Excellent gas milege...regularly exceed the EPA highway estimate for this car. Already have over 30000 miles on it. Regualar maintenace so far at the dealer. Now looking at a set of replacement tires as the OEM's do not last as long as expected. Other than the high wear on the tires, Android Auto connections used to be iffy at best until I figured out how the keep the connection.,

Maintenance preformed when due, tires replaced at 45,000 miles, Brake job due now at 55,000 miles not any transmission, AC problems, the only complaint is the road noise. You have to take care of your car if you want it to last. I love my Rogue

Was this a perfect transaction? No. Would I recommend them? Yes. Some things went wrong, most things went right. They answered questions, they answered calls (and I called them a lot) I bought a car online from photographs. They delivered the car I bought plus sent a small refund, an unrequested refund. What car lot does that? They pointed out the negatives to the car, took more pictures when I asked, double-checked some things for me. I found them to be professional.

This is our third Armada since 2012. First two were not new and we had great performance out of them. We were fortunate that general maintenance and upkeep was all we ever did to them. I will likely stay in this line as long as it is available. Having a ‘23, I will likely not be looking for a long while.

I have an issue with paint peeling on my 2017 Murano, pearl white. Nissin won't help me out with this issue, not happy after learning there were similar problems with other models. This car has less than 40,000 miles on it. Anyone else having this problem?

Love everything about my 2019 Platinum except the way the engine makes a bog-down rumbling noise when the tachometer hovers at the 1K mark. My 2012 Maxima CVT did not do this. It's quite noticeable anytime I have to slow down or just do around town driving and the tach hits 1K. Horrible experience that many others discuss online in the owners' forums. Otherwise, I love the cargo room, the Bose stereo, the padded seats and the convenience and safety features.

Great vehicle; super reliable as long as you keep up with the maintenance. Nissan provides exceptional service when it comes to preventive maintenance and their customer service is superb. The only complaint I have is the nonexistence of wireless CarPlay.

I came into the dealership based on a recall notice. The Service Advisor came to my vehicle and I explained to him why I was there. He had me come to his office and the service request was completed and I waited there a little over an hour and the repair was completed. I had an excellent experience this time and will be back.

Great car for commuting. Have high safety scores which I tested on March 30th. I was hit from behind at 50mph and I walked away. My 2022 Monarch Orange/Black Sentra SR was shortened by 3 feet front and back. I just bought a 2023 Gun metal/Black SR Premium to replace the 2022. Best small car I driven to date.

Caleb was very efficient. He came to our home and made the recall repairs to our car. He arrived on time and was polite and able to make the repairs quickly.

We just traded our 2020 for a 2024 Murano. We particularly like the exterior looks, design and chrome. Interior is stylish, comfortable and functional. Our 2020 did not require anything other than oil changes and tire rotation. Murano is the only model we have bought twice. Crown Nissan is a fantastic dealership. Our Sales Consultant was Cathy Voogd, best buying experience ever.

We had to take my daughters Subaru in for service, We contacted Sean with Service, and made appt. we arrived an hour late unaware of time change and yet was met with super Kind people who immediately took vehicle in and started to find problem. We were unable to find a pet setter and had to bring our dogs with us two of them. Most places would have been taken aback but we were welcomed and taken to area to wait. All employees at Sutherlin Subaru are amazing, offering us snacks and conversations and including the dogs in the welcome. I recommend Sutherlin for buying vehicles as well as service, they are amazing and no one that walked by did not stop and speak. Also, service was so quick and they even offered a loaner car if we wanted to leave and come back. I am so impressed and recommended them to everyone. Real family care. Totally amazing. Easy to make reservations on line, accurate pricing, video from mechanic on watch items, courteous and fast service, and very pleasant waiting area. John was superb, friendly and professional. I only have two issues with this vehicle! Poor gas mileage! Terrible turn radius! I tow a boat and my friends who have full size trucks ( F150, Chevy 1500, and Dodges ) get better gas mileage Than I do towing their boats then I do without towing! Some of them have backed me in to the launch and then park the vehicle! They come back and say the turn radius is bad !

I have the 2019 Nissan Sentra SV Special Edition and the ride and seats are very comfortable. Gas Mileage is great in the city using the Eco mode which I use a lot. I got up to 36 miles per gallon in the city. I added some System48Plus to the oil crank case and now I'm getting up to 40 miles per gallon in the city! I bought the car certified and it had no recalls so I decided to buy this one. Some of those other 2019s had a recall. The front of the car looks amazing sporty! The thing that's not as good would be the performance which I don't need as long as I am saving gas but I am getting a better puck up since I added that engine treatment as well as better gas mileage. The only other thing that could use improvement would be the sterio speakers and l will probably just change that to Boise speakers. Overall it's a great looking and dependable car.

My second Murano and still having an excellent owner experience. Easy and comfortable to drive with a suspension that is both comfortable and well handling with the 20 inch tires. The electronic safety equipment works very well and now I wouldn’t want to be without it. Overall a wonderful and utilitarian vehicle that’s well built and comfortable.
