Great communication and friendly people. Although the buying process was a little sketchy. If you DON'T FINANCE through them, there's a $1500 fee. In my instance, when I looked at the car the price was $X, when I went to purchase the car, it was $3000 higher (10 days after the initial inspection)...Look and BUY BEFORE the end of the month...(I looked on the 28th and bought on the 10th of the next month). They DID NOT honor the original price, and I showed them a screenshot of the price change. Financing was easy and the manager was very friendly and honest. He just couldn't adjust the price but offered deals on other packages (maintenance and service). Ultimately, I didn't mind paying the extra 3K because I asked and they agreed to replace all 4 brakes (about $6K) so if the car didn't need that I think the manager would have budged...or I would have waited for the end of the month again and possibly miss out on the car. Again, both managers and the salesperson were very helpful with great communication and I would buy from them again. I would just insist on the price or walk away.

I love my 2024 Nissan Versa. I especially like the rear view display, front end assistant and lane assistant. Driving short distance or a drive out of town is very comfortable. The dashboard display allows you to see your miles per gallon and fuel mileage on a full tank of fuel. This is my second Versa and would highly recommend this vehicle.

I certainly regret this review, that I was wrong, it was my mistake, when I looked at the car I didn’t inspect it thoroughly and what I didn’t like was the gas tank without a cap, it’s just a new model but there’s nothing you can do about it, but otherwise everything was fine. If, of course, I had decided to immediately think and buy a new one instead of supporting it, then I would have been fine. And now I greet Mr. Scott and Mr. Chris. I thank them for their respect and attitude towards me.

The free snacks and coffee are a nice touch while you wait! The shop staff as well as the customer service folks are very friendly and knowledgeable.

I recently bought a 2024 Corolla Cross from Miller Toyota and received amazing customer service from Manolo Manzanera. This is the second car my family bought from Manolo. The finance manager, Jose, was also very fast and transferred my plates so that I didn't have to go to the DMV. Now at 77000 Kliks & 10 yrs old a great bargain car! Fuel economy still around 7L/100Klm. No rust (except wheel rims) good seats rather coldish in winter tho... Only money spent on front end stabilizer bar & steering bits. Cant complain about tranny -its a stupid "puredrive" but we lucked into getting the OVERDRIVE option. That was our salvation!
