From the moment you walk inside, you are treated likely royalty. You can tell they put Customer satisfaction at the top of mind, keeping up with high expectations of Lexus Customers. I was treated fairly, and respectfully from the start to the end of our transaction. I went back a few days later for window tinting, and was treated the same at the Service department. I bought my 2016 Rogue SL in 2019 with 32,000 miles on it. It is now 2025 and it has 223,000 miles on it, and I still drive her daily with no issues. I have had to replace the car battery once and the fob battery twice. I also had to replace the front wheel bearings about 2 years ago. That is it! No check engine lights no engine or transmission issues, no sun roof leaks. Everything she started with still functions as well as the day i got her. This has been the best, most reliable incredible car i could have every asked for. I can not speak highly enough of the Rogue and am currently looking at getting another one and saving what is left of this one for my daughter.

This was a replacement vehicle for a Toyota Camry that was totaled. Bought it, it was 3 years old with 36,032 miles on it. Been rear ended $14,000 in Damages to the rear, there’s only 2 things I would complain about. One getting a replacement Drivers seat has been a problem, I’ve even looked in Auto salvage yards to get a replacement seat, it’s been a headache, and if you do find one you got to give the first 2 numbers of the VIN # so the wiring Harness will work.. if you have the American built version , the Japanese or Korean Version Wiring Harnesses will not work, they will bolt in, but the Harnesses won’t work. Been looking for 3 years for a seat , still can’t find one. I’ve looked in both North & South Carolina for a replacement seat.

I was very pleased with my experience. I started at CarMax to "try on" several cars from several manufacturers. The salesman (Jack) was happy to oblige, despite it being cold and rainy. We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. Jack and Brandon kept good communication, weren't pushy and were a pleasure to work with. The business office was quick and explained the paperwork and processes effectively. So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

I bought a 2016 SL used in 2017 from the dealer. It has a lot of great features. The SL model rides and handles a lot better then lower models. Good inside room for passengers and storage. Pretty good gas mileage and pickup for the size. No CVT issues so far that I've heard of. Suggest you pay attention to CVT maintenance as it requires more service than your standard geared transmission. I got that from a 2015 Juke I still own. Renewed maintenance resolved the dreaded CVT "stumble".

I bought a 2020 Tesla Model X at Baha after seeing it on Cars.Com. The listed price was really good so the only issue was the value of my trade-in. Mason made me a reasonable offer after I emailed pictures, then emailed me a Bill of Sale so I knew all the costs before I arrived. When I got there they took my 2016 Tesla Model S for a test drive and upped their trade-in offer by $2000 without any negotiation by me. They look like a typical corner used car lot with cars packed in, but they have a lot of nice cars. They listed my trade-in at a very attractive price. It will be a great deal for someone. Pro Tip: If you're coming from the north, don't get off I-94 at Cicero. Take the next exit east and enjoy a more relaxing drive to North Avenue.

I've owed the rogue SV for some 9 months and I'm very pleased with the ride, performance and reliability . Prior to me purchased this car I rented a bunch of competitors to narrow down my choice. The Rogue has alot of features that really come in handy. It's a very thought out vehicle. On long highway trips it holds the road very steadily at 90 MPH and my gas consumption was in the low 40's. For the money to me it's the best value out there

I bought my 2016 Rogue SL in 2016 and it is now 2024. I have to say it is one of the best cars I have ever owned, I only have 58,000 miles on it going into my 8th year of ownership. I did not get the moonroof as that was not a problem I wanted, but I did get the SL with the Red exterior and Almond interior (all leather). It has hands free talking and texting, lots of whistle and bells, it beeps when backing up if there is a car or person behind you, and the excellent stereo system for just a few of the SL features. I did not have the blind spot monitor( I wish I did) or the adaptive cruise control, other than that I have every other option. The best gas mileage I got was 36mpg on the highway, and I could drive from Atlanta to Mobile on one tank of guess which is awesome. I have taken very good care of the car with a regular maintained schedule with all the records in the glove box and I have never had one problem with this car at all. The smooth ride had sold me over and I also have a KIA Sorento of the same year, and it rides like a freight train compared to the rogue. Maybe I just got lucky, and got a great car, but everyone I talk to that has a Rogue all seem to love theirs as well as I do mine. I can only hope the newer models are as reliable as my 2016, as I plan on driving it until it can no longer go or I wear out before it does. This is just my honest opinion; I am no car salesman or have any stock or reason to brag on my Nissan Rogue, other than it has been a great ride these last going on 8 years.

we had our car in for a warranty covered repair and also had about 5 preventative maintenence things done isaac was our contact, he was very friendly, thorough and efficient, we brought the car in at 7:00 a.m. and we had it back by 1:30. we are very pleased. also, the temporary setup is very nice as that goes but the new one will be even better

I’m surprised, the reviews are so low honestly. I have put 6,000 miles on my 2023 Nissan rogue so far and I have not had any issues. I know a recall came out but I got it fixed. I honestly really like my rogue. I know not everyone will have a perfect experience but it’s a great car. I got the base trim, and was a little skeptical especially looking at the SV’s but if your looking for a car with just the perfect amount of tech I recommend buying the base model because you get a bang for your buck. Gas mileage is amazing! I have been averaging 36/37mpg. Coming from a 2015 Altima that got worse gas mileage it’s amazing. The only negative is that the seats really attract pet hair so make sure to have a lint roller in your car, but the car is perfect!

The three-cylinder engine is one of the best in its class, producing 200 horsepower and 225 torque, so don't be deceived. Try high-octane gas; it will increase your mpg and make driving more enjoyable. CVT Plus is incredibly dependable and seamless. These are high-quality cars made in Japan. I hope this is useful.

I am very pleased with my Rogue. It is a 2019 that I purchased with 13K. I think the styling is very good and the interior is roomy. I'm 6' and my brother is 6-2 and we both have plenty of headroom in the front or the back. The turning radius is very good. Only downside (which I don't care about) is the acceleration is only mediocre. Overall, highly recommended.
