This white van was surprisingly roomy and quick. Gas mileage is great. The price was reasonable and with the warranty I don't foresee any problems.

This car is amazing! I was a teenager driving this car and although it is a minivan it was GREAT! mine was a 2016 and had so many cool features and lots of space and the roof is not close to your head at all the back with the third row laid down was huge I have fit queen size mattress and box springs, sofas, dressers (more people than seats) in the back, you can lay the second row down for even more space! such a good car and fast acceleration and brakes. V6 engine can hold SO much weight. most common problems with Nissans that everyone should look out for is most Nissans' transmissions start to slip or die at around 145,000 so just beware! Overall I loved this minivan

The 2016 Nissan Quest (SV) was super fun to test drive. This van is powerful and has amazing agility and IMHO superior handling compared to other vans such as the Honda Odyssey or the Chrysler Town and Country. In a direct comparison of test driving about 6 different vans in the same day, I found the power response from the Nissan much better, the overall handling much more precise, and the turning radius much tighter than the other 5 minivans I drove. Bottom line, the Nissan Quest is like Beast-mode compared to those others plus in the Quest the seat position and geometry of the windshield and seat adjustments and the layout just made so much more sense to me. The Honda felt like I was in a cockpit, the Chrysler felt too much like their sedans and some things difficult to reach or control properly, the Toyota was the same way, and so where the Chevy Venture, and the Ford Freestar the worst of the lot. If you find one get the Nissan Quest - you'll never want to own another brand of minivan ever again!

Good small used car dealer. Good/fair prices. Check out car before you buy. I got envoy with bad sensor which they replaced but there was still something else wrong with abs brakes.

I didn't buy for looks or luxury, I bought for use and it has done a excellent job. I can carry plenty of gear and even have did some van camping.

Great place to buy a vehicle, I found the deal on a vehicle I wanted online, sent a inquiry to make sure it was still available, Mark Talkington replied that it was, after a couple of emails verifying the deal I was looking for I went to the dealership, got there the vehicle was already pulled to the front waiting for me went on a test drive including the highway which allowed me to see how it handled while Mark went over some of the features of the vehicle, when we got back Mark asked if I thought the vehicle was right for me, we went in and started the paperwork, the whole process from pulling on the lot to driving away in my new vehicle was about 2 hours, Mark Talkington and Johnathan Cox made the whole process as smooth and easy as possible never any pressure to buy anything extra (yes they did offer extras and add ons, that is part of their job) overall a great buying experience and was well worth the drive to Jackson, when I need another vehicle Serra will be at the top of my list of places to look!

I still drive this vehicle with 245,000 miles. I purchased it new in 2014. It was the perfect vehicle up to 150,000 miles. I only did maintenance, & changed tires, battery, etc. After that everything electrical started to go. Transmission was replaced at about 240,000 miles. Now I’m getting an oil leak fixed from wear & tear. I would recommend keeping this vehicle up to 150,000 miles. Though the repairs are still less expensive than a car payment, I wouldn’t buy another with high mileage.

I saw a truck on line and went to wildcat used cars to check it out. Unfortunately because of the auto workers strike I had to wait a couple months for repairs to be made. During that time Chuck Valentine was my salesman. He kept texting me and keeping me informed. He described what was going on . It's a great van for family. Good engine performance - high torch at low RPM makes the van very responsive when you step on the gas pedal. Owned van for a long time and never had any mechanical issue. It still runs like a pony at high mileage. If you need a workhorse, this is it. If you are looking for a flashy one, look other way ;-). All the designs are very well-done for practical use. Some people mentioned the sticking gas pedal when start from stop. Be reminded that this is NOT the same issue as the Toyota gas pedal issue. This is not safty related. It's caused by a dirty air intake. I followed the instruction of cleanup and it went away. Overall very happy with the van and it is still working like a horse...
