I recently purchased a used Lincoln MKX Reserve from Odgen Lincoln of Westmont, and was more than satisfied! Im an out of state buyer that found my Lincoln on line. I had a 21 TLX advanced with the 2.0 L four-cylinder turbo and in 2023 I traded it for the TLX type S. What a shockingly different car. Granted the car probably has about 75 hp less than it should from the factory but, it’s easy to tune and mine is in the 435 hp range now. It was a great car to begin with and now it’s even better. There are a couple nagging issues with it: the brakes rattle, the Brembo brakes upfront, the pads on the inside, rattle like a bad ball joint whenever you hit a bump. The dealer couldn’t fix the problem and Acura told them “that’s the way it is, they are performance brakes“ well that’s a bunch of hog wash so I fixed it myself. Just an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that IJust an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that I am concerned about: the rear suspension plug for the adaptive suspension can get corroded over overtime and the entire car needs to be stripped apart to replace a wire harness. I haven’t had an issue with this, but I did grease my rear plugs just to be on the safe side. And these cars are known to have transfer case issues, resulting in a transmission replacement. Again, I haven’t had that issue, but the car only has 9000 miles on it. Just things that I am concerned about long-term as it seems Honda/Acura reliability, even though better than anything out there, isn’t what it used to be. But this is a fantastic car! And I would absolutely buy it again.

After enjoying a 2006 Honda Pilot for over 200K miles it came time to try something different although the Pilot was still performing flawlessly. Competition was fierce with Lexus, KIA, Volvo, and others offering compelling alternatives. But in the end customer loyalty won out. The ACURA MDX has proven to be an outstanding choice offering comfort, reliability, and an absolute pleasure to drive. Also of importance the technology interface feels intuitive with a very shallow learning curve. Highly recommend.

Great experience at Muller Acura of Merrillville! Juele went above and beyond answering the questions I had about a CPO vehicle they had for sale. I was 50 miles away in IL, so we couldn't easily pop in to check it out. We were very sensitive to things like ex-smoker vehicles, and Juele went out to the vehicle, running the A/C, and looking for stains. I could hear the car running in the background as she checked (and it was not a smokers vehicle). Then when I was able to come into the dealership on the weekend, it was pulled into a bay inside since it was threatening rain that morning. I was able to take all the time I needed to inspect and test drive the vehicle. When it came to negotiating the deal, there was some back and forth on price and trade that was very amicable, and they were very willing to send me detailed OTD price before I drove out there. We ironed out the remaining details when I was there, without a lot of the normal "salesmanship/posturing" most dealers do. And all along the way, Juele and their team were calling out any "gotchas" that may come up with an IL person buying from IN dealer, which was very appreciated. The rest of the tean there, from the finance manager to other sales people, were very friendly and no nonsense. For any future friends and family, I'd steer them to this team for their next purchases in a heartbeat.

We’ve owned Acura’s since 1991. Have had sedans and SUV’s. Both MDX and RDX. This is the best one yet. The technology is unbelievable. The ride is superb. The comfort and roominess are second to none. The safety features are remarkable. Can’t say enough about this vehicle.

My Saturn ion is that 201,000+ miles. I have not had any major issues, mostly just Maintenance. I do notice an electrical problem. It’s been there since I got the car. I just don’t have the money to pay a mechanic to find the problem.

Bought this car used from a 1 owner couple. I am impressed with the performance and comfort. You can do all day drives in this car no problem. Mine has the executive shade package which is nice for privacy! Gas mileage has been 23 mpg city. Not bad but you need to use at least 91 octane fuel, which can be spendy. Reliability has been fine, but shop around for parts as Infiniti is mighty proud of them. The styling is a bit on the generic side, but these things are invisible to cops so I consider it a plus.

Signed a 3 year for this car in November of 2019 and ended up buying it because of COVID. I'm not mad at it. This elegant beauty is quite the head turner - sporty, reliable, and luxurious. The CLS 450 was ahead of it's time, with plush massaging leather seats, an inline 6 with a beautiful purr to it. Luxury scenting, dual massaging seats, and autonomous driving make it a pleasure to drive for short and long distances. This is more of a massive 2 seater in my opinion, but that doesn't matter if you don't plan on having backseat passengers. Friends tell me it looks like an NBA players car, and people are constantly complimenting it 5 years later. This car is a looker - the only issue being the fragile 20" OEM wheels. They are gorgeous, but don't drive over any potholes. Never had a single mechanical issue with this beauty, and plan on keeping it for years to come.

My 2024 Chevy Silverado LTZ provides a deluxe large SUV interior and a standard (short) tuck bed all in one vehicle. It is loaded with features to make it look and operate very well, and it provides mid 20's regular unleaded fuel mileage. The dynamic fuel management system combined with the 10 speed automatic transmission work together flawlessly to deliver smooth power without being able to realize what gear or how many cylinders the powertrain is using at any given time.

This was my 5th BMW but my first 6 Series and clearly the most fun car I have ever owned. I bought my 2007 650 Convertible pre-owned (1 previous owner) with 19K miles in 2010. Here I am over 13 years later and at 225K miles (yes, you are reading that right)... and still in love. I have taken very good care of it and did do an engine replacement a few years ago at 180K miles with a preowned engine because of the smoke exhaust, but was well worth it because I was not nearly ready to let this car go. At the time I believed that was either going to end up being the worst decision I have ever made...or the best. Feeling good about that $8K right now because the car is truly a joy to drive and rides like new. One caution: the run flat tires are VERY fragile and VERY expensive (over $500 per tire). If you are buying this car from a dealer I highly recommend purchasing the BMW wheel and tire warranty program or plan on replacing those tires with a quality non-run flat tire. Magnificent styling with great lines and a quality ride. Have fun!
