I had an overall really good experience. This is the purchase of my first car, personally, I don't have a lot of knowledge regarding the automotive industry and mechanics, so the guidance from the salesperson was very helpful and it's clear that it was in her interest for me to get the best deal possible. One thing I would recommend as an improvement is that I felt pressured to make a decision at points in the process. I understand that the role of a salesperson is to guide the customer into making a decision, but sometimes I felt that not all of my doubts were answered, or that there wasn't enough clarity on what stage of the process we were in. Additionally, the car turned out to have a malfunction on the battery two days after the purchase, which shows that the repair process wasn't done with extreme attention to detail. However, the staff was efficient and really helpful in fixing the issue and ensuring I was satisfied with my choice. The thing I'll highlight the most about the experience is the dedication to the customer and the desire for me to get a great deal.

He answer all my questions I had regarding the problems I have been having at Al Hendrickson when it come to service my car and he gave me a solution. For the longest my middle arm console had been peeling and every time I went to Al Hendrickson the other workers always give me the run around and it never got fixed. Nothing but great experience! I bought a salvage 2018 Honda Civic SI last October 23, 2025 and I never thought that this experience would be so great! At first, I was hesitant since this is my first time buying a salvage car online. Seeing the car posted with a very cheap price, I thought I should give it try but did not expect anything better since it's a salvage vehicle selling for less than half off of it's retail. I spoke with Peter and he told me that it only has hail storm damage. I said to myself maybe there are hidden damages or a missing catalytic converter since it's common with online dealership but I was proved wrong. I got the vehicle 7 days later since and it literally only has dents all over it. Engine is good and transmission is smooth. Body can be fixed in just a couple of thousand. Never been this satisfied for a purchase ever! Just pay and wait, that's how easy the transaction has been. Only low points was the title and re-assignment took weeks to deliver but still definitely worth it! Maybe I can try buy and sell soon. lol
