My friend needed to sell the car after her husband passed away where the loan had a higher balance than the value of the car. Sean Shahsaver was very kind and, although Star Nissan was unable to buy the car, he let us know that there were two warranties on the car that could be cancelled for refunds and save her almost $1600. Also, when I first brought my car in with the problem, Dave, the manager did a thorough check of my problem and immediately submitted an order to get the part I needed.
