I had picked out a vehicle online at Hertz's website (2014 Kia Forte EX) and went in to look it over and potentially purchase it. Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

After a demo of both, invited us inside the humble office (old modular), and made an easy transition from agreement of terms, to finance, where we dealt with Hal... Right to the point(relaxing music playing), and after presenting our aftermarket options, ran paperwork, signed, graciously thanked us for our business, and off we went to dinner (in our Certified Sonata)..We’ll be back for more...

Excellent gas milege...regularly exceed the EPA highway estimate for this car. Already have over 30000 miles on it. Regualar maintenace so far at the dealer. Now looking at a set of replacement tires as the OEM's do not last as long as expected. Other than the high wear on the tires, Android Auto connections used to be iffy at best until I figured out how the keep the connection.,

Love my 2024 Nissan Sentra sv I hit my hear mark with my baby I call her “Diamond” lol she’s great with mileage/gas and is comfortable for me and my daughter and visiting family in California I have no plans On trading her love the space inside and smoothness when driving Siri play “isn’t she lovely” lol I definitely recommend

We went on quite a busy day and ended up waiting a while, but salesman Jay was very helpful and kept us entertained while we waited to hear on my trade in. Jay ensured we were comfortable and was great at keeping us updated on the process as we waited. Their finance team worked with getting us the best deal and we left in a nice car! The car has pluses and a few minuses. First the good things. It is by far one of the smoothest vehicles I've ever driven, especially highway driving. You barely feel the road. Breaking is quick and responsive which adds to the smooth driving experience. The car is agile and has a impressive turning radius. Engine performance is adequate but acceleration is a bit weak especially taking it from 0 to 60. so you will not be passing every car on the road with this. Also the car sways a bit in high winds so it feels like you have to fine tune the steering at highway speeds to stay in lane. Exterior stying of car is also a bit unorthodox with it's small 15 inch wheels and oversized headlights. Interior is very comfortable for most people seats are comfortable with good back support. The rear seating is large for a subcompact with excellent legroom . The dash is not terribly impressive though cheap plastic is used and the glove compartment is too small . Also audio system is subpar and basic. What I love about the car is the price, the gas mileage and the comfort and reliability. If your looking for fancy or fast look elsewhere.

I recently purchased a 2024 Sentra SV with the premium package. I also currently own a 2020 Sentra SV (no upgraded package). I've owned that one for 4 years with 80k miles on it now. Great, reliable car. Very comfortable seats, great gas mileage, very good standard stereo system. I love the layout of everything for HVAC controls and radio. The dash display with speed limit sign recognition is great as well. I have had zero problems with the 2020 Sentra (I'm passing that car along to my daughter so not getting rid of it). For the 2024, the only notable differences are the transmission (it was upgraded in 2024) and the stereo controls. The transmission seems more responsive now in keeping rpms low without losing any acceleration. Very quiet car without the whining on the CVT. (there is some but not bad). The stereo on the premium package includes Bose speakers. I was hoping they would be a great upgrade but noticed no real improvement; maybe even slightly worse than the standard setup. In my 2020 Sentra, there is a sound adjustment for the midrange and a bass enhancer you can turn on/off. The new one does not have these selections. It sounds like too much midrange so kind of distorted and not crisp like I expect the Bose to be. Other than that, the car performs the same. It's a perfect reliable commuter car with enough features to keep you happy and comfortable on long drives. I have no issue with pickup or highway driving. I highly recommend.

I contacted sales through email and Sean got back to me ASAP. He answered all of my questions including checking the lot personally to be positive he had the color I wanted. I went in the next morning, test drove the car and purchased it. I was there a total of 1 hour and 10 minutes. AWESOME! Sean was great! I highly recommend Sean and Hertz Roseville!

Very sporty inside and out. Great gas mileage. I like that it has just the right amount of buttons and dials, not too much. The seats are very comfortable.

Before I came to Roseville Toyota, I knew exactly which car I wanted: a 2022 Prius Prime LE in Blue Magnetism, and I was not willing to compromise on the color. After searching through all my local dealerships in Southern California, I was finally able to find one in transit to Roseville, abour 430 miles north of me. I worked with Ali Goibnazarov during the week leading up to the vehicle's arrival and my subsequent purchase. Fortunately for me, Roseville does not take deposits and sells its vehicles on a first come, first served basis, or I never would have had the opportunity to buy my car. Ali was a dream to work with. Process was very simple. Moe the salesman had the car ready when we arrived. He let us go on the test drive and did not limit how long or how far. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We we're in and out in under 3 hours.

Got a 2024 SV, Aspen White Tri Coat ($400 option) all weather package (heated seats, heated leather wrapped steering wheel,heated mirrors, remote start, dual zone climate control, $590 option) proximity keyless entry and keyless start....for $20443. It's a freaking bargain! The interior is well laid out and comfortable even for me and I'm 6'5'. Everything is easy to access and understand and there's better soft touch materials everywhere they should be. Stereo is a pretty basic 6 speaker system with tweeters in the A pillars, 2 front door speakers and 2 rear deck speakers. Took about 2 weeks for the speakers to break in and deliver better sounding bass that's smoother. Clarity is pretty remarkable for a standard factory system. Performance wise...well it's a 149hp and weighs 3000lbs with a cvt. It's not winning many races but it's absolutely fine for any situation. You can easily pass cars and the cvt keeps the revs low on the interstate so your fuel economy doesn't suffer so much at higher speeds. Speaking of fuel economy,this thing won't get less than 40mpg. If I baby it in ecomode I've seen as high as 48mpg on my 24 mile commute to work. Running 50/50 rural roads and interstate I've gotten as much as 46mpg hand calculated (that's keeping the ac off and really trying for the best mpg I can get) normally though my tanks average 40-42mpg. The on board mpg readout is pretty darn accurate too. As far as saftey features, the blind spot monitoring has been perfect, rear back up automatic braking works well and the backup sensors let you know when you're getting close to stuff. Rear cross traffic alert works great too. I ALWAYS turn off automatic emergency braking for the front. Those systems are notorious for being overly cautious and intervening when not needed. We have the same type of system in our tractor trailers at work and they do more harm than good. Overall I'd highly recommend buying a Sentra. It's quiet, comfortable, handles better than it has a right to. Looks great and is cheap to own. The cvt for 2024 is a Jatco CVT XS. Look it up, it's meant to take way more power than a Sentra makes. Has a twin oil pump to keep pressures up and reduce slipping to reduce heat and wear. Has a multiplate clutch system for better lockup and again less slippage and it adds auto start stop which operates near seamlessly. Disregard the silly review complaining about the auto start stop system, there's a button to turn it off....its not the car's fault that person didn't read the owners manual. I'm not worried about reliability. Sentras rate a 4 out of 5 for reliability by warranty companies and companies that monitor repairs industry wide. They also have had and are projected to have less than average repair costs than other cars in the segment. Realistically a civic and corolla may be more reliable but you will never find one with this many options for less than $6000 more. Besides, if you're tall you definitely don't want a civic or corolla. They're ugly too lol. A base model corolla still has a torsion beam rear suspension while the Sentras get multi link independent rear suspensions and 2 sway bars. Sentras handle flat and active trace control keeps them from understeering in turns when pushed hard and trust me it works. Go drive one, you'll like it. Extended warranties are cheaper for these than most American brands. Throw a warranty on it and it's still cheaper to buy a loaded Sentra than a base civic or corolla. I wouldn't even consider a Hyundai/Kia with all the engine and transmission failures they're having now. Shop around and absolutely do not pay msrp. Prices are dropping and patience will pay off.

Came to this dealership while looking for a vehicle for my daughter. Although we did not necessarily find what we wanted, the experience was still positive. Friendly staff and very well stocked inventory of vehicles of all types. Will definitely keep this place in mind for the future.

M&S Auto is a fantastic place to pick up a used vehicle. This post might get a bit long, so be warned about that. I had already been to 4 other local dealerships, Mostly the big brands. Honda x2, Toyota, and Volvo. I had almost an entire small notebook worth of notes on every car I had seen so far, but I was getting really tired of the whole process and I was ready to just call the whole vehicle search off. I stumbled on the M&S website at 7am, found a really nice Honda at a really nice price. I called them around 9:45am and told them I was coming to check out the car. I showed up 15 minutes later and they had already pulled the car out front, ready to go for review and a test drive. Brian was my sales guy, and let me tell you, this guy knows how to make the entire process completely stress free. I don't know whether it was because I showed up with a notebook, or because he just read me correctly or what, but he let the car do all of the talking, he answered every question I could possibly ask, and was up front about the entire process when I inquired about a trade in. At no point in the entire process did I ever feel any pressure, any manipulation, or any rapid fire double speak questions trying to get a feel for my budget. He was not pushing a sale onto me, we were working it out together. I can not emphasize enough how different that experience was to the other places I had been to. I had already completely walked away from 1 sale after the financing negotiations got hostile, so to have this level of meeting me on the same level, treating me like an equal really stood out to me. Brian was both my sales guy AND the guy that ran through my financing with me. This was also a big plus because I did not feel like I was being handed off to some finance sleezeball, instead Brian and I had already developed a certain amount of rapport and trust through the inspection and test drive process. The final thing I want to mention : I was standing out front for a long time during this whole process, and what I saw was that this dealership is a good place for people whom English might not be there first language. They had representatives for Spanish speaking customers and I believe one of the sales people I met was Slavic, so I bet they could accommodate almost anyone. 9/10 Buying Experience Would highly recommend to those looking for a used vehicle at a fair price.
