Can't say enough about Kyle and the overall experience at Smythe. We had just come off a horrific experience at another dealer (two bad experiences, actually). We were so turned off. But we found this beautiful Audi at Smythe and decided to give it another go. My wife stopped in and met Kyle. He was terrific from the start. All she did was want to see it before the two of us went back. There was no pressure, no "sales-pitch" or anything. Just a nice guy who listened to my wife and her auto buying needs. We went back that night, test drove the car, talked with Kyle (again, "talked", no pressure). He took the time to answer to every question we had and explained everything in detail. It was more of a conversation than a sales transaction. We explained what we were looking for, in terms of deal (money down, monthly payment, etc.). Kyle introduced us to Abood, helped us explain exactly what we were looking for and we were told "No problem. We hear you and will do our best. If it doesn't turn out to be the deal you are looking for, no worries, but we'll call you in the morning." Next day, my wife got the call and the deal we talked about the night before was they deal made happen. No sweat, no stress, no anxiety. We walked in later that afternoon. Car was prepped, big red bow on it, papers ready to sign, and my wife as out of there in under an hour. THANK YOU Kyle, Abood, William (our delivery specialist) and everyone at Smythe. Awesome car . I’m having some transmission slipping ..major red flag .. but I’m so happy with the overall performance otherwise since I’ve owned other many other problems when they were high mileage . I’d buy a Nissan Sentra again if I could afford it . Older lady .. wishing I could get my Transmission to not be sluggish in 1st gear !!!! Transmission sticking !!

Great car for commuting. Have high safety scores which I tested on March 30th. I was hit from behind at 50mph and I walked away. My 2022 Monarch Orange/Black Sentra SR was shortened by 3 feet front and back. I just bought a 2023 Gun metal/Black SR Premium to replace the 2022. Best small car I driven to date.

The service department is always excellent. Even though I did not purchase my new vehicle at this location in 2022 (not by choice, but because inventory of new vehicles of my preferred model was very scarce at the time) they still offer all the benefits of the warranty and extended service plans I signed up for during my purchase elsewhere - making for great Toyota brand loyalty. I work closer to this dealership than the one I purchased from, so it was a pleasant surprise to enjoy working with this dealership right from my first visit. I especially appreciate the shuttle service they offer to take me home and back when there is going to be a long service procedure. Also, I have a choice to schedule online or by phone, and I like having both options. Finally, the explanatory videos taken by the technicians when they have finished the job are great to have both at the time, and later at home when I want to review and fully understand what they said once more.

Maintenance preformed when due, tires replaced at 45,000 miles, Brake job due now at 55,000 miles not any transmission, AC problems, the only complaint is the road noise. You have to take care of your car if you want it to last. I love my Rogue

Have owned a 2021 Rogue Sport for 6 months. I’ve noticed a lot of people commenting on acceleration issues while merging on HWY. unless mine is in eco mode I have no problem merging at HWY speeds.

Admittedly, have not had this vehicle for very long, but I am very impressed. And I am difficult to impress. Previous vehicle was an ‘18 RAM 1500 with V8 Hemi. It was fun, powerful, loud, and I enjoyed sitting up high. Two weeks in the Ariya, and I don’t miss it. I have the AWD version, and this thing moves at the frequency I think. I mean, you see a space in traffic you want to get to, check blind spots and BAM, you’re there. Handling is crisp and tight, remaining so at highway speeds. Bumps handled like a luxury mobile of 2X the cost. Cabin is quiet, spacious, and does not feel cheap. Tons of features, power everything. Screen bootup is rapid and has my tunes going by the time I’m buckled in and have my glasses switched to my sunglasses. Heads up display tells everything I need, and well positioned. Charging so far has not been an issue in the least. Installed a ChargePoint charger in my garage, and it’s easily setup and controlled through their app, so it charges on schedule according to my utility provider’s preferred charge time, giving me a break on the electricity used to charge it. All told, I’ve spent $6 over 2 weeks and 500 miles. Truck would have cost me a tank, or 30 gallons of gas for same distance.

Anthony in service was very helpful in getting me answers from the techs to the noises I was hearing in the front of my vehicle. He explained thoroughly what was going on and what it would take to correct. Keep up the good work!

It was AMAZING, I just remember the first time i sat in this thing and it was like LEATHER SEATS AND STUFF! It was SOOOOOO comfortable like a LEATHER SEAT! it also smelled like leather 100/10 i'd give this one i'd give it more than 6 stars if i could but i cant unfortunately :( but that leather is bussin fr! :) glad to actually be a part of this community :)

I recently bought a 2020 AWD SL Murano and am very impressed with the interior space, seat comfort and list of standard features of this car. I was considering MB GLE and Lexus GX350 as well and think I clearly got a great value with the Murano. I also think the maintenance and repair costs will be less than a German alternative.

I really love my new car. This is the 3rd Sentra that I have had. It is really comfortable and is a very good-looking car. I haven't learned everything there is to know about the car but the reference guide is very helpful. My last car was a 2010 so there are some major differences in it but I am learning!

I have a crew cab long box, 0nly 60000km on it right now, now issues- turning radius isn't great, im used to having to go back and forth 4-5 times to park, mirrors don't show enough, mileage is terrible, it has all the bells and whistles i need- truck has been very good. will hang onto it till it gives me serious issues--4 stars-

John Doyle was a pleasure to work with as I did research on my next new car. He was very easy to speak to and he listened to my "criteria" of what I was trying to find. I also like the fact that he did not talk down to me assuming I knew nothing about cars, when in fact I worked as a mechanic several years ago! I got a great deal on a used 2022 SL in green. Selling price just under 25k because it was a rental turn in at just about 50k miles. Certified and with special warranty, I have another 4 years and 50k miles of full bumper to bumper. I wasn't concerned about the mileage as I work at home so mainly wanted a comfortable SUV to run around town and take on road trips. Everything works for me on this as I am not too savvy with the newer cars with all the touch screens and menus as they seem to fail. The 3.6 L engine has plenty get up and go and gas mileage is fantastic. Can't understand all the negatives on here. Maybe being closer to 55 and liking buttons over touch screens is the key.

I have the 2019 Nissan Sentra SV Special Edition and the ride and seats are very comfortable. Gas Mileage is great in the city using the Eco mode which I use a lot. I got up to 36 miles per gallon in the city. I added some System48Plus to the oil crank case and now I'm getting up to 40 miles per gallon in the city! I bought the car certified and it had no recalls so I decided to buy this one. Some of those other 2019s had a recall. The front of the car looks amazing sporty! The thing that's not as good would be the performance which I don't need as long as I am saving gas but I am getting a better puck up since I added that engine treatment as well as better gas mileage. The only other thing that could use improvement would be the sterio speakers and l will probably just change that to Boise speakers. Overall it's a great looking and dependable car.

Excellent gas milege...regularly exceed the EPA highway estimate for this car. Already have over 30000 miles on it. Regualar maintenace so far at the dealer. Now looking at a set of replacement tires as the OEM's do not last as long as expected. Other than the high wear on the tires, Android Auto connections used to be iffy at best until I figured out how the keep the connection.,

I typically don’t write reviews but you always hear the horror stories about dealerships never the good, to say that car shopping in this economy is scary is an understatement!!! Rich Catalano and his team are a gem a diamond if you will. I went car shopping last weekend for my youngest daughter and I was wrecked. Rich and his associate Chris made us feel comfortable and welcomed. I myself with a past working in the dealership business had my guard up but it honestly was the most amazing experience I ever went through, everything was a conversation amongst friends. Rich welcomed us to the RT46 family and I felt it to be true.. They made my child feel welcomed and like her voice and questions were heard. I will forever only work with the Rt 46 group from here on out and recommend them across the board!!!!!!!!!!!! 5 stars doesn’t do this dealership justice even if you aren’t actively looking for a vehicle pass by say hi to rich and Chris look around with an open mind and come join the family. A lot of pros to this vehicle. The only thing I wished Nissan would make better is, the pickup when ya hit the gas pedal. It is sluggish for a split second, and boggs down some... however, it runs great and after the sluggishness, it goes. Great passing gear and so easy to drive. All the bells & whistles on it alert you of every and anything you can think of. I appreciate those features. Comfort is top tier for me, the seats hug you and easy to adjust. The sound system, Bose, is amazing. Just too many features to speak about. Does great in gas in the city, haven't had it on any road trips yet. The kicks rides well also. Plenty of room and can haul a lot of things in it, as the back seats fold down. Only thing I can say negative about the vehicle is how it's sluggish/boggs down some for a minute when ya press gas to go. Hopefully Nissan fixes that in their new models here in out.
