My family has bought 35 cars from carmax, never had an issue.We had some issues with some of the cars but they took care of it right away. What gained my respect for carmax is that we bought a car a HYUNDAI ELantra 2012. DROVE THE CAR A LITTLE OVER A YEAR. Went to trade it in and we found out the car was in a bad car accident in the front, and that's why it was pulling to the right. We were never told that this car was in an accident. We were told that it never was. Immediately they paid off our loan and put us in another new car. That's a good company. Therefore in my opinion they are awesome

They had a Tesla that was the exact color and miles I wanted They gave me videos, pictures even a FaceTime with someone driving since I was buying out of state. Easy process E signed and they transported the vehicle to my driveway can't say enough about this place!

Had 2021 sr. car was rear ended and, if not for car, I would be dead. All those safety measures took hold, air bags, belts. Couldn't find another like it. Settled for 2018 SV.

They were very easy to work with but I didn’t see the flaws in the paint in the photos online. However I love the car even though it is a bit beat up. It is a 2014 after all.

I have the 2019 Nissan Sentra SV Special Edition and the ride and seats are very comfortable. Gas Mileage is great in the city using the Eco mode which I use a lot. I got up to 36 miles per gallon in the city. I added some System48Plus to the oil crank case and now I'm getting up to 40 miles per gallon in the city! I bought the car certified and it had no recalls so I decided to buy this one. Some of those other 2019s had a recall. The front of the car looks amazing sporty! The thing that's not as good would be the performance which I don't need as long as I am saving gas but I am getting a better puck up since I added that engine treatment as well as better gas mileage. The only other thing that could use improvement would be the sterio speakers and l will probably just change that to Boise speakers. Overall it's a great looking and dependable car.

Rides well. Got some pep. Interior styling upscale. Plenty of space. Trunk space-plenty of room. Back seats with plenty of room. Like no noise engine.

Love my 2024 Nissan Sentra sv I hit my hear mark with my baby I call her “Diamond” lol she’s great with mileage/gas and is comfortable for me and my daughter and visiting family in California I have no plans On trading her love the space inside and smoothness when driving Siri play “isn’t she lovely” lol I definitely recommend

I purchased my Sentra SV with 45,000 miles on it. After 5:years, it has been a rock of dependability and gets outstanding gas mileage (43-45 mpg with the ECO mode.) I've only had to replace the battery and front brake pads and it has 76,099 miles. It may not be the sportiest car, but it's comfortable and gets 29-33 mpg around town.

So far I have bought (12) vehicles from this dealership if I’m not forgetting one or two. The last a 2023 power wagon - I love coming here everyone here is very polite and helpful. I deal mostly with Tarek and Bill and they are both very professional. I have never had a problem at the service center that I didn’t get resolved. Great car for commuting. Have high safety scores which I tested on March 30th. I was hit from behind at 50mph and I walked away. My 2022 Monarch Orange/Black Sentra SR was shortened by 3 feet front and back. I just bought a 2023 Gun metal/Black SR Premium to replace the 2022. Best small car I driven to date.

I have two sets of lights on airbags, low pressure lights that has been replaced yet is on again air pressure is good. Really like the car yet I’ve have heard a bunch of negatives problems with the car that is keeping me worry.

I'm happy with my car. I like how it handles even better than my previous 2003 Nissan Sentra! :) I also got a good price deal from the dealer and service when the car needed servicing

I was in the market to purchase a reliable used car for my daughter for under $5k. We had been all over town for a couple of weeks. We finally landed at Sensible Choice Saturday and immediately knew this experience was going to be different. The office was clean and welcoming. Wayne was our salesperson - he was exactly what we needed. I told him what we were looking for, he showed us what he had in his inventory and told us to take a look at which ones we were interested in. We looked at a few cars and test drove a couple of them. This is my first car and I absolutely love it! I plan to keep my car for as long as I can. It's very reliable, I've had the car for about a year and half now and I've only ever had 2 issues with the car. The first being the starter not working right after I purchased it and the 2nd being the AC going out a few months, with both issues being fixed and relatively cheap, although I take my car to a mechanic I personally know instead of a dealership. This car has never left me stranded or failed me, It has always and I mean always started right up. I also love how comfortable and quiet the cabin is. Even on the highway it is nice and quiet on the inside and it drives so smoothly, I always get complements on how smooth and nice the car is while driving. The car is amazing on gas! I do put gas about once a week although I do travel a bit further for work along with all my errands so it all depends on how often you drive. My car is the 2.0 SL which is the mid trim level, it comes with steering wheel buttons, cruise control and a slightly nicer radio system. People tend to complain about the CVT transmission, I've yet to have any issues with it and I'm currently at 183K miles! although I did buy my car used and it had 169K when i first got it so I'm not too sure about before hand but so far I myself don't have any issues. It's all about taking good care of your car, I'm always on top of maintenance such as oil changes, breaks, tires, etc. Just take good care of your car and it will take care of you. I love the radio system, It has a WORKING CD player which may not matter to most but I'm a CD collector so I'm so glad it not only comes with it but also works, but it also has an aux port which i find amazing as most cars around this time period don't have any way to connect a phone. My only complaint about this car is that I do wish it came with keyless entry, mine only came with just the key itself and I do know the nicer trim levels get the keyless entry but it still would be nice to have! Overall it's an amazing car and I plan to keep her for as long as I can

I recommend this car for city driving though interstate driving is ok. I bought it new with 54 miles on it. I don't even have 11000 mi on it in 9 years. I've only replaced the battery twice and engine air filter once. The car is comfortable and reliable including tire pressure warnings during snow.

I recently purchased a 2024 Sentra SV with the premium package. I also currently own a 2020 Sentra SV (no upgraded package). I've owned that one for 4 years with 80k miles on it now. Great, reliable car. Very comfortable seats, great gas mileage, very good standard stereo system. I love the layout of everything for HVAC controls and radio. The dash display with speed limit sign recognition is great as well. I have had zero problems with the 2020 Sentra (I'm passing that car along to my daughter so not getting rid of it). For the 2024, the only notable differences are the transmission (it was upgraded in 2024) and the stereo controls. The transmission seems more responsive now in keeping rpms low without losing any acceleration. Very quiet car without the whining on the CVT. (there is some but not bad). The stereo on the premium package includes Bose speakers. I was hoping they would be a great upgrade but noticed no real improvement; maybe even slightly worse than the standard setup. In my 2020 Sentra, there is a sound adjustment for the midrange and a bass enhancer you can turn on/off. The new one does not have these selections. It sounds like too much midrange so kind of distorted and not crisp like I expect the Bose to be. Other than that, the car performs the same. It's a perfect reliable commuter car with enough features to keep you happy and comfortable on long drives. I have no issue with pickup or highway driving. I highly recommend.

Bought my 21 Sentra SV Brand new,car now has 37000 on it.Quite honestly has been super reliable.reccomend.Only problem I did have was an electrical issue.They replaced the BCM under warranty all is well

Excellent gas milege...regularly exceed the EPA highway estimate for this car. Already have over 30000 miles on it. Regualar maintenace so far at the dealer. Now looking at a set of replacement tires as the OEM's do not last as long as expected. Other than the high wear on the tires, Android Auto connections used to be iffy at best until I figured out how the keep the connection.,

We loved our 2011 Prius but no longer needed to have a second vehicle, so we decided to sell it. I contacted 3 of the major players in this market, and I went with AutoNation. The customer service was outstanding, the price was good, and the whole process from beginning to end was incredibly easy. To be honest, we just wanted the car gone asap, and AutoNation was easy to navigate. I did everything online and made an appointment to take the car in for an inspection. The online form is really a checklist where you indicate the features of the car and what condition each of the major features is in. At my assigned time, I drove the vehicle to the store, and the representative looked over the car and revised the estimate down by a little due to a damaged computer screen (which you cannot report on the online form). (NOTE: The online form is a checklist and does not allow you to explain things much at all. That will happen at the dealership.) I liked the original price I was quoted, and I still liked the new price with the small deduction. I felt no pressure to sell at any point, and I agreed to the new price immediately. I submitted the car title (that I had brought with me), and the representative dealt with the paperwork. After about 30 minutes, he came back with all the forms and I signed. I gave him the keys, and I went home. SUCCESS! I recommend AutoNation when you want to sell your used vehicle.

I really love my new car. This is the 3rd Sentra that I have had. It is really comfortable and is a very good-looking car. I haven't learned everything there is to know about the car but the reference guide is very helpful. My last car was a 2010 so there are some major differences in it but I am learning!

Got a 2024 SV, Aspen White Tri Coat ($400 option) all weather package (heated seats, heated leather wrapped steering wheel,heated mirrors, remote start, dual zone climate control, $590 option) proximity keyless entry and keyless start....for $20443. It's a freaking bargain! The interior is well laid out and comfortable even for me and I'm 6'5'. Everything is easy to access and understand and there's better soft touch materials everywhere they should be. Stereo is a pretty basic 6 speaker system with tweeters in the A pillars, 2 front door speakers and 2 rear deck speakers. Took about 2 weeks for the speakers to break in and deliver better sounding bass that's smoother. Clarity is pretty remarkable for a standard factory system. Performance wise...well it's a 149hp and weighs 3000lbs with a cvt. It's not winning many races but it's absolutely fine for any situation. You can easily pass cars and the cvt keeps the revs low on the interstate so your fuel economy doesn't suffer so much at higher speeds. Speaking of fuel economy,this thing won't get less than 40mpg. If I baby it in ecomode I've seen as high as 48mpg on my 24 mile commute to work. Running 50/50 rural roads and interstate I've gotten as much as 46mpg hand calculated (that's keeping the ac off and really trying for the best mpg I can get) normally though my tanks average 40-42mpg. The on board mpg readout is pretty darn accurate too. As far as saftey features, the blind spot monitoring has been perfect, rear back up automatic braking works well and the backup sensors let you know when you're getting close to stuff. Rear cross traffic alert works great too. I ALWAYS turn off automatic emergency braking for the front. Those systems are notorious for being overly cautious and intervening when not needed. We have the same type of system in our tractor trailers at work and they do more harm than good. Overall I'd highly recommend buying a Sentra. It's quiet, comfortable, handles better than it has a right to. Looks great and is cheap to own. The cvt for 2024 is a Jatco CVT XS. Look it up, it's meant to take way more power than a Sentra makes. Has a twin oil pump to keep pressures up and reduce slipping to reduce heat and wear. Has a multiplate clutch system for better lockup and again less slippage and it adds auto start stop which operates near seamlessly. Disregard the silly review complaining about the auto start stop system, there's a button to turn it off....its not the car's fault that person didn't read the owners manual. I'm not worried about reliability. Sentras rate a 4 out of 5 for reliability by warranty companies and companies that monitor repairs industry wide. They also have had and are projected to have less than average repair costs than other cars in the segment. Realistically a civic and corolla may be more reliable but you will never find one with this many options for less than $6000 more. Besides, if you're tall you definitely don't want a civic or corolla. They're ugly too lol. A base model corolla still has a torsion beam rear suspension while the Sentras get multi link independent rear suspensions and 2 sway bars. Sentras handle flat and active trace control keeps them from understeering in turns when pushed hard and trust me it works. Go drive one, you'll like it. Extended warranties are cheaper for these than most American brands. Throw a warranty on it and it's still cheaper to buy a loaded Sentra than a base civic or corolla. I wouldn't even consider a Hyundai/Kia with all the engine and transmission failures they're having now. Shop around and absolutely do not pay msrp. Prices are dropping and patience will pay off.

I traded in a 6 month old Lexus hybrid for a Mitsibushi lancer. I paid $20k for the lexus and my 16 year old pretended to like it but he hated it. It was a lame hybrid and his friends laughed at him. So before he even got his license and had only added 400 miles to the car I took it back. Eliot got me a deal on a Mitsibushi with 19,000 miles. The trade in came back at $14,000. Eliot WENT BACK AND GOT ME A BETTER DEAL! because I was a previous Carmax customer. I ended up with a 5 year warranty on the Mitsubishi and a $700 refund... You cannot beat Carmax. If you buy cars from this dealership THEY LOOK AFTER YOU. Genuine customer.

It's pretty smooth driving it, easy to handle very comfortably made front to back, seats are nice, speakers are decent for stock, the middle screen is easy to navigate through. Well rounded vehicle in my opinion
