I went to Bruce Bennett Nissan on Sugar Hollow Road in Danbury and wound up working with someone who I found to be extremely professional; & knowledgeable about the Nissan line of cars. This individual is Danny Coscia, Sales Specialist. Danny was extremely pleasant to work with and at no time did I feel pressured, etc. to buy anything. Danny advised me of all available options re: financing: leasing, etc. Danny showed me multiple vehicles and knew what he was talking about. While I am sure that Danny would have gotten a much bigger commission had I decided to finance a new car, I bought a certified used Rogue with cash. Given that Danny spent so much time showing me cars and discussing all facets of car buying, It pains me that this enthusiastic young salesman probably lost out on a well deserved commission. Despite all the time he spent with me and probably getting very little for his efforts that day, Danny was gracious and showed no kind of animosity or disappointment that his efforts were probably not on par with what he may have earned for this deal. If you visit this dealership, which had a wealth of beautiful cars, do yourself a favor and ask to work with Danny. The young lady who addresses financing options, Sarah (?), was also very easy to deal with. I’d recommend this dealership based on their inventory and the fact that they seem to hire good, young people who represent the dealership and the Nissan brand so well.

I got a great deal on a used 2022 SL in green. Selling price just under 25k because it was a rental turn in at just about 50k miles. Certified and with special warranty, I have another 4 years and 50k miles of full bumper to bumper. I wasn't concerned about the mileage as I work at home so mainly wanted a comfortable SUV to run around town and take on road trips. Everything works for me on this as I am not too savvy with the newer cars with all the touch screens and menus as they seem to fail. The 3.6 L engine has plenty get up and go and gas mileage is fantastic. Can't understand all the negatives on here. Maybe being closer to 55 and liking buttons over touch screens is the key.
