As always Ricart provides the best customer service of any dealerships I have frequented. I’ve experienced two others that were not even close to Ricarts service. . One left us standing in lobby for half an hour while they all laughed and joked around playing on their phones. The other sold substandard vehicles dishonestly with a smile. I can’t rave enough about Ricarts care, attention and the ease of which they have made my experiences. TY Ricart for a pleasurable appreciated standard of quality service! Both these other dealerships were nearby and Ricart has left them in the dust!

So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

Very attractive, spacious, and cozy car with a lovely, elegant interior. It uses gas really well. The three-cylinder engine is one of the best in its class, producing 200 horsepower and 225 torque, so don't be deceived. Try high-octane gas; it will increase your mpg and make driving more enjoyable. CVT Plus is incredibly dependable and seamless. These are high-quality cars made in Japan. I hope this is useful.

I was looking for a good deal they were advertising on the internet on a Nissan note. My time being limited I called ahead to let them know I was coming. The car was pulled to the front ready to look at and take for a drive. They greeted me at the door as I got out of my car. The salesman was courteous and knowledgeable about the car and other questions I had. I made an offer that was accepted and we quickly got the paperwork done. Overall excellent experience and I got a lifetime power train warranty free with the car.

A lot of pros to this vehicle. The only thing I wished Nissan would make better is, the pickup when ya hit the gas pedal. It is sluggish for a split second, and boggs down some... however, it runs great and after the sluggishness, it goes. Great passing gear and so easy to drive. All the bells & whistles on it alert you of every and anything you can think of. I appreciate those features. Comfort is top tier for me, the seats hug you and easy to adjust. The sound system, Bose, is amazing. Just too many features to speak about. Does great in gas in the city, haven't had it on any road trips yet. The kicks rides well also. Plenty of room and can haul a lot of things in it, as the back seats fold down. Only thing I can say negative about the vehicle is how it's sluggish/boggs down some for a minute when ya press gas to go. Hopefully Nissan fixes that in their new models here in out.

Great experience would like to keep doing business for years to come. I have not been able to lease at any dealership more then once I hope I can change that at Ricarts.

I watched a ton of reviews and so many are critical of small things that in reality didn't matter. The charging speed is more than adequate for daily driving. The range is great! It has a ton of features and feels very refined compared to any other EV I have driven. Nissan really needs to do better marketing this car so more people can experience it!

Great truck,has a ton of features. Gets a lot 20% better gas mileage than my previous truck Bought used but has a ton of features. Happy I stayed with Nissan.

I've owned 7 total with 0 issues. The cvt is quick and responsive. The exhaust has a nice tone to it. Seats are comfortable I've owned German luxury cars and I prefer the Altima seats. I love my car.

This is my first brand NEW car, and I absolutely love it. I does great on gas and it's very comfortable to drive. If you have long legs or larger in size the back seat would not be good for you. We have only had one problem with the usb port for the CarPlay keeps cutting out but the dealership is working on fixing the issue, not sure if it's the fuse or the box yet. But I would buy this car again

First let me start by saying that I would never give a car buying process 5 stars because I believe the negotiation back and forth should be eliminated. With that being said, my experience at Georgesville Nissan was about as good as it could possibly be. I have had two experiences at GN that had me impressed. The first is while my previous vehicle was at an oil change and I decided to walk the auto mall and window shop for vehicles. Out of all of the dealers I stopped at, only Chris Glowka at GN stepped outside to greet this “walk up” person checking out a Rogue. The conversation was easy and low pressure and I was able to get a good quality test drive in while I was waiting on my car. This experience and the quality of the Rogue got me to come back when I was ready to make a purchase. On purchase day I had my 5yr old son with me and I thought the entire dealership did a great job handling an excited 5yr old child in a pleasant professional manner. The kids tablet station was another excellent touch and made my experience and my child’s experience stress free. Now for the deals. Initial numbers were not what I wanted and I expected this, but never at any time did I feel pressured in to taking the deal. I could tell that Chris and the rest of the staff were genuinely trying to find numbers that would meet my needs as well as their own. Ultimately a deal was made and I drove off with my new Rogue Midnight Edition and my son had showroom balloons in hand. The low pressure and excellent customer service was an absolute pleasure. My 2023 Nissan Kicks has everything I was looking for in a new vehicle and then some. It has all of the comforts, technology and safety features that anybody could ask for. Plus the ride is really smooth, and you can turn on a dime.

I've owed the rogue SV for some 9 months and I'm very pleased with the ride, performance and reliability . Prior to me purchased this car I rented a bunch of competitors to narrow down my choice. The Rogue has alot of features that really come in handy. It's a very thought out vehicle. On long highway trips it holds the road very steadily at 90 MPH and my gas consumption was in the low 40's. For the money to me it's the best value out there

My husband and I was wanting to purchase a Toyota truck but wasn't in a hurry. Driving buy we seen one and stopped. Sean greeted us with a big smile, you could tell he was a people person. We looked at one and wanted to see more. He said we have numerous more in our back lot, he started pulling them up on his phone and when we liked one he drove it around for us, so we didn't have to do any walking. Then we went inside and Nathan had us financed and driving away in less than 30 mins. The interest rate was unbelievable, so the payment was less than we planned. He asked us what we wanted to put down. We walked out with a package that covered 2 yrs/26 thou miles. Customer service is very rare to find anymore, but this Dealership has the friendliest staff. Even the 4 paws associate Gunner was exceptionally friendly. Very comfortable doing business.
