I drive this car daily, maybe 100 miles often. Very impressed with how quickly it accelerates. I bought the car and took it straight to the Nissan dealership as recommended for the full inspection. Very very cheap to maintain. Just takes a while to get confident in driving and making sure there’s a charging station around since I only get 65 miles per charge. Fun car to drive.

This car is a great driver, get the tires rotated every 6000 miles and you are good to go. Sporty and fast, car costs about 3 cents a mile to drive. I went from a gas bill of $25+ a week to less than $25 dollars a month in my electricity bill.

I am in the market soon for a used Nissan Leaf i have checked out how i can refurbish the battery packs over time and slowly bring back the range spending 200 a month buying the refurbished battery packs on ebay for 50 bucks each .. 4 a month and in a year you will have a brand new battery for a lot less than dealers or repair shops will charge you.. it is something YOU can do with a volt meter and a wrench ..

This car has been the best car I have had! I bought it when it had 52K miles on it and it now has over 235K and still running strong. I haven't had to do much to it other than regular oil changes. Everything still works just like it did when I Bought it.

I live 2.5 hours away and was able to place a deposit and set up a day to finish the sale. My sales associate, Chase, was professional and responsive to emails. He had my paperwork ready to go when I arrived, and it was quick and easy (though I hope I'm not doomed to being hounded by the third-party extended warranty provider). I did not have an outside inspection done on my vehicle (the service records in the CarFax were pretty complete), but someone asked about having one done while I was there and it didn't seem to be a problem. I bought this 1999 Frontier,cause of the shape it was in plus the reliability of a Nissan truck is un real!!!! Take a look at all dealerships and see how many used Nissan Frontiers are on the lot compared to the Toyota Tacoma's!!!!! You will see that the Nissan is far and few,the Tacoma you can find at any lot out there..There is a reason for that,that reason is Frontiers are better trucks!!!!

I just purchased my first EV. I already knew about battery degradation and limited range in an older Leaf. I paid $4200 for mine with 82.000 miles on it. It is really a cool little ride for around town. I am learning a lot about electric cars. My commute is 6 miles each way and I only drive to stores close by. If you are realistic about your expectations with the older models it can be a really pleasant driving experience. I strongly recommend one if you don’t have to drive far or often. So far it is much nicer than a gas powered car and I feel that I didn’t poison the air when I drove to work.

I bought this suv used. It overheated and need the head gaskets replaced. This was due to the wrong antifreeze being put in after it was originally sold new. Every Xterra does this and you have to change the complete cooling system and eventually rebuild the top end of the engine to remove all the sludge. After you do that it will run like new, engine wise, and have the power it originally had. I have 275,000+ miles on mine.
