Mike really helped me out when my transmission line blew out. Responsive and communicative. Only negative was using the Antwerpen phone system. Too many options then when in wait mode every 5 seconds it would give the same message eventually kicking me out. I called over several days having the same experience. Really need to get something more customer focused.

Very friendly, also was the Finance Manager. Everyone was very helpful. I ended up buying the RAV4. I love it. I’ve had my original car (Toyota Camry) for 22yrs.
