This 2021 Nissan Rogue SL is a great car. It is very comfortable and loaded with features. I am very pleased with fuel efficiency. There has been no problems to report since I bought this car.

I only worked with them briefly looking to purchase a used Jeep Grand Cherokee. They helped me to their best ability and were a great team with a lot of experience and knowledge on what they do. I have now been to this facility twice in the last two years (once to get an appraisal for a vehicle I ended up selling myself and now (Sept/2018) for a used vehicle purchase. Both times great, but this most recent was a shockingly easy process throughout with a very good person (Greg Leo) from CarMax. I had a specific need and the car was in CA (I am in TX) and Greg set up delivery, responded to any request I had, and kept me informed at all times of the stages. When I met him for actual purchase, I was in and out of the process (including a trade in) in 2 hours (prob could have done less but we got along well). This IS the way car buying should be done! Period. Great people, great business model. I also used CarMax financing with zero issues (excellent credit) and there is no pressure involved whatsoever (it is built into their process).

This is my 3rd Rogue & 6th Nissan. Everyone has been a good car. Being a widow I need to know I will get home safely.

I give 5+ stars to this dealership. We accompanied our granddaughter to purchase her first car. Kim was the sales associate. She was awesome…no pressure, answered her questions, and helped her to get payments that were affordable. She found just the car that was best for her, with the help of Kim, at a competitive price. The staff at Gulliver's was mostly professional and made the process fast and easy. The only person who could be a bit more professional is the finance guy, he’s just a little rough around the edges. Overall I would recommend.

Was super easy to get my Kia Forte in for it's oil change. Was able to call and get it scheduled at midnight by the bot, and had it in the next morning. Only downside if you aren't ready for it, is the wait times. Appointment was for 10am, and I left around noon, so roughly a 2 hour wait. Technician who spoke with me was super knowledgeable and helped me ensure my Kia was in top notch shape!

I purchased a certified pre owned Nissan Rogue SL that I saw on their website. It was a very good price and Mike Sui was the internet sales agent and texted/talked with me over a couple of days while I decided if it was worth the 90 min drive up from Tyler. Happy to report that it was! Mike is super friendly as are the rest of the staff. The car was as advertised and the process easy to purchase. Excellent trade in value and didn?t resort to deceptive or high pressure sales tactics. The only complaint I have is the wait time for the docs which they admitted took way too long because they were busy AND short staffed. All said I am very happy with them.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!
