This car looks great and is a pleasure to drive. Mileage is good and the car handles very well. One flaw, though, is that there’s no button from inside to raise the hatchback or a button on the key fob to open it. It’s also a bit hard to reach up and close the hatchback. If these things were included, the car would be flawless.

Great experience from beginning to end. My first point of contact was over phone with Rick. He knew exactly what I was looking for and reached out when a vehicle matching my description got delivered. I immediately headed to the dealership and loved what I saw, but had to talk it over with family. After have had gone to other dealerships, I decided that no one could match Buchanan's prices or customer service. Have owned a 2021 Rogue Sport for 6 months. I’ve noticed a lot of people commenting on acceleration issues while merging on HWY. unless mine is in eco mode I have no problem merging at HWY speeds.

This car is fantastic for me.Is my first Nissan .It rides well, I like its comfort, I have driven slowly in the city without accelerating suddenly and I have managed to get 29 miles and more per gallon

We traded in a Subaru Impreza hatchback on the 2021 Nissan Rogue Sport SL with premium package. The 1st thing we noticed during the test drive, was how much quieter the car was compared to the Subie. It is not a fast car by any means, but it also doesn't deserve some of the review commentary that I've seen. The ivory leather interior make the inside feel so much brighter and airy in nature. Both my wife and I love the exterior styling, as well as the pearlescent white paint job. For a moderately priced vehicle we think the car has a near luxury feel and appearance. Happy with the purchase so far!

My third Nissan Rogue. This is my first fully loaded car. I love everything about the car; especially the driver assistant feature. I just wish the tailgate would have a button for opening and closing. Great sport feature; the car really moves in this mode.

Maintenance preformed when due, tires replaced at 45,000 miles, Brake job due now at 55,000 miles not any transmission, AC problems, the only complaint is the road noise. You have to take care of your car if you want it to last. I love my Rogue

Jones did everything from registration to tags and new license plates. And I was able to drive home in my new vehicle that same-day. Salesman Wayne, took me over to Enterprise to return my rental at 4:30 before they closed. They towed my old car from its location to them next day. I love this car! I've had it since Thanksgiving and the only complaint is that the tailgate must be opened by hand, no button anywhere to open it. I don't need a large vehicle and the sport version makes it a good size. It's comfortable, like my 3 previous Nissans. I haven't spent a lot of time with the infotainment, but it works for me. All of the warnings can be a bit overwhelming, but nice to have.

The 2021 rogue sport sl has a great design however the front area below the license plate is open to road debri which can damage the radiator how much would that cost ?? $$$$$$$$$$

I recently purchased a car the other day from Hampstead Pre-owned and have to say how easy the process was. My salesperson (Nemo)made it a no pressure experience. I told him what I was interested in, and he prepped the car for a test drive. When done I was asked if this was good or is there was something else I wanted to look out. He never tried to talk the car up or sway me in any way. When I decided to buy he finished up on his part and was passed off to finance, general manager and owner. Everyone involved (and employees not involved) were very accommodating and friendly. I'd buy again from them.

I just purchased a gorgeous used Lexus RX350 from Jack Giamblavo Mazda. My sales consultant was William Seiler, and we initially corresponded through email. He was friendly and courteous and not pushy. When I requested if he could send me additional pictures of the car he did as quickly as possible. Any questions I asked he answered promptly, and he would check back to make sure I received what I requested. Some time went by, due to a death in my immediate family and also the distance from the dealership to my home, in Vineland, was a 2.5+hr drive; which I was reluctant to drive. After a few weeks William reached out to me again, to see if I was still interested, or if I had purchased another vehicle in the interim. It was just the the nudge I needed to move forward. I called him and we reviewed the details to move froward and he shared with me, that his Mother's name was Carolee as well! I was quite surprised ...this is a very uncommon name. My husband and I, along with William, made a deal, to purchase the car and have them deliver it. William fulfilled our request to do a video, go around, of the interior and exterior of the car and to reveal any blemishes. He did that within a couple hours and a contract was drawn up. Papers to sign and get notarized were overnighted to us, and we overnighted our payment. Everything went smoothly. The 2 gentlemen, I believe, were Ron and Rick?, that drove the car to us, were very courteous and friendly. Thank you William! I am thrilled with the car and it was exactly what I expected...and more!

Great power for its size. Excellent gas mileage. Seats are comfortable. Great for around town. Not bad on the highway either. More comfortable than the new Kia Sportage. Getting 31mpg average. Must change transmission fluid every 30k miles! I know this will save your transmission.
