I walked in to the dealership expecting the worse since I had bad experiences at other dealerships. Met with Sergio who made me feel welcome, practically held my hand and guided me through the entire process. Very patient. The staff is amazing. Although there were no facilities at the pre-own location which I did not stay long the new car showroom where all the paper work was done was fully equipped. I walked out with a 2016 Honda Civic and love my car. Great experience I will definitely recommend everyone I know to this place. From the receptionist to the managers all made me feel welcome. It has been a few years since I have stepped foot in a car dealership as I prefer to do my business online. Last Friday I spent the morning with Bryan Stewart and had a blast! The service department did a great job keeping me informed while my vehicle was in the shop. When they were first told the part was back ordered they were able to get me in a loaner so I wasn't without a vehicle. Most dealerships don't offer this. The part came in quicker than expected and they had my car back to me within days. They kept me informed along the way so I always knew what was going on. Thanks Dillon, Heather and the technician that worked on my car!

Facility and staff are awesome!. Lounge area has coffee and water and simple snacks if you didn?t get a chance to eat before arrival. Television for the adults and an I pad for the kids:
