No experience in repair rating so average given. Overall 4 stars due to no one being perfect. They came very close. We will recommend Velocity to anyone needing a near new vehicle.

My 2009 Altima SE still runs great. Although the paint is dull from years under California sun. It has no problem wantsoever. I have all windows tinted to keep cool.

This was a replacement vehicle for a Toyota Camry that was totaled. Bought it, it was 3 years old with 36,032 miles on it. Been rear ended $14,000 in Damages to the rear, there’s only 2 things I would complain about. One getting a replacement Drivers seat has been a problem, I’ve even looked in Auto salvage yards to get a replacement seat, it’s been a headache, and if you do find one you got to give the first 2 numbers of the VIN # so the wiring Harness will work.. if you have the American built version , the Japanese or Korean Version Wiring Harnesses will not work, they will bolt in, but the Harnesses won’t work. Been looking for 3 years for a seat , still can’t find one. I’ve looked in both North & South Carolina for a replacement seat.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and not at all pushy. They took the time to listen to what I was looking for and carefully explained my options. This was by far the easiest car-buying experience I've ever had. The car was in immaculate condition, and they had the Carfax report ready, so there were no surprises. We took the car for a test drive, and everything was exactly as expected. The entire process was seamless, and everyone I spoke to were all very professional. I bought my 2016 Altima SL new with 2.5 motor. The SL model has some great options on it! I love this car! 39-47 highway (usually on trips 40 and up, 36 around town. Better than what it said I would get! Very comfortable, great acceleration. Not very many 2016 SL out there. Everything I wanted and with only 51,000 miles. Got lucky with this one!

I never purchased a car like this without ever test driving it or seeing it in person, but they made the whole purchasing process as easy as can be for me. I bought used 2021 with 19,000 miles. I now have 53,400 on odometer with no issues or problems. I have replaced tires/rear brakes-normal wear. I had a local Nissan dealership CVT transmission recommended service @ 50,000 miles ( no one else can service) cost $320.00. I have had zero issues thus far. I need to do transfer case/rear serviced at 60,000. I pay for a full service oil change every 5,000 miles which is imperative for vehicle reliability. DO THE SMALL SERVICES !!! the few dollars spent will save you from spending for major repairs later…. My father taught me this. A car is the WORST investment you can make so take care of it. I buy a car and keep til the wheels fall off and love having a reliable vehicle and no car payment.

I bought my Rogue new in Sept 2018. I currently have 78,000 miles. Mostly town as I live in the mountains at 4000 feet. It has handled curves, snow, ice, mountain climbs and descents. I have had the oil changed and tires rotated every 5000 miles. I still love my Rogue as much as the first day I drove it! I love the cameras, the safety features, and mostly the automatic start and heated seats and steering wheel! When it 2 degrees outside it is so nice to get into a warm can in the morning on the way to work! I can even start it from my office through concrete walls without even seeing the car. I just know by count when she will start. I think this car is very comfortable. The only thing I DO not like are the buttons for the AWD, gas, Eco set. You can not see them without looking under the leftside steering wheel. I don't like taking my eyes off the road just to push AWD. And they are not lit up at night either. Other than that, Reba has been my girl for getting me safely to all destinations. It can be a bit noisy on highways. I have no problem with acceleration, but I don't ever get over 50 mph most days. All in all, the best car I have ever owned! I'm keeping her for a long time!

It's the best SUV with all features within decent price. You have all safety features like blind spot in the base model. I test drives Honda CRV and Rav4 and then decided to go for a Rogue.

Brandon Johnson was awesome. He walked me through what needed to be done on some warranty work (fuel injectors) and seat belt recall. He called to keep me in the loop on my claim and the car runs fantastic. Because of the personal service Brandon gave, and the quality of the work, I wouldn't hesitate to go here again.

I love my Nissan Altima. Handling is great. Great steering and and overall a great car. It has great pick up so I can manuverate quickly and percisely. The cost was better than any other of it's size.

I have been looking for a Subaru Baja fora while now and I finally did at carmax in salt lake. I was three hours away and couldn't get out there quickly so they held the car for me. FOR A WEEK. They had people come in and was wanting it.But they still held it. I wish they would negotiate on the price. But I got it at a good price. The car was in top shape and the interior is awesome. I love my Altima. It looks good and it handles beautifully. The gas mileage is good, especially on the highway. The car is comfortable, too.

The 2021 Altima is a good but not great car. I have the SL trim which comes with more interior comfort and 1 of 2 extra features. I like the sporty style and tech features but the CVT transmission sucks sometimes. If I had to buy a sedan again I would choose a BMW 3 series instead cuz I like excellence in cars. But overall for anyone who would like to have something good and basic pros, yes the Altima can make it.

I have owned a 2013 Rogue for 10 years. It has traveled north, south, east and west multiple times with no issues until just now. Catalytic Converter and a run in with a deer. Would i get another one? Absolutely.

Bought my 21 Sentra SV Brand new,car now has 37000 on it.Quite honestly has been super reliable.reccomend.Only problem I did have was an electrical issue.They replaced the BCM under warranty all is well

I bought my Pathfinder Nov. 2019, I've had no problem with the way the truck runs, smooth ride, the only problem I've is my backup camera doesn't always work, it's just a black screen, so I just judge my back my the sensor beeps. That's my only problem so it get a thumbs up from me.

I’ve had the 2019 Nissan Pathfinder SL Rock Creek Special Edition since October 2019 and I’ve loved it since the day I bought it. The Rock Creek Edition’s design is unique, attractive, and allot of bang for my buck. It is perfectly powered, and has better tow capacity than the Explorer, Pilot, and almost every other vehicle in this class I compared. -Only complaints: No apple Carplay navigation is useless without a Sirius subscription and having map data chip updated. -Leg room is what you expect from a truck tight

The gray front bumpers do not scratch easily and that is good especially for a young driver. Versatile, can tow well, good family car, good space, not too large but not small, quirky design, great on the highway, and can take it almost anywhere u want especially with a 4WD. I have a 2WD but I still take it anywhere down dirt roads and up mountain gravel roads. Such a unique vehicle and it’s tough as nails. It accelerates well especially for the time it was made. Nothing fancy but it’s purely durable inside and out. It is a SUV on a truck frame with a large V6 engine so all the people complaining about gas mileage are quite frankly ignorant because they must have expected something different.

I like the vehicle a lot. Something I was wary about was the reliability as I had read reviews of the car losing power, the jerkiness of changing gear, and the crash detection sensor going off randomly. I had to replace the MAF sensor 3 times within the first month or two of owning the vehicle. I then came to realize it appears to be an electrical fault, when the crash detection sensor goes off (randomly, usually in rain or bright sunlight) it creates an issue with the vehicle's performance. I have started turning off the sensor every time I get in the vehicle and haven't had a single performance issue since. Long road trips through Washington rain and sunny Arizona. Disappointing to have to be inconvenienced, but it's a two second fix when I start the vehicle for a wonderful and fun and sporty ride.

We were visiting Salt Lake City, driving a rental Toyota Corolla and needed help pairing our Apple i-phone with the car's sound system. Even though we had not bought a vehicle from Mark Miller Toyota we were warmly greeted by receptionist Rika Medina, who quickly located a staff member to assist us. Moments later, Jonathan Denanda came to our assistance and patiently walked us through the process. In no time he linked our phone to the rental car system and explained various functions so we could maximize our listening experience. Jonathan was patient, courteous and very knowledgeable and we were very grateful for his expertise. It made our four hour drive to several Utah state parks much more enjoyable having our curated "soundtrack" to go along with the magnificent scenery. I recommend this car for city driving though interstate driving is ok. I bought it new with 54 miles on it. I don't even have 11000 mi on it in 9 years. I've only replaced the battery twice and engine air filter once. The car is comfortable and reliable including tire pressure warnings during snow.
