At the end of our leasing period for a 2020 Palisade, my wife and I purchased the car outright. The transaction was handled smoothly and thoroughly by salesman Jeremy Null. Following that, our car needed to go through a few inspections for the warranty coverage. In doing that, there was a faulty wiper installed -- requiring the car to go back in to get it fixed. While this could have been a very frustrating experience – as we live more than 30 miles from the dealership – the team at Clement Hyundai went above and beyond for us, recognizing the inconvenience. Especially Jeremy and General Sales Manager Patrick Piper. They picked our vehicle up and delivered a loaner, as well as provided other coupons etc. to make up for the situation. When my wife realized she left my daughter’s dance recital tickets in the glove box, they drove out to our home to deliver them to us. That’s the kind of operation they run: one that has the customer at the center of what they do. I’ve never experienced such superior customer service from any other local dealership – and I’ve owned BMWs, Audis, Toyotas, Hondas, Fords and other makes and models. Clement is a first class operation and should be super high on your consideration list for purchasing a vehicle or getting service.

I love my Nissan Altima. Handling is great. Great steering and and overall a great car. It has great pick up so I can manuverate quickly and percisely. The cost was better than any other of it's size.

Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

I bought my 2016 Rogue SL in 2019 with 32,000 miles on it. It is now 2025 and it has 223,000 miles on it, and I still drive her daily with no issues. I have had to replace the car battery once and the fob battery twice. I also had to replace the front wheel bearings about 2 years ago. That is it! No check engine lights no engine or transmission issues, no sun roof leaks. Everything she started with still functions as well as the day i got her. This has been the best, most reliable incredible car i could have every asked for. I can not speak highly enough of the Rogue and am currently looking at getting another one and saving what is left of this one for my daughter.

2014 Outback manual transmission and rear differential oil change was performed. It was done quickly.

This 2021 Nissan Rogue SL is a great car. It is very comfortable and loaded with features. I am very pleased with fuel efficiency. There has been no problems to report since I bought this car.

What an amazing experience I had dealing with Pappas Toyota, from the start to the finish. Dave Dubois was a outstanding! First he helped in answering every question on the new Hybrid Tacomas, even when information was slowly releasing upon first announcement. He then helped lead me through the process of securing a place in the waiting process. While waiting for the trucks release he quickly and attentively answered all my questions. Once one arrived he walked me through the process even staying after his shift. Dave is truly an employee who loves what he does and cares for his customers. Even going above and beyond his job description to seek out answers that didn’t relate to selling the vehicle. Brett Bales was another outstanding employee who explained and led me through the warranties and sales. He even went on my behalf to talk to other departments about after marked parts. So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

I love my low mileage CPO 2020 Altima SV fully loaded well maintained car with only 23K miles. Car gets excellent gas mileage and nice pick up. Beautiful beige protected seat and stony blue metallic with paint protection. Take care of your vehicle and your vehicle will take care of you. Replace CVT fluid every 30K and regular tire or oil changes you will be fine. I’ve had two other Nissans with CVTS with no issues.

I am very pleased with my Rogue. It is a 2019 that I purchased with 13K. I think the styling is very good and the interior is roomy. I'm 6' and my brother is 6-2 and we both have plenty of headroom in the front or the back. The turning radius is very good. Only downside (which I don't care about) is the acceleration is only mediocre. Overall, highly recommended.

When I purchased my dream car Genesis GV70 from this dealership I noticed how well kept the service area was. I came from a 2018 Honda Accord EX to a 2022 Nissan Altima SR VC-Turbo. The reason I switched to Nissan was the high lease price of the Accord in 2022. These cars are very similar in gas mileage, ride quality, trunk space and tech features. The Honda had a slightly smoother ride(but the Nissan does have 19" rims which means you feel the road imperfections more). My only complaint with the Altima is the back up camera. To put it frankly the resolution sucks!! The Accord had a crystal clear back up camera. Finally, my Accord had 190 hp and the Altima has 234 but honestly the acceleration is very similar.

The 2021 Altima is a good but not great car. I have the SL trim which comes with more interior comfort and 1 of 2 extra features. I like the sporty style and tech features but the CVT transmission sucks sometimes. If I had to buy a sedan again I would choose a BMW 3 series instead cuz I like excellence in cars. But overall for anyone who would like to have something good and basic pros, yes the Altima can make it.

Purchased my Rogue about one month ago. I previously owned a Lexus ES350 and wanted a small SUV but the luxury brands didn’t do it for me. Likes: Works well as a daily driver Has all the room I need SL trim level is very nice, love 360 camera Bought from a great dealership Dislikes The Bose sound system is horrible Mid 20’s MPG, could be better Overall, very happy with my choice and glad I didn’t go with the CX5 I almost bought.

My experience was outstanding with Mathis Motors and their sales team. The salesman Jacob was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. He responded nearly immediately and was able to work the deal in the moment. We were able to set it all up in 30 minutes or less. The SUV is exactly as described and was cleaner than any used vehicle and most new vehicles I’ve ever bought. I appreciate all they did. I would and will give them my business again.

Our Rouge has a sunroof. In Spring pollen collects around sunroof and clogs hoses which causes water to leak onto passenger seat. A LOT of water we have had to get it to nclogged several times It is rather frustrating Is this a recall situation?

Bought our 2017 on New Year’s Eve 2016. Choose an SV model with optional premium package. Heated seats,heated steering wheel,remote start, pwr tailgate and upgraded info screen with many cameras and nav. As of November 2024, it has been absolutely bulletproof. We bought the car for our 16-year-old daughter and it has carried her through high school and now college with only one issue. I have had to replace the battery three times only oil changes. A set of brakes and a set of tires and service the CVT transmission. I learned this is highly important for the CVT to get the maximum life out of it, since it is a weak spot. Dealer charges about $200 to do it. Do it every 30k. Ours has performed flawlessly! Negatives- At 6 foot two I find a hard driving position. The power seat does not go back far enough but if I lower the seat all the way to the floor it gives me the room I need but then I feel like I’m sitting in a bathtub, but hey, it’s not my car so I rarely drive it Performance around town is very good! You can find yourself getting a speeding ticket on city Street if you’re not careful. Highway power is just OK I find it if you’re trying to cruise 80 miles an hour with other people in the car the CVT is constantly revving the engine out to get maximum performance and hold the Cruise control. I also find there’s quite a bit of road noise at freeway speeds especially if you’re sitting in the backseat. The cloth upholstery on the zero gravity seats stains way too easily especially if you have a tan colored interior I have to steam clean them at least every six months, my daughter is an athlete and she sometimes gets in the car sweaty with a water bottle between her legs and just the moisture stains the heck out of the seat. Overall, though for about $26,000 it’s hard to beat. It’s been reliable it’s safe and I have felt extremely comfortable putting my child in it and sending her off to college. I imagine she will keep it for many more years after graduation.
