Test drove the 2004 Thunderbird. I said I was interested and would pay $14,500 for the car. They said there was a transmission problem with the car and could not negotiate until that was resolved. At the time the car was priced at $15,107. I have sent emails still showing my interest but have not received additional information on the transmission status as of this. This van has exceeded all my expectations. Great value, excellent combined mpg and extremely comfortable with the zero-gravity seats. Interior is luxurious especially with captain chairs. Love the deep bi-level trunk storage for privacy and roof racks for added storage if needed. Extremely comfortable for all seven passengers.

This review is about the Service I received and in particular, working with Brandon Scott. I’ve been working with him for a few years now and always ask for him. He communicates, is upbeat and gets the job done just great! I don’t feel as though I’m being “sold” something that I don’t need when I’m there which I really appreciate. Work performed was just fine as well. The work typically takes a little longer than I like but that’s not a dealbreaker because I keep coming back!

This car is in mint condition. It checks all the boxes for me and my family. I'm looking forward to taking a long road trip and getting to see how good the car really is.

Just wanted to say I was very impressed with the sales person who I had dealt with when purchasing a new van. He was never aggressive at any point of time but yet very helpful in answering all my questions about certain vehicles. Awesome!

I still drive this vehicle with 245,000 miles. I purchased it new in 2014. It was the perfect vehicle up to 150,000 miles. I only did maintenance, & changed tires, battery, etc. After that everything electrical started to go. Transmission was replaced at about 240,000 miles. Now I’m getting an oil leak fixed from wear & tear. I would recommend keeping this vehicle up to 150,000 miles. Though the repairs are still less expensive than a car payment, I wouldn’t buy another with high mileage.

Nissan makes very dependable cars and I have owned 8 different models over the past 20 years . My first Quest had 290k miles and never had anything but brake rotors turned and normal maintenance service performed. I chose the Quest over Dodge minivans because of the power and reliability. These are great vehicles and I also currently have a Pathfinder and a NV 3500 Hightop.

We were in the market for a new car and the Mazda CX-5 was one of our choices. We were greeted in the parking lot by Damien Rivera who asked us if he could show us anything. We did a test drive and liked the car very much. We didn't care for the black interior and asked if they had one with a lighter interior. He found us a red one with parchment interior and everything else about it was perfect. We talked pricing and Damien told us about benefits of leasing and purchasing, as well as any drawbacks. They gave us a good trade-in on our 10 yr old SUV that we had dropped off at another dealer for diagnostics. Damien called us two days later and told us our new car would be available for pickup once he got it detailed (about two hours after the phone call). He even went with us to the other dealer to get our stuff from our old car that was still sitting in the lot with no info about what was wrong after five days. We love our new car, Damien was a great salesman. Plus, everyone at Naples Mazda, from Insurance to Finance was excellent. We had two Mazda minivans years ago and loved them. This new Mazda is beautiful and we are happy we went to Mazda first to check out replacement cars.

This van is awesome, great power, towing capability, not bad gas mileage at all for its size. Drivers seat is comfortable with all expected luxury items for a modern vehicle. Very easy to rearrange/remove seats for multiple people/cargo configurations...overall great value

They were great to work with, I tested an Explorer and it was very nice, but on a front wheel drive platform, and I needed an Expedition and they didn't have 1 at the time.

I drove a transit and I was so uncomfortable. It was just too big! I was nervous to drive the NV but it was a night and day experience. Loved it! And so excited to buy one!

I had a very stress free and simple purchase. My salesman Sayed was outstanding — very knowledgeable, very accommodating of changing schedules, and very pleasant to work with. There were none of the “usual tricks” — disappearing with the trade-in keys, asking “what it would take to buy the car today” etc etc. They honored the “internet price” without being asked. The best compliment I can give is that I would go back there to buy another new car.

it ability as one of a few van which could support a larger size mobility scooter. thus, it enabled a lift placed into the van to use automatically instead of manually. The gas milage is better than listed. Price after looking at various dealers, was affordble.

Meets all of our needs. Seats our family of six comfortably for long road trips with tons of room for luggage. Pulls our Salem Cruise Lite Trailer better than our Ford Expedition. No sag in the back and very little sway. We love our NV.

This thing has a ton of space i need it because of a 8 person household its new to us and we enjoy it. If you have a big family this one is for you.

This was my first experience with carmax, and it was amazing. First off, let me say that if you go to carmax at centennial, Las Vegas, ask for Muhammad. This man goes beyond and above for his customers to ensure they get the perfect car for them. He has the patience of a saint. Carmax should definitely look into promoting this guy. The company would really benefit from having someone like him in management. Secondly, the selection of vehicles rivaled other competitors, and their reserve system was a stress relief for us as we felt like we were scrambling to find a car before someone else purchased it. You will have peace of mind knowing that the car you want to see will be there waiting for you, no matter what your work schedule is like. They stay open late which is very helpful. They have a TV set up for kids and a nice woman came and handed us coloring packets and foam car toys for the kids. This vehicle is one of the ugliest things I have ever seen. However, it does meet all of my needs and it is a very smooth ride. It is kind of a pain to get into the 3rd row when you need to. The 2nd row captain seats don't move forward a whole lot for someone who is taller than 5'4-5'5 to get in the back. It can be done is just a struggle. I gave it a 3 on reliability because we have only had it for 2.5 weeks so I'm not sure yet. On our recent road trip we only got 20mpg on the highway. We were hoping for the 27 it shows in the specifications. We just didn't get that. Overall a good vehicle just has a few things that we personally don't like.
