I searched for several months for a specific used car that had all of the options I wanted. I found it at Zimbrick Nissan. I worked with Travis over the phone since I live in Kentucky. He answered every question and sent me all the additional information and pictures I asked for. 4 days later I flew up there and in less than two hours I was driving my car home. I highly recommend this dealership and Travis to anybody looking for a great deal on a used car and an overall positive experience.

I recently bought a 2020 AWD SL Murano and am very impressed with the interior space, seat comfort and list of standard features of this car. I was considering MB GLE and Lexus GX350 as well and think I clearly got a great value with the Murano. I also think the maintenance and repair costs will be less than a German alternative.

I went there with my son last Friday after we left the Lexus dealership nearby. We were helped by a young man named Marco Damiani, and I thought that he did an excellent job of making us feel comfortable and showing us what we were looking for we went on a test drive of a couple vehicles. We didn’t buy anything at that time, but we are still thinking about it and if we decide to go there again, we will find Marco.

Bought my 21 Sentra SV Brand new,car now has 37000 on it.Quite honestly has been super reliable.reccomend.Only problem I did have was an electrical issue.They replaced the BCM under warranty all is well

I love this SUV! The ride is smooth and amazing. The mileage and gas is great for a 6 cylinder! What a great vehicle. I bought the 2020 SV after researching. I am very happy with it. Only thing i wish the passenger seat had a lumbar seat! Other then that this car is a winner!

Having purchased four new cars from Zimbrick over the last 30 years (two Hondas, an Acura and an Infiniti), I had an expectation of excellence, and I was not disappointed. Joe Meinholz, while busy with other customers and phone calls, took the time to explain the vehicle in which I was interested (which he had ready when I arrived), allowed me to take it for a test drive, and discussed it upon return, all with no pressure. He also followed up promptly on my questions via email. The purchase decision is still pending.

Me and my son walked into Rosen Nissan Madison around 3:15p on Fight Night Saturday after receiving a pre-approval letter in the mail. Just bought this truck and love it. With the price of trucks these days it seemed like the best value out there. I haven't had it long enough to give it an honest overall or reliability rating, but I suspect I'm pretty spot on. Overall, this vehicle drives very tight, the suspension is very solid, and it's quiet enough. Would recommend.

Our salesman, Keith Norris, was very pleasant, very knowledgeable, very helpful, and very good at his job. Great customer service from him and everyone else we came in contact with. 195k miles and my truck still fires up and runs excellently. Everything from the value, the power, the utility, the reliability, and, in my opinion, the looks, are superb. I will say the turning radius is quite awful, but in light of all the positive things I could say about this truck, it's an easy recommendation, and by far the best vehicle I've had the please of owning. It is a barebones truck, but Nissan did an excellent job fine tuning it and making it one of those 10+ year trucks you wish every other truck could be.

Took a while but got a nice new 2018 Nissan Rouge. Autumn, Mark and Jenny were great to work with. Would RECOMMEND!! Would buy from Rosen again.

This is my first brand NEW car, and I absolutely love it. I does great on gas and it's very comfortable to drive. If you have long legs or larger in size the back seat would not be good for you. We have only had one problem with the usb port for the CarPlay keeps cutting out but the dealership is working on fixing the issue, not sure if it's the fuse or the box yet. But I would buy this car again

Pleasant experience with Sunny in sales, then Kevin the manager. There was no pressure from sales, and management was informative and supportive. They agreed to repair a minor flaw at no charge to us.

I watched a ton of reviews and so many are critical of small things that in reality didn't matter. The charging speed is more than adequate for daily driving. The range is great! It has a ton of features and feels very refined compared to any other EV I have driven. Nissan really needs to do better marketing this car so more people can experience it!

The process was quick and easy. We found the car we wanted and made an offer. We were in and out in no time. We financed and the paperwork process was also easy. The finance dept was a one person stop and kindness was witnessed at all aspects of the event. Have owned a 2021 Rogue Sport for 6 months. I’ve noticed a lot of people commenting on acceleration issues while merging on HWY. unless mine is in eco mode I have no problem merging at HWY speeds.

I purchased my Sentra SV with 45,000 miles on it. After 5:years, it has been a rock of dependability and gets outstanding gas mileage (43-45 mpg with the ECO mode.) I've only had to replace the battery and front brake pads and it has 76,099 miles. It may not be the sportiest car, but it's comfortable and gets 29-33 mpg around town.

My wife and I recently purchased a used 2006 Scion from Don Miller Subaru. All of the people we dealt with were friendly and welcoming. The most outstanding quality to us was that we purchased a 6000.00 used car. I'm sure they sell many vehicles like ours every week but they knew how important this was to us. We got the royal treatment from everyone at the dealership. It was a very positive experience. I would recommend them without hesitation.

A lot of pros to this vehicle. The only thing I wished Nissan would make better is, the pickup when ya hit the gas pedal. It is sluggish for a split second, and boggs down some... however, it runs great and after the sluggishness, it goes. Great passing gear and so easy to drive. All the bells & whistles on it alert you of every and anything you can think of. I appreciate those features. Comfort is top tier for me, the seats hug you and easy to adjust. The sound system, Bose, is amazing. Just too many features to speak about. Does great in gas in the city, haven't had it on any road trips yet. The kicks rides well also. Plenty of room and can haul a lot of things in it, as the back seats fold down. Only thing I can say negative about the vehicle is how it's sluggish/boggs down some for a minute when ya press gas to go. Hopefully Nissan fixes that in their new models here in out.

Steve in the financial department was just as good as the salesman. Overall great experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle!

One needs to be "ready" to drive an EV. Charging a car is different than filling it with gasoline. But with a little planning, it works great, and it is MUCH cheaper. The car is really fun to drive. It's quiet, with very little vibration, yet VERY responsive. It has lots of great safety features, as well. It is well-priced, and the $7,500 federal rebate was really helpful! It's a great car.
