Finally!! I found a Auto salesman that knows how to give amazing customer service. His name is Andrew Spigelman and he works at Hertz in Norwalk. Sometimes I can be difficult to work with, but Andrew was very patient and understanding. Even though I did not buy a car because of my DP I will definitely send everyone I know to Andrew only.

Wow what an amazing car buying experience at Hertz Car Sales - Torrance with Tammy Watkins helping us buy 2 excellent condition and low mileage 2016 Toyota Camry's. Me and my family have been researching for the best car deals for months now and finally a place to buy cars without issues. We tried going the private seller route and even going to car dealerships around town, but it was a big waste of time since other dealers have high pressure sales and hidden charges such as dealership fees or accessory fees. The best thing I like about buying our cars here was that the prices are listed upfront and their is no haggling, no pressure, and no hidden fees. Plus the cars we bought come with a 12-month/12,000 Mile Limited Power Train Warranty. We went to Hertz Car Sales - Torrance 3 different days in order to purchase 2 cars from them. The first day we just drove onto the lot and started walking around looking at the cars and were greeted in a friendly manner by a Hertz Representative named by Tammy Watkins. She was very knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in and offered us to test drive the cars. We ended up test driving several cars that day and Tammy was very patient with us and did not pressure us at all. We told her we like the cars and would come back with a mechanic another day to test drive and inspect the cars. Then we came back on a 3rd day to finalize all the financial, DMV, and warranty paper work to purchase both cars. We want Axel! We have been in the market for buying a used car and had the chance to interact with a lot of used car salesman that left a sour taste. Coming into Cerritos Nissan, I was on my guard because of the predatory experience in this industry. However Cerritos Nissan does it different. After talking to a car sales agent named Axel on the phone, he clarified that unlike other used car companies Cerritos Nissan does NOT have MANDATORY ADD-ONS to mark up the price you see online and was also able to send us *custom* photos of the car we were after. When we arrived to the dealership we were greeted by Axel who was ready to tour with us (did not make us wait) and was extremely knowledgeable and patient as we examined the Vehicle in great detail. Axel is a different breed in terms of how genuine he is about the cars he sells. When we noticed defects in the car he did not brush us off and talked to his manager to see what he can do for us. After 2 visits to the dealership we purchased the car and ever since Axel has been there along the way, checking up on us. The rest of the crew in Cerritos Nissan is also great, hardworking, professional and are multiple tiers above anything else we have seen during our car search.
