This 2021 Nissan Rogue SL is a great car. It is very comfortable and loaded with features. I am very pleased with fuel efficiency. There has been no problems to report since I bought this car.

Honestly, my experience was 6/5 stars. I went on Sunday to test drive the Crosstrek…Estelle Feng was more than happy to show me the vehicle, answer any questions, and didn’t pressure me at all to buy that day. I knew I’d be coming back because of her. I even considered going to a different dealership, but I just wanted to work with Estelle. Yesterday (Wednesday), Estelle met me on my timeline (she’s really the best) to test drive the specific trim I wanted, and I didn’t think I’d be able to make any deals that day, due to some paperwork I was waiting on. This is where Jeff Jones comes in. Honestly, I don’t know how Jeff did it, but he gave me exactly what I wanted. He worked hard to make sure to meet all my demands (and there were many). He somehow was able to get me into my dream car that day. Jeff is easy to talk, has a great sense of humor and really loves his job. Oh and he has the patience of a saint but I’ll get to the later. Marco Saines handled the boring stuff (paperwork)…again, super easy to talk to, honest, and just a good guy. He made it as painless as possible. He’s also quick to get back to you if you have questions. Back to Jeff…reading the contract today, I got confused by the numbers I was looking at. Admittedly, I am sick with a cold, and not thinking as sharply as normal. I called up and Jeff and ran him through the wringer. He very patiently explained to me what I was misunderstanding…several times (I’m sorry Jeff!!!). I realized my error and am immediately writing this review! :) Honestly, these three are a dream team. At no point did I feel pressured to buy that day, they just let me know I could if I wanted to. I hate being pressured, I’m highly anxious and am going through a difficult chapter in my life. I felt so comfortable as a woman going alone to this dealership and getting a car. I can honestly say this is one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had, and that’s saying a lot, especially for a car dealership. You won’t regret buying a car here. Cars Unlimited of Santa Ana may seem like your average used car dealership as you drive by. The reviews are a hit or miss online and you really don't know what to believe. My three takeaways from this place is transparency, honesty and quality. As a car enthusiast, I found a particular vehicle here I was interested in, and I worked with Peyman Reisi, the manager of Cars Unlimited of Santa Ana and I had a great experience. From Peyman to his employees everyone was extremely courteous and helpful. They were prompt to answer any questions I had about the car prior to coming in. They provided me with a Carfax and Autocheck report upon arriving and gave me ample time to check the car out and even allowed me to take it out for a lengthy test drive. The staff was fully transparent about anything they knew about the car and also fully encouraged me to have it checked out by a mechanic or dealership of my choice if I wanted to, of course, at my cost. If there were any issues, Peyman and his team said they would work on getting it sorted out, or reimburse the cost prior to finalizing the deal. You have to remember, this is a used car dealership, not everything is going to be perfect, it isn't a new car, but they will strive to make sure they get you into a solid, reliable car. Not even a large franchise dealer can guarantee something won't go wrong a few weeks down the road, that is why Peyman stands by his cars and offers a warranty if things do happen or allow you to get it fully inspected prior to purchasing. The entire team here was not pushy nor did they use any of your typical sales pitch when I was viewing the car. They were very hands off from the moment I pulled into the parking lot and the moment I left with the car. They gave you just the right amount of attention without being overbearing and pushy on the sale, whether you buy a car or not, they will treat you the same way they'd want to be treated. I observed this with different customers they interacted with. They have a very good selection of cars, and if they don't have what you're looking for, they can help source it for you and have it fully checked out prior to you purchasing it. At the end of the day, use your due diligence when buying a used car, whether it's from a smaller dealership like this one or a large franchise one. Not every car will be perfect, but it is the actions and integrity of the dealership that will set it apart. I am sure Peyman and his team will take care of any customer that have a reasonable issue with their car in a timely manner. Thanks again Peyman, I hope to see you around!

I cannot recommend Eddie Aguilar at California Motors Direct enough! If you want a salesperson who is terrifically professional and truly on your side, this is the guy. We drove through two counties and fought a ton of traffic to make this deal happen, and Eddie was more than patient with our schedule. What really blew us away was that he and his manager stayed late just to ensure we left that night with the car we deserved. It felt like "NO" wasn't even in his work vocabulary—he ground out the details and made the numbers work perfectly for both the lender and me.
