I've owed the rogue SV for some 9 months and I'm very pleased with the ride, performance and reliability . Prior to me purchased this car I rented a bunch of competitors to narrow down my choice. The Rogue has alot of features that really come in handy. It's a very thought out vehicle. On long highway trips it holds the road very steadily at 90 MPH and my gas consumption was in the low 40's. For the money to me it's the best value out there

KG Ellsworth is the consummate professional. He has been the chief service person for my last four vehicles. He listens and thoroughly explains what needs to be to be done and why.

So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! I love this car except…, the exhaust or engine noise at 2500 to 3500 rpm. The other item that surprised me was the horn sound like a cheap little kiddie car. For $39000, I think they could have a decent horn in it. I sold Nissans for 18 years, this is the best Rogue they have produced yet. I would highly recommend this vehicle

I’m surprised, the reviews are so low honestly. I have put 6,000 miles on my 2023 Nissan rogue so far and I have not had any issues. I know a recall came out but I got it fixed. I honestly really like my rogue. I know not everyone will have a perfect experience but it’s a great car. I got the base trim, and was a little skeptical especially looking at the SV’s but if your looking for a car with just the perfect amount of tech I recommend buying the base model because you get a bang for your buck. Gas mileage is amazing! I have been averaging 36/37mpg. Coming from a 2015 Altima that got worse gas mileage it’s amazing. The only negative is that the seats really attract pet hair so make sure to have a lint roller in your car, but the car is perfect!

A few weeks ago my son and I bought a 2016 Hyundai Sonata at CarMax of Southlake on Mt. Zion Road in Stockbridge GA. Our sales agent was an older gentleman named Jim Lowe. What a nice guy. Low key. Not pushy. So very patient. He was very knowledgeable about the various cars my son wanted to look at and understood what features he needed on the car. He never rushed us to get on to the next customer and was always willing to answer all our questions. (And he even knew the answers and didn’t have to go ask someone.) These are attributes that you don’t always find with used car salesmen. But Jim was different. CarMax is different. Such a large selection of cars that we found and with low or mid or high mileage. The financial process was painless as well. We went outside to go get his car and found it all washed and cleaned inside. It even had a full tank of gas and a HUGE yellow bow across the hood. Such a nice way to send off the customer. I highly recommend CarMax for your next car buying experience. Also, ask for Jim.

I was in the market for a new car for over a year now. It is nerve wrecking and overwhelming. Decide to buy a new or used. I researched, test drive, and contacted over 20 dealers for information. Until I finally found the perfect car for me at the perfect price, while on the CarMax website in Norcross, GA. A 2023 Nissan Pathfinder SV 4WD with 16,500 miles. Practically brand new and at least under $2,000 and the lowest miles from similar vehicles in my area. One great thing about CarMax is that I was able to scheduled the test drive 7 days in advance. They reserved the car for me, no worries about being sold before my test drive. Another great thing about CarMax is the price advertised is the price you pay. Other than tax, title and registration, no other “bogus” fees are added to the price. I only wish they offered special incentives/discounts like military, first responders, student, etc. But, I am extremely happy with my purchase!!! Shout out to salesman Young!!! He is the first person I spoke to; he got the car for my test drive, and in less than 1-2hrs I was on my way home with a new car!!! In other words, DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!

I bought my 2016 Rogue SL in 2019 with 32,000 miles on it. It is now 2025 and it has 223,000 miles on it, and I still drive her daily with no issues. I have had to replace the car battery once and the fob battery twice. I also had to replace the front wheel bearings about 2 years ago. That is it! No check engine lights no engine or transmission issues, no sun roof leaks. Everything she started with still functions as well as the day i got her. This has been the best, most reliable incredible car i could have every asked for. I can not speak highly enough of the Rogue and am currently looking at getting another one and saving what is left of this one for my daughter.

I am very pleased with my Rogue. It is a 2019 that I purchased with 13K. I think the styling is very good and the interior is roomy. I'm 6' and my brother is 6-2 and we both have plenty of headroom in the front or the back. The turning radius is very good. Only downside (which I don't care about) is the acceleration is only mediocre. Overall, highly recommended.
