A Truly Pleasant and Honest Car-Buying Experience I was feeling really upset this morning because of a dealership that kept changing the price, but then I happened to find a car that caught my eye on a website. Then I made an appointment at Merchants Auto for a test drive. At first, the place looked a bit quiet, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. But from the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how friendly, professional, and proactive everyone was. There was about a $3,000 difference between the price I saw online and the one initially quoted at the dealership. I mentioned this and also showed them an offer I had received from another dealership the day before. I told them that if they could match that deal, I’d sign right away. They worked hard for nearly an hour — checking different options, running numbers — and finally made it happen. I signed the paperwork and made the down payment on the spot. Even better, the finance rate they offered was about half of what another Boston-area dealership had quoted me, which helped offset that $3,000 difference. What impressed me most was that the price we agreed on during negotiation was exactly the same when it came time to sign the papers — no hidden fees, no surprises. It was a bit of a drive to get there, but it was absolutely worth it. I’m genuinely happy with my purchase and the entire experience. I’m surprised, the reviews are so low honestly. I have put 6,000 miles on my 2023 Nissan rogue so far and I have not had any issues. I know a recall came out but I got it fixed. I honestly really like my rogue. I know not everyone will have a perfect experience but it’s a great car. I got the base trim, and was a little skeptical especially looking at the SV’s but if your looking for a car with just the perfect amount of tech I recommend buying the base model because you get a bang for your buck. Gas mileage is amazing! I have been averaging 36/37mpg. Coming from a 2015 Altima that got worse gas mileage it’s amazing. The only negative is that the seats really attract pet hair so make sure to have a lint roller in your car, but the car is perfect!

I am very pleased with my Rogue. It is a 2019 that I purchased with 13K. I think the styling is very good and the interior is roomy. I'm 6' and my brother is 6-2 and we both have plenty of headroom in the front or the back. The turning radius is very good. Only downside (which I don't care about) is the acceleration is only mediocre. Overall, highly recommended.

This was a replacement vehicle for a Toyota Camry that was totaled. Bought it, it was 3 years old with 36,032 miles on it. Been rear ended $14,000 in Damages to the rear, there’s only 2 things I would complain about. One getting a replacement Drivers seat has been a problem, I’ve even looked in Auto salvage yards to get a replacement seat, it’s been a headache, and if you do find one you got to give the first 2 numbers of the VIN # so the wiring Harness will work.. if you have the American built version , the Japanese or Korean Version Wiring Harnesses will not work, they will bolt in, but the Harnesses won’t work. Been looking for 3 years for a seat , still can’t find one. I’ve looked in both North & South Carolina for a replacement seat.

I love this car except…, the exhaust or engine noise at 2500 to 3500 rpm. The other item that surprised me was the horn sound like a cheap little kiddie car. For $39000, I think they could have a decent horn in it. I sold Nissans for 18 years, this is the best Rogue they have produced yet. I would highly recommend this vehicle

Our Rouge has a sunroof. In Spring pollen collects around sunroof and clogs hoses which causes water to leak onto passenger seat. A LOT of water we have had to get it to nclogged several times It is rather frustrating Is this a recall situation?

I've owed the rogue SV for some 9 months and I'm very pleased with the ride, performance and reliability . Prior to me purchased this car I rented a bunch of competitors to narrow down my choice. The Rogue has alot of features that really come in handy. It's a very thought out vehicle. On long highway trips it holds the road very steadily at 90 MPH and my gas consumption was in the low 40's. For the money to me it's the best value out there

I bought used 2021 with 19,000 miles. I now have 53,400 on odometer with no issues or problems. I have replaced tires/rear brakes-normal wear. I had a local Nissan dealership CVT transmission recommended service @ 50,000 miles ( no one else can service) cost $320.00. I have had zero issues thus far. I need to do transfer case/rear serviced at 60,000. I pay for a full service oil change every 5,000 miles which is imperative for vehicle reliability. DO THE SMALL SERVICES !!! the few dollars spent will save you from spending for major repairs later…. My father taught me this. A car is the WORST investment you can make so take care of it. I buy a car and keep til the wheels fall off and love having a reliable vehicle and no car payment.

I just picked up a 2020 Rogue basic model with AWD, they sure have changed since my last one, in a good way. I’ve had a 2010 and a 2012 SL models. That alone says something having owned 3 now. Great crossover, decent in the snow, I’ve only had AWD models really good on gas! Very dependable!

Don’t know why people hate Nissans with CVT. Now that I’ve lived with the CVT with 140,000 miles I know I wouldn’t buy another one, but it’s been just fine, no issues. This isn’t a sporty vehicle but for 8 years and 140k miles it gets the job done every time. I just don’t get the hatred towards these cars. I do have AWD but if I were to do it over I’d drop that option. It’s expensive to maintain and truthfully I don’t go outside when the weather is bad anyway so I doubt the AWD feature has ever engaged, not even once. I plan to keep my vehicle for 10 years then get a minivan.

My name is Joseph Kouyoumjian during the first week in January my eye caught an internet Advertisement for a 2015 Cadillac SRX with very low mileage which interested me. I had a SRX years ago and loved it Spoke with Salesman Mike and Owner Kevin and I was invited to come take a test drive When I got there , the car looked like brand new, to my dismay.. when I opened the door to test drive the Caddy, I realized that GM downsized the SRX and , my luck, unfortunately I could not get in and out easily... I looked through the lot and inventory until my eye caught glimpse of a Candy Apple Red 2015 Ford Explorer Sport with Grey leather interior. This SUV looked brand new, had low mileage and ran great and very comfortable. I was sold.. Made the deal with my trade Kevin got me a great bank rate on financing .. Like all used vehicles, There were a few minor things that needed attention and repair on the Explorer. Kevin and his staff jumped on it, got in into the shop, took care of everything needed and I picked up the Explorer off to the races with an awesome fully loaded vehicle that I really like Almost 10 days since I've had the Explorer and I am happy and thrilled..
