I didn't buy for looks or luxury, I bought for use and it has done a excellent job. I can carry plenty of gear and even have did some van camping.

Very professional and made me feel right at home. Bought my son his first big truck today and drove back thru a blizzard. They hurried it thru and done everything possible to get us home safe. Also bought a truck 5,000 under what anyone else was asking! Could not ask for a better bunch of guys!!

Has bit of notable road noise but you have to expect that with a cargo type van. Only had it 4 days now but I like it.

Described my issue, any other maintenance I wanted done, was given the price up front, sat and waited for the job to be done, paid for it, went on my way. Free coffee, other drinks, and snacks. A nice Home DIY channel playing on the screen in the waiting area. 10/10 how it should be.

my only issue was the car was not properly cleaned/detailed. We found potato chips and trash under the seats and the seats were not cleaned of spots.

Comfortable for short periods. Very reliable. No problems in 3 years. Strong ac. Great cargo space. Good stock stereo. Strong motor and transmission. My only complaints are minor like no tilt steering wheel and no pin on passenger seat lever for tilt down ( the lever keeps falling off so I glued it on). Other than that this is a great cargo van and would highly recommend.

Everyone was helpful and worked hard to make sure I could pick up my truck when I was able. When I got to the dealership it only took about an hour, including my test drive, to finalize all of the paperwork.

I love the car so far but the seat mechanism for bringing the seat down is really not good. I struggle to use it and both sides broke. Wish there is someone out there who can help chenge it

On 11/2/2021-I took my car to have the recall for my hood serviced. Cynthia took care of me in the service department. She was friendly and kept letting me know how much longer is was going to be. I was serviced in the time she had told me. I had forgotten to ask them to look and a piece of rubber that was hanging down. She quickly had someone fix it for me. Very pleased with southern Nissan of Orlando.

Very friendly staff and helped us out with all questions we had. Easy to work with. Clean facility and easy to find our way around. Very accommodating for us and our kids while we picked out a vehicle

I have been purchasing my cars from Washington Ford for probably about 15 - 20 years now so I consider myself a satisfied customer. Their prices are reasonable and competitive, the staff is excellent to deal with and the process is always smooth and easy.

Took a Cargo Van and converted to a luxury van with seating for 10 - customizers out of Hagerstown MD. Added a Kenwood DDX9903S with a Tv 25" monitor in the back. It has front and rear camera and backup sensors.

The car I was interested in was parked in front of the dealership. It was clean and ready for delivery. They assisted with financing better than I had secured. Mike Benincasa and his manager made buying a car as stress-free as possible. They were transparent about pricing, discounts, and the trade-in value of our old Nissan. Additional treatments and service contracts can be a potential minefield. Mike did a good job of explaining the range of options and we ended up choosing the set that felt right for our situation. Walter has upgraded its post purchase treatment process, (paint sealant etc) and they make the it easy, with a guaranteed loaner and home pick up if you desire. We were called two days after our purchase to schedule our appointment in the next few weeks. They work on salary, not commission. There’s no haggling over price, but they include a substantial discount from MSRP. So we felt like we got a pretty good deal.

I certainly regret this review, that I was wrong, it was my mistake, when I looked at the car I didn’t inspect it thoroughly and what I didn’t like was the gas tank without a cap, it’s just a new model but there’s nothing you can do about it, but otherwise everything was fine. If, of course, I had decided to immediately think and buy a new one instead of supporting it, then I would have been fine. And now I greet Mr. Scott and Mr. Chris. I thank them for their respect and attitude towards me.
