I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! You're such a great employee and that deserves recognition.

I have not had this car for very long. Only a couple months but so far it seems to be working and driving very well. Smiles!!

Oil change, tire rotation, filters and wipers changed out. All completed timely and correctly; all dealership personnel were professional and helpful. Have always been well taken care of at Mike Rezi Nissan.

This car looks great and is a pleasure to drive. Mileage is good and the car handles very well. One flaw, though, is that there’s no button from inside to raise the hatchback or a button on the key fob to open it. It’s also a bit hard to reach up and close the hatchback. If these things were included, the car would be flawless.

The only prob I really had, was that I really needed a loaner/rental and never got one. Granted, the service I rec'd from Matthew mostly made up for that. He was the first service writer out of 7 yrs worth, that listened to me and did all he could to determine the issues with my Rogue. I honestly could have hugged him (but Covid), because I am just so thankful I had an ear from someone that heard what I was saying and took it in and diagnosed it accordingly. This is my second Rogue I've owned and both have had AC issues and I am happy to report, my AC has worked perfectly since picking my car back up. Also, they only had my car for about 4 days total taking the weekend into account. Will gladly bring my vehicle back as long as I can deal with Matthew.

My third Nissan Rogue. This is my first fully loaded car. I love everything about the car; especially the driver assistant feature. I just wish the tailgate would have a button for opening and closing. Great sport feature; the car really moves in this mode.

I love this car! I've had it since Thanksgiving and the only complaint is that the tailgate must be opened by hand, no button anywhere to open it. I don't need a large vehicle and the sport version makes it a good size. It's comfortable, like my 3 previous Nissans. I haven't spent a lot of time with the infotainment, but it works for me. All of the warnings can be a bit overwhelming, but nice to have.

We were shopping for a new Nissan Armada and found one with all the features we liked online at Regal Nissan. It was pouring rain when our scheduled appointment arrived, but Irish already had our Armada pulled into the covered garage for us to check out. The whole experience was easy and felt like working with family. We bought our first brand new family car, a 2021 Armada from Irish at Regal Auto. Being a GM guy, the experience here makes me want to change to Nissan when time for a new truck.

I am writing this letter to commend Ashley Whitford, Owner Loyalty Manager at Mike Rezi Nissan, for the outstanding customer service she provided during a recent issue I experienced with my vehicle. I purchased a 2016 Mercedes from your dealership, and after only a week of ownership, the car began having problems. The check engine light came on, and the vehicle felt as if it did not want to pull. I reached out to the dealership several times in hopes of speaking with a salesman or manager, but unfortunately, I did not receive a call back. After a few days, AJ contacted me and asked me to bring the vehicle back so it could be sent to the service department. After the car was there for about a week, I received a call explaining that the vehicle carried a 30-day/1,000-mile warranty, which had expired since the car had reached 1,600 miles. I was frustrated and asked to speak with the store manager, and that is when I was connected with Ashley. From the very beginning, Ashley demonstrated professionalism, empathy, and true dedication to customer satisfaction. She carefully listened to my concerns, explained the situation, and then went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Although the warranty had technically expired, Ashley assured me that, out of good faith, the dealership would perform a one-time goodwill repair. She acknowledged the difficulties I had gone through, including the fact that I had to bring the car back from Alabama, and she made the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Because of her commitment, compassion, and willingness to help, what started as a stressful and disappointing experience turned into a positive one. Have owned a 2021 Rogue Sport for 6 months. I’ve noticed a lot of people commenting on acceleration issues while merging on HWY. unless mine is in eco mode I have no problem merging at HWY speeds.

I was in the market for a new car for over a year now. It is nerve wrecking and overwhelming. Decide to buy a new or used. I researched, test drive, and contacted over 20 dealers for information. Until I finally found the perfect car for me at the perfect price, while on the CarMax website in Norcross, GA. A 2023 Nissan Pathfinder SV 4WD with 16,500 miles. Practically brand new and at least under $2,000 and the lowest miles from similar vehicles in my area. One great thing about CarMax is that I was able to scheduled the test drive 7 days in advance. They reserved the car for me, no worries about being sold before my test drive. Another great thing about CarMax is the price advertised is the price you pay. Other than tax, title and registration, no other “bogus” fees are added to the price. I only wish they offered special incentives/discounts like military, first responders, student, etc. But, I am extremely happy with my purchase!!! Shout out to salesman Young!!! He is the first person I spoke to; he got the car for my test drive, and in less than 1-2hrs I was on my way home with a new car!!! In other words, DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!

On 6/12/2023 I purchased a used Nissan Pathfinder from this dealership. In my 78 years, I have done business with a lot of dealerships. This was the most pleasurable dealership experience that I have ever experienced. My salesman, Deaven Thomas was absolutely the best. This was the only time I have ever left a dealership with a big smile on my face.

My Rogue Sport is front wheel drive, which I prefer to 4wd. Car get over 30mpg city! Nothing ever breaks for the 30k I've driven

I traded in a 1996 Rogue for the Rogue Sport. Their is only 1of me now and it is perfect. I have had it for a year and during that time when I accompany my daughter she will drive my vehicle and has no complaints. She drove the other Rogue so she has something to compare it too. The Nissan Rogue Sport is an excellent car to purchase. It’s extremely stylish. My gas mileage is amazing. I can drive this car for three weeks without having to fuel up again. It has safety features which include a back up camera and blind spot warning. This car is worth every penny I spent to purchase this vehicle.

Reliable but very squirrely to drive. Loud inside. Gutless. Sound system and backup camera did not have great clarity. Not very roomy. That being said I never had a single issue with the car. Very reliable and nothing broke.

Great power for its size. Excellent gas mileage. Seats are comfortable. Great for around town. Not bad on the highway either. More comfortable than the new Kia Sportage. Getting 31mpg average. Must change transmission fluid every 30k miles! I know this will save your transmission.
