I have had many issues with my car since I bought it, but Jose, a great guy is always there to help. Recently, my transmission was failing. Even though I was worried about paying a lot of money, Jose helped through the process by making sure that my extended warranty takes care of the repair. He is a wonderful person who always make sure that his customers get all the information necessary and they leave with a happy face. In addition, the whole team is amazing. Everyone is warm towards all customers and they do not hesitate to interact with anyone that walks in the service center. I truly love the hard work and the teamwork.

Mike really helped me out when my transmission line blew out. Responsive and communicative. Only negative was using the Antwerpen phone system. Too many options then when in wait mode every 5 seconds it would give the same message eventually kicking me out. I called over several days having the same experience. Really need to get something more customer focused.

I had a series of concerns with my 2015 Nissan Sentra, and she walked me through every step of the issues, but more importantly she listened to my concerns. She even ensured that I was taken care of while she was out on vacation – I mean really, this is truly EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Everything was simply wonderful except the closing. I asked them to give me the BEST PRICE they could and when it was outside my parameters, I declined the offer. The next day they called with a much lower offer but I had already gone to another dealer and accepted their deal. Had they given the the second offer in the first place, I would have happily accepted. What about BEST PRICE didn't they understand?

I was looking for a Toyota RAV4 & found one online @ Car Gurus. I drove a hr to see the vehicle, from GB Md to Waldorf Md. My salesman was Daryl, He was great. Very friendly, also was the Finance Manager. Everyone was very helpful. I ended up buying the RAV4. I love it. I’ve had my original car (Toyota Camry) for 22yrs. I kept it , I couldn’t bare to trade it in. But again they were so nice , they detailed my Rav4 & filled up the tank. It was worth the drive.

Recently moved to MD and was desperately in need of a car. I was introduced to this gentleman by the name Talbot "Jap" - soft spoken, funny and also has a heart. He made the buying process a lot more easy for me. I was able to trust him. I felt like he cared and wanted the best me. His service is just top-notch, and must say I he is one of the main reasons I sealed the deal.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. The work was done correctly and within a reasonable time. The check in and check out process was a breeze. Kaylin always has a smile on her face and willing to help. Her positive energy does reflex to others in the dealership.

Extremely professional service and top concern for resolving the problems. My service adviser, Crystal Vanderpuije, understood the issue with the car and made sure it was completely taken care of. She is very hands on when it comes to making sure the customer's issues are resolved. The technician that worked on the car took the initiative to order a part for an issue he discovered that I had not initially addressed, and resolved that problem without my prompting. That's the kind of service that you always hope for but rarely find.
