I bought out of state from MA and Mass did not make this process easy but Steve Beidler and the rest of the team did an amazing job of helping me out however they could from their end. Steve specifically was the main reason i didnt just say screw it and not do the purchase when MA was making every single step diffucult.

I had an appointment for a tire rotation and oil change. Everyone was very polite and professional. The waiting area was warm and comfortable. Interesting magazines including one on archeology. They discovered a problem with one of the lug nuts holding on a tire and corrected that. I thought Tommy, who was managing the department that day, was exceptional.
