With the exception of the negative lady in the service dept that greeted me, but was unwilling to help with my somewhat emergency situation because they were too busy with customers that had appointments. Inspite of her, my experience in the service dept was AMAZING!! All thanks to MR.MIKE LUPOI who was just walking by! He greeted me and casually ask how I was doing. My response, "not so good". He inquired as to my situation. I explained what happened to my car while driving on the highway. Advised him that his service person had not made an offer of help. And that I was going to need to seek help at a dealership in a city on the way to my destination. Mr. Lupoi immediately got help. Within minutes he showed me the problem. Advised me what to do next and took care of it. After fixing the problem ( that was ultimately caused by Penske Honda Indianapolis!) I was on my way again! The service was completed in less than 30 minutes without charge! They even washed my car!! PS: The name on this work order should be Kathleen, not Katherine as the service lady entered. So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

I bought my Nissan Altima in August at Lee Nissan in topsham, Maine. I absolutely love it . It rides great steers amazing and has the get up and go that I have missed . It’s sharp looking and I have had a lot of compliments on the color it says grey but looks purple sometimes or at night it looks white..

The dealer was not willing to negotiate. Wr received no call back after offer made.

I’m very happy with my 2023 Nissan Rogue. It’s smooth, efficient, and has a sleek design. The cabin is spacious and packed with helpful features. It feels safe and reliable every time I’m behind the wheel. It’s a great all-around SUV.

Don’t know why people hate Nissans with CVT. Now that I’ve lived with the CVT with 140,000 miles I know I wouldn’t buy another one, but it’s been just fine, no issues. This isn’t a sporty vehicle but for 8 years and 140k miles it gets the job done every time. I just don’t get the hatred towards these cars. I do have AWD but if I were to do it over I’d drop that option. It’s expensive to maintain and truthfully I don’t go outside when the weather is bad anyway so I doubt the AWD feature has ever engaged, not even once. I plan to keep my vehicle for 10 years then get a minivan.

Haven been placed on notice by my "Costco" salesman Lucas Boehm, i was prepared for a lengthy wait, but it was so well worth it. Lucas, was professional, knowledgeable and very reassuring. Even coming from Central Florida, this process from start to delivery was seamless. I got my long awaited Telluride exactly as ordered. Aesthetically pleasing. Awesome fuel economy!!! Handles well. I used to drive a 2018 Altima SV until a deer decided that i needed to purchase a new vehicle, otherwise, I'd still be driving that one which was totaled at 227k+ miles...190k+ miles by me (personally) in 4 and a half yrs. The front seats feel slightly smaller though....maybe it's just me.

We intereacted with 3 different employees throughout the buying process. They were all personable and low pressure. We drove almost an hour to look at one of their vehicles. It was definitely worth the time and distance for the experience and treatment we received. We also walked away with a great vehicle! I've owed the rogue SV for some 9 months and I'm very pleased with the ride, performance and reliability . Prior to me purchased this car I rented a bunch of competitors to narrow down my choice. The Rogue has alot of features that really come in handy. It's a very thought out vehicle. On long highway trips it holds the road very steadily at 90 MPH and my gas consumption was in the low 40's. For the money to me it's the best value out there

This is my 3rd Nissan Altima and have been pleased with the service and the reliabilty of the car. Comfortable ride and very quiet. If you are looking for a 4 door Sedan you might want take a closer look at this one.

Bought our 2017 on New Year’s Eve 2016. Choose an SV model with optional premium package. Heated seats,heated steering wheel,remote start, pwr tailgate and upgraded info screen with many cameras and nav. As of November 2024, it has been absolutely bulletproof. We bought the car for our 16-year-old daughter and it has carried her through high school and now college with only one issue. I have had to replace the battery three times only oil changes. A set of brakes and a set of tires and service the CVT transmission. I learned this is highly important for the CVT to get the maximum life out of it, since it is a weak spot. Dealer charges about $200 to do it. Do it every 30k. Ours has performed flawlessly! Negatives- At 6 foot two I find a hard driving position. The power seat does not go back far enough but if I lower the seat all the way to the floor it gives me the room I need but then I feel like I’m sitting in a bathtub, but hey, it’s not my car so I rarely drive it Performance around town is very good! You can find yourself getting a speeding ticket on city Street if you’re not careful. Highway power is just OK I find it if you’re trying to cruise 80 miles an hour with other people in the car the CVT is constantly revving the engine out to get maximum performance and hold the Cruise control. I also find there’s quite a bit of road noise at freeway speeds especially if you’re sitting in the backseat. The cloth upholstery on the zero gravity seats stains way too easily especially if you have a tan colored interior I have to steam clean them at least every six months, my daughter is an athlete and she sometimes gets in the car sweaty with a water bottle between her legs and just the moisture stains the heck out of the seat. Overall, though for about $26,000 it’s hard to beat. It’s been reliable it’s safe and I have felt extremely comfortable putting my child in it and sending her off to college. I imagine she will keep it for many more years after graduation.

Linda at Tom Woods dealership in the service department was excellent! Not only that my oil was changed but it got pint inspection. And to top it all off my car got washed. You can't beat the excellent service I've enjoyed at Tom Woods in the last four years. I so appreciate them. 20 out of 10! Great work!

Great car for commuting. Have high safety scores which I tested on March 30th. I was hit from behind at 50mph and I walked away. My 2022 Monarch Orange/Black Sentra SR was shortened by 3 feet front and back. I just bought a 2023 Gun metal/Black SR Premium to replace the 2022. Best small car I driven to date.

Very efficient service department, they got my vehicle fixed and ready to go swiftly. The advisors there were all courteous and helpful.

The only problem with any of the kicks is they are very small inside Great if you are a small short person, 40 mpg will make you OVERLOOK THAT😂

I fell in love with the new bodystyle Maxima when it came out in 2016. I have it now for 7 years now with 99,212 miles and it is still drives smoothly. It's my baby. I am planning to put another 100,000 miles. I have no single problem at all but of course I am faithfully get it serviced. Sad that this will be the last year that they are making the Maxima. By the way, I named her Maxie.

We had been shopping around for a newer used car so knew exactly what we wanted. After visiting several dealers who were more than dishonest with us, we ended up at Unlimited in Elwood. It was so refreshing to deal with honest people, Duane and Mike, who answered all our questions without any BS. There was an issue with the car we wanted, which was known, and they worked with us to get it repaired. The only negative was that the car was originally on their Noblesville lot and in the change, the 2nd key couldn't be found. Overall, I highly recommend this dealer for its honest and easy to work with salesmen, clean showroom, and professionalism!

We love our Nissan NV 3500. It can pull anything and we transport several of our mastiffs around the country. Haven't had any issues. Roomy front seat, roomy area, as we have taken out the seats. We purchased it to travel with our big dogs, Handles beautifully and is better on gas mileage than we were told it would be. Love how the back doors open to the stay flat against the sides. Wish list....AWD, A/C is in front and back but wish we had separate controls for front and back for the dogs.

I bought my 2024 Nissan Frontier SV 4X4 in March of 2025. It had 63 miles on it, was sold as a used pickup, but basically brand new, and I got a VERY GOOD deal on the purchase from my local Nissan dealer. Back in the day, I bought a new Frontier in 2007 and it was an exceptional pickup but the 2024 is even better! The styling and the fit and finish is excellent, inside and out. Love the V6 and the 9-speed automatic, very smooth and quiet. The mileage is 2-3 mpg better than the 2007, 18 around town and 23 on the highway. Very comfortable on a long trip. I am very pleased that this pickup has a greatly improved the turning radius over the '07 - good for you, Nissan. It handles great off-road. I have nothing negative to say about my Frontier!! Love it!!!

It's a great car, except for the fact it sometimes does NOT have enough power. whenever I accelerate from 0, it may take up to a second or two to actually accelerate. in roads going upwards, not even full throttle will make it accelerate enough.
