My second Murano and still having an excellent owner experience. Easy and comfortable to drive with a suspension that is both comfortable and well handling with the 20 inch tires. The electronic safety equipment works very well and now I wouldn’t want to be without it. Overall a wonderful and utilitarian vehicle that’s well built and comfortable.

Have owned a 2021 Rogue Sport for 6 months. I’ve noticed a lot of people commenting on acceleration issues while merging on HWY. unless mine is in eco mode I have no problem merging at HWY speeds.

I have an issue with paint peeling on my 2017 Murano, pearl white. Nissin won't help me out with this issue, not happy after learning there were similar problems with other models. This car has less than 40,000 miles on it. Anyone else having this problem?

Drove this car for about 7,000 miles before getting t-boned. The car that hit my Murano, hit right on my driver door at around 40-50 mph I got out of the car with a scratch and a bruise. All in all this car offers amazing ride comfort, a good driving experience, and impeccable safety. I plan on buying another one.

My wife and I found the slightly-used Nissan Leaf at Cars.com and were sure that's what we wanted. But we didn't want to drive to Waukesha from West Bend, so we went to the WB Nissan dealership, also part of the Russ Darrow empire, and people communicated and cooperated and the next day the Leaf showed up in West Bend, we took it for a spin, and we're now its happy owners. Bought a 2023 SL in Nov. 2024 with 14K miles. Still driving the 2007 SL that has 140K. We love the '23. It's very comfortable, good looking and fun to drive. When it was time to buy I didn't want anything but another Murano.

The only thing that is a little uncomfortable for the right leg against the lower dash board area, but it's not a big problem I am satisfied with the performance and gas mileage.

The 2021 Nissan Murano that I just purchased is beyond excellent. I can't say enough how I appreciate and enjoy this car, from the looks, performance, and cost. It surpasses all my expectations and I'm happy to have this car. The salesman, Ian Simmonds was top notch. From when I first entered the building he greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. He went over all the details of the car I wanted and he went above and beyond to make this experience, fast, easy, and me leaving as a satisfied customer. My request was answered promptly with courtesy. I understand that follow up is the name of the sales game. However if I state in my initial request for information that I have just started looking, I do not want to be hassled with emails and calls, that is exactly what I am asking for. I have not been inundated with emails or calls from this dealership asking if I was still interested or when was I coming to look at the car. That is a great sales technique!

Love everything about my 2019 Platinum except the way the engine makes a bog-down rumbling noise when the tachometer hovers at the 1K mark. My 2012 Maxima CVT did not do this. It's quite noticeable anytime I have to slow down or just do around town driving and the tach hits 1K. Horrible experience that many others discuss online in the owners' forums. Otherwise, I love the cargo room, the Bose stereo, the padded seats and the convenience and safety features.

I love my Nissan Murano 2017 SV bought it brand new! Only problem had this year was having to change the cam shafters. My car is black so you see all scratches. The paint job could be better quality.

i did my homework prior to our recent purchase of a low mileage used Mercedes. One of my primary information sources was Cars.Com. and the other was Car Max. We visited the Kenosha Car Max and found everyone we had contact with to be professional and informative. We ultimately bought a car from a Mercedes dealer but did sell our trade to Car Max Waukesha. The experience was handled quickly and pleasantly. I would definitely recommend Car Max and their staff.

I got a great deal on a used 2022 SL in green. Selling price just under 25k because it was a rental turn in at just about 50k miles. Certified and with special warranty, I have another 4 years and 50k miles of full bumper to bumper. I wasn't concerned about the mileage as I work at home so mainly wanted a comfortable SUV to run around town and take on road trips. Everything works for me on this as I am not too savvy with the newer cars with all the touch screens and menus as they seem to fail. The 3.6 L engine has plenty get up and go and gas mileage is fantastic. Can't understand all the negatives on here. Maybe being closer to 55 and liking buttons over touch screens is the key.

I recently bought a 2020 AWD SL Murano and am very impressed with the interior space, seat comfort and list of standard features of this car. I was considering MB GLE and Lexus GX350 as well and think I clearly got a great value with the Murano. I also think the maintenance and repair costs will be less than a German alternative.

This is our third Armada since 2012. First two were not new and we had great performance out of them. We were fortunate that general maintenance and upkeep was all we ever did to them. I will likely stay in this line as long as it is available. Having a ‘23, I will likely not be looking for a long while.

Faced with an emergency, my wife and I received exceptional service from Bob Bertnick and the service department at Amato Nissan. While driving home on I-43 North, after picking up our dogs at our vet, a piece of debris on the road shredded our car's left front tire. Exiting at Hampton Avenue, the nearest car service department was Amato Nissan. Even though we were driving a Subaru, Bob immediately came to our assistance. He had one of the service department's mechanics replace the shredded tire with our spare and provided us with the information needed to find a replacement tire at another dealer. We were impressed by and grateful for the professionalism and kindness displayed by Bob and the service department at Amato Nissan.

This car is fantastic for me.Is my first Nissan .It rides well, I like its comfort, I have driven slowly in the city without accelerating suddenly and I have managed to get 29 miles and more per gallon

Only Issue I have it’s friction between leathers seats and middle console. Avoid leather seats, Dealers can’t do much with this issue to be fixed. Other on that it’s a great vehicle.

So the car had cosmetic damage and they tried to sell it as is as I was like no I’m not buying it like that so they “fixed” it super fast but not really and I said no I’m not buying it like that so they fixed it for real and then I bought it. So props to them for fixing it appropriately but it just took hours to do it the way it should but shame on them for trying to get me to buy it as is. They were nice the whole time though. Easy to work with.

I purchased my 2018 Murano brand new. It is still the wonderful machine it was upon purchase. Very little maintenance required outside of the standard. I love everything about it. Visibility can be tricky with the interior design on the driver's side when rounding a corner, it is hard to see what might be coming your way. Otherwise, my Murano (this is my second one) is a reliable gem to own. I LOVE NISSAN CARS!
