This is my second Lexus purchase from Crown Lexus. It was a pleasure walking in to this sparkling clean showroom for my appointment to look at pre owned cars and have my trade-in evaluated. I was greeted right away and we began the process. Abel listened to my needs/wants the entire time and we worked through decisions leading to all the paperwork and then with the accounting specialists to finish the process. Attention to detail all the way. I appreciated everyone involved.

I bought my 2016 Rogue SL in 2019 with 32,000 miles on it. It is now 2025 and it has 223,000 miles on it, and I still drive her daily with no issues. I have had to replace the car battery once and the fob battery twice. I also had to replace the front wheel bearings about 2 years ago. That is it! No check engine lights no engine or transmission issues, no sun roof leaks. Everything she started with still functions as well as the day i got her. This has been the best, most reliable incredible car i could have every asked for. I can not speak highly enough of the Rogue and am currently looking at getting another one and saving what is left of this one for my daughter.

I have had Gabriel Paramo as a Service Consultant twice now. Both times he has offered Excellent service. He has done everything he could to expedite the service of my vehicle and minimize my wait. The previous time I was in he prioritized finding the cause of our warning lights going off, knowing that we had a family weekend planned and we needed the car as soon as possible. I agree with most of the ratings except I don't know how it gets a 4.4 for comfort. The driver's seat is terrible. No matter how I tried to adjust it I end up with a sore back.

Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!

I've owned this car for almost 5 years, bought it with 104k. Now it has 230k and still running good. Never owned a car with these many miles on it. All I've done is regular maintenance and 1 oxygen sensor.(Make sure you don't buy aftermarket, won't work well) Love my car, still holding up very well and I believe I could easily get 300k or more. Was planning on selling it but I might as well keep it until it dies.

Well, our experience with Tony was Fantastic! We found a car on the internet that we wanted and proceeded to go out there to purchase. Upon our arrival, Tony greeted us without delay and processed our request. We were out of the dealership within 1.5 hours, now that's a record! He got us our approval in a timely manner and it was all good!!! I would definitely work with them again. Now about the markup, it seems all the dealerships mark up and in order to stay in business so I don't worry too much. Plus the fact the car we purchased was in pristine condition with low miles it was worth the markup and the drive. I am a satisified!

Bought my 2015 Honda Accord LX used in 2018 with 42K on the odometer. It now has just over 100K and has for most of the past 7 years been a very good vehicle overall, requiring only manufacturer recommended routine maintenance. Within the past year, however, it has needed to have the starter replaced and repair work done on the air conditioning unit. The cost of those repairs totaled about $1,200. Not too bad for over 7 years of regular driving. I'm still really pleased with the performance of the vehicle. Handling, acceleration and braking are truly excellent. I'm most impressed by the gas mileage. On a recent 2,400 mile round-trip from Florida to Pennsylvania the car averaged just over 41 mpg. In local mixed driving it consistently gets between 35-37 mpg. Getting that type of gas mileage with the kind of performance it provides is hard to beat!

As I said in my review, I purchased this car from this dealership in 2017. At the time it had about 35,000 miles on it. It has been a great car. It gets 25-27mpg on the highway although it only gets 18-20 around town. The seats are comfortable and there's plenty of cargo room if you keep the third row seats down. The only thing it doesn't have that I would like is a heated steering wheel. My previous car, a 2012 GMC Denali XL, had a heated wheel, and in the winter it was really great to grab a warm steering wheel. This is a great family car and I would wholeheartedly recommend it.

The 2019 Grand Cherokee Limited was the Jeep I had my eye on for a while. I've owned a 2012 Laredo X, and a 2018 Limited Anniversary/Heritage Edition. I was specifically looking for Limited trim without the 20" rims, although, I love the look of the Altitude versions, I just didn't really care/want to deal with less side-wall, nicer-looking rims. I avoided the Overland and Trailhawk because of the air-suspension. Overall the interior is fine, it's comfortable and familiar for me, since I've owned them before, but that's also the only issue/complaint I would have. The interior is updated from the 2012, however, basically it's a very light update, U-Connect, Gauges, Shifter, and possibly a few other items here and there. But essentially, the dashboard is the same dashboard I've seen since 2012. While owning the previous (2) I never experienced any mechanical issues that left me stranded. One had a weird issue with blowing lights in the tailgate, but it would just randomly decide to burn out, replace one it would blow another. No other major issues. The 2019 leather on the steering wheel feels smooth and buttery like they always have. The suspension feels great, still solid and tight. Brakes are strong and grippy, pedal feel is nice and firm. So far I'm super satisfied with this Jeep, I got the perfect combination of all the features I wanted, Memory Seats, Sunroof, power trunk, heated-seats and wheel. Not sure if I'd be willing to sell this one and get a newer model, but, I'd possibly get another WK2.

My service manager, Tony Hang, is the best and he is the reason I continue to go to Crown Lexus Of Ontario. I I am always able to make appointments however I always ask for him. If he is not there, I tend to wait until he is. He is very professional yet makes me feel very comfortable. If Tony is busy when I call, he always returns my calls in a timely manner. I love my 2018 Mazda CX-5 to absolutely no end! I have a blast driving it, and it is my first car. I have the Touring FWD model, but it does NOT skimp out on features, it has blind spot monitoring, lane keep assist, back-up camera, Automatic Emergency Braking, airbags EVERYWHERE, and whole plethora of other safety features. It is very quick, reliable, and fun to drive. My only complaint is there is not much in the way of cabin storage. But it is not a deal breaker, since the trunk of the car has a large cargo area, and lots of room in the spare tire area. It has an amazing Bose speaker system and I was given this car for my birth day at about 30k miles, but it was purchased new. I have FWD (Front wheel drive) but it still does amazing in conditions like rain, and minor snow. It is also the only car from this segment that placed a good rating on the IIHS Crash Test. It is often on par with luxury brands like BMW and Mercedes but having the advantage of being half the cost and Japanese so it lasts forever and also since it's not German, the repairs won't cost a house mortgage. However, if you get a 2018, make sure you get an updated Navigation SD Card. I cannot recommend this car enough, it is perfect in nearly everyway. I am now a loyal Mazda customer, and will always have a Mazda in my garage, I trust them more than any other automaker. Perks: Large backseat (I am 6'1 and can for the most part fit comfortably in the back) Fun to drive Fuel efficient Safety Feature galore Reliable and cheap to maintain Excellent use of space Cons: If I had to choose, not as much cabin storage as I want, but I want more than the average person.

I mistakenly sold my 2012 E350 in 2023 thinking I should upgrade to an SUV. I regretted selling the wagon, though the 2020 MB GLB was a very nice vehicle. So I found a 2011 E350 wagon and couldn't been happier. Maintenance is key, yes. But the leather (not MBTex) wears very well, and the exterior is flawless.

This is my 2nd VW. My 1st was a 02 passat I bought in 2013. It was the most reliable car I ever owned. It has 230000 miles and still runs great! This Atlas takes things to a whole different level. The look, performance and features are world-class! The only knock I would have is the mpg is average at best. Only 20mpg on average. But overall it is a great vehicle for the price. The SEL trim is fully loaded. Whatever feature you could imagine, it has it. I hope to enjoy this vehicle for years to come.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

I actually had purchased the vehicle a few years ago not knowing much about Suzuki. But ended up having the vehicle for over 5 years. I then gifted it to a friend upon my moving out of state. I must say this was one of the most comfortable vehicles I have ever owned as well as reliable. The original reason I purchased it was because I used to own a Geo Tracker (before Chevy bought and branded them). It had a Mitsubishi engine so I went looking for its Big Brother which turned out to be the Suzuki with the same type of engine. Mitsubishi engines are rated at three to four hundred thousand miles, so I knew that if I got this vehicle it would last forever. And it did! I beat the heck out of this car, put over 200,000 miles on it and it is still in good enough condition to be gifted. It's still running two years later, perfectly fine. It is just a shame that Suzuki stopped selling their vehicles in the states. Perhaps the reason they couldn't sell any more of their vehicles is because they were built too well... We may never know. ?

Honestly the Hummer H3 has aged well! I mean for it to be almost 20yrs old it still looks great! I get compliments on my H3 just about everyday! Very reliable in any condition rain, sleet, snow it handles like a champ it’s literally a mini Tank. Maintenance on it is very simple i did a break job in under 30 mins🤯. If i could change anything it would be the interior it’s pretty tight inside and the i5 motor and THATS IT! Definitely waiting to come across a steal on an Alpha🤞🏾.
