Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

The 2021 Altima is a good but not great car. I have the SL trim which comes with more interior comfort and 1 of 2 extra features. I like the sporty style and tech features but the CVT transmission sucks sometimes. If I had to buy a sedan again I would choose a BMW 3 series instead cuz I like excellence in cars. But overall for anyone who would like to have something good and basic pros, yes the Altima can make it.

Aesthetically pleasing. Awesome fuel economy!!! Handles well. I used to drive a 2018 Altima SV until a deer decided that i needed to purchase a new vehicle, otherwise, I'd still be driving that one which was totaled at 227k+ miles...190k+ miles by me (personally) in 4 and a half yrs. The front seats feel slightly smaller though....maybe it's just me.

Had a long term rattling problem with my Murano. It had gotten to the point where Nissan itself was involved. They sent a representative out and he couldn’t figure it out. I then sent it to these guys, to see if they could figure it out. They took it apart, and the supervisor Jim, remembered a different car having the same exact problem 5 years prior. Bottom line, they fixed it. Even after one of Nissan’s reps could not. They walked me though everything to make sure it had been fixed to my satisfaction. They know what they are doing.

Had a tough start with my purchases of the 2 cars I planned to purchase as salesperson Luis Moreta was very non responsive as time went on and numbers changed as far as my trade in values on my 2 cars. He started at one number and the next day that number went down when I asked for number to possibly go up. First time I?ve ever had that happen. So I was done dealing with him and was planning on going to another dealership. Then I figured I?d give them one more shot and Amy Rodrigue and Nancy Vega made my experience as I would have expected. They were super responsive and listened to me explain my issues with original salesperson. I love my low mileage CPO 2020 Altima SV fully loaded well maintained car with only 23K miles. Car gets excellent gas mileage and nice pick up. Beautiful beige protected seat and stony blue metallic with paint protection. Take care of your vehicle and your vehicle will take care of you. Replace CVT fluid every 30K and regular tire or oil changes you will be fine. I’ve had two other Nissans with CVTS with no issues.

Getting my vehicle serviced at Route 9 Nissan is always a great experience. Never have to wait too long, they always recommend what I need and not what they think I need. Dave and his team are great.

I came from a 2018 Honda Accord EX to a 2022 Nissan Altima SR VC-Turbo. The reason I switched to Nissan was the high lease price of the Accord in 2022. These cars are very similar in gas mileage, ride quality, trunk space and tech features. The Honda had a slightly smoother ride(but the Nissan does have 19" rims which means you feel the road imperfections more). My only complaint with the Altima is the back up camera. To put it frankly the resolution sucks!! The Accord had a crystal clear back up camera. Finally, my Accord had 190 hp and the Altima has 234 but honestly the acceleration is very similar.

Just got the car about 3 weeks ago (2017 SR model) and enjoy the car so far. This care was replacing a 2015 Mazda 6 (std. transmission) that had 230,000 miles on it when I traded it in. So to have a "new" car is fantastic. So far gas mileage has been at about 33 MPG, although I think the acceleration vs. my old car is somewhat lacking (manual vs. auto), but can't complain. The sound system is OK, but will be replacing the stock system with upgraded aftermarket speakers and deck. I just hope it lasts as long as my 2015 Mazda!

I’m having difficulties with my Sportage couple years old and right off the bat she told me they will fix it. They will find what’s wrong and make it right she told!!!! , who says that that’s awesome.! I’m Thrilled with this dealership in at the service level!!! I’m sorry I didn’t purchase my car at this dealership! I bought my car several times to Burlington Kia in for service. They tell me they can’t fix it. Take it to another dealership. He told me a larger one.!!!!! Very poor very poor dealership!!

This is my 3rd Nissan Altima and have been pleased with the service and the reliabilty of the car. Comfortable ride and very quiet. If you are looking for a 4 door Sedan you might want take a closer look at this one.
