It also helped that she was so fun and funny, any nervousness I had when I walked in disappeared the moment I met her. She’s now my best friend in my head so make sure to ask for her! In October 2020 I purchased my 2020 Ford Explorer ST at Koons Sterling Ford and have loved every minute of driving it. I've had it in for regular maintenance and recalls at the dealership but just recently on September 26, 2025, I had my best experience when I brought my Explorer in for a new battery. I had the pleasure of having Bradley Cadenas as my service rep and was very impressed with his professionalism and his outstanding product knowledge regarding my Ford Explorer. I wasn't aware of the FordPass reward points I had accumulated, and Bradley was very helpful in helping me manage these and applying them towards the cost of the new battery and related service work. I felt like I got the "red carpet" treatment and look forward to working with Bradley in the future--he is a credit to the dealership and particularly to the service department. Keep up the good work!

I’m surprised, the reviews are so low honestly. I have put 6,000 miles on my 2023 Nissan rogue so far and I have not had any issues. I know a recall came out but I got it fixed. I honestly really like my rogue. I know not everyone will have a perfect experience but it’s a great car. I got the base trim, and was a little skeptical especially looking at the SV’s but if your looking for a car with just the perfect amount of tech I recommend buying the base model because you get a bang for your buck. Gas mileage is amazing! I have been averaging 36/37mpg. Coming from a 2015 Altima that got worse gas mileage it’s amazing. The only negative is that the seats really attract pet hair so make sure to have a lint roller in your car, but the car is perfect!

I had work done on my Hyundai Sonata on February 17, 2025 and Josh Durdaller was the Service Advisor. Josh was very courteous & greeted me cheerfully as I approached the desk to do the paperwork for maintenance on my car. Later on he let me know that certain services needed to be done on my car to keep it in good working order. He patiently explained all the work that needed to be done and how long it had been since I had had those services performed. And Josh was right - the services he recommended did need to be done. I trust Josh because I have worked with him throughout the years and he always been honest and straightforward with me. He is very professional in his work. Don’t know why people hate Nissans with CVT. Now that I’ve lived with the CVT with 140,000 miles I know I wouldn’t buy another one, but it’s been just fine, no issues. This isn’t a sporty vehicle but for 8 years and 140k miles it gets the job done every time. I just don’t get the hatred towards these cars. I do have AWD but if I were to do it over I’d drop that option. It’s expensive to maintain and truthfully I don’t go outside when the weather is bad anyway so I doubt the AWD feature has ever engaged, not even once. I plan to keep my vehicle for 10 years then get a minivan.

I love this car except…, the exhaust or engine noise at 2500 to 3500 rpm. The other item that surprised me was the horn sound like a cheap little kiddie car. For $39000, I think they could have a decent horn in it. I sold Nissans for 18 years, this is the best Rogue they have produced yet. I would highly recommend this vehicle
